Hello guys. I installed an MTN E202 Huawei modem on a windows 10 laptop. After some time, it showed a blues screen with this error messag DPC Watchdog
Violation Error. Kindly guide me on how to fix it. Thanks

Incomplete or failed installation.
First download Revo uninstaller on your Pc and completely uninstall the Mtn modem.
Then insert it again on your Pc and reinstall it. Be patience,it has two stage,first it installs the modem driver,you won't see the Mtn modem on your Pc,then it will now start the second stage where the Mtn modem pops up and show searching for network. Wait till when it shows Mtn at the bottom of the modem with network bars by the side.

I have all windows O.S from windows xp,to Vista to win 7 all version to 8 to 8.1 to Windows 10 1503(first release) to Windows 10 1809(October 2018 release).
But known of them is as good and beautiful and complete as windows 10 1809 update. Forget windows 8, go for windows 10, but make sure it's the latest update. The initial 1503 has to much problems.

Only the taskbar is malfunctioning? Do system restore to just before it started.
If it affects the screen too,then it's because what you are doing has consumed your CPU,no more memory to be used by the system to process task,thereby leading to freezing.
My advice increase your ram,stop running to many multiple task and don't play games whose spec is above that of your Pc

Hi chi,seems you are a teacher and proud of it, that's nice. I used to teach too after my Nysc,I loved it so much,like so much but the salary wasn't it at all. I later got a job I didn't love but whose salary is 3times my teaching job. I have lost that happiness and joy I feel when I teach and see students but now I save more than my teaching salary every month,hmmm what an irony.

It has become worrisome the high rate of irresponsible behavior of some Nairalanders in the Webmaster section.

Some unscrupulous elements with multiple username are now taking it up as a responsibility to tarnish the image of law abiding Nairalanders and thereby constituting nuisance to the community. Nairaland webmaster section is now filled with "Scam Alert", "Fraud Alert" 95% of the posts are meant to tarnish people's image because they do not give any details of what transpired, only to tag a particular person a scammer without any single reason.

I was once tag as a scammer by one obnoxious toddler because i challenged him to state the reason he labelled a Nairalander a scammer.

This bad attitude is due to the inactivity or ignorance of the Mods of this section. This section used to be a very matured section please Seun Lalasticlala this should be looked into.

Below are some of the defaulting threads.

You really think someone will just logged in to Nairaland and state that he has been scammed,if he hasn't?
Some of these people must have lost their last savings to some unscrupulous elements and scammers,the way they go about creating the thread might not be too mature,but it's as a result of the pain they felt.

From the picture of system information by the Op,it's stated under system type as x86 based PC. Why are some lazy youths still saying it's possible.
Your PC is x86/32 bits processor,you can't install a x64 bits operating system on it,but you can install a x32 bit O.S in a x64 bit PC,you dig?

When you insert a storage drive into your windows 10 PC for the first time,it will pop up a notification asking for " what you want windows to do whenever the device is connected" if you didn't select anything,next time,the device is connected,there will be no pop up.
So go to This PC and look for your phone there,if it's there double click to open, if it's not there remove the USB cable and plug it to another port,if it still doesn't detect it,try another USB cord.
I use the same October 2018 update and a window pop up when I connect my phone, showing all folders on my phone.
