My brother, church can't be silenced because she belongs to God. We are what we are by His grace & this grace must not be abused. It is an abuse of others when you use your right to inconvenient them. We all know the hustle in Lagos. You come home very late in the night after a hectic day. Don't misinform the young ones here. How old were you in 1984? PMB met almost the same situation like he met last year. We had a super corrupt and rich senate. I remember a meeting held that time and we had 59 private jets all owned by Senators. This was at a time primary school teachers were being owed up to 18 months salaries. He brought Nigeria out of the woods but unfortunately, corruption fought back and he was overthrown by those that had their hands already soiled.
Corruption is fighting back now also but the good news is we are in a democracy. His administration cannot be overthrown by a coup. So he has the luxury of time to cure the craze of our corrupted State. I was an undergraduate in 1984 FYI.

where do the countries you mentioned rank in terms of development. Venuezuela's economy is in shambles right now, worst than Nigeria despite Venezuela having the largest reserve in the world. Libya is still struggling- there were fights some weeks back. Can't you see, it's not about how many barrels of oil you are doing. It's about the individuals that make up the country. Are we forward thinking in Nigeria?? Are the avengers and their supporters forward thinking?? Even if they have a sovering state, will they think forward?? I am not sure. Understand the terms of contracts differ. Many IOC's are being owed , who will pay ??
