Family › Re: Most Touching Experience I've Had In A While. by Greatzeus(m): 4:44am On Aug 14, 2021 |
SeaTrade: Have been very busy all through today trying to fix some things,
So after all that ,decided to go to coldstone to grab some ice cream to calm my head. Seated inside, wasn't so pleased while I was having it because I saw a lot of things I don't like.
1) Parents pampering unruly children. If you carry that behaviour come close to me I will give you a stern warning infront of your parents regardless the outcome.
2) Treating maids like subhumans. Nigerians are very fond of this, like it's so easy to spot the maid amongst them because usually they cloth them in rags, their hair always turn to baobab tree under their watch whereas their kids always look fly and fresh, they are being talked to so rudely and with so much authority whereas their kids who might probably amount to nothing in life are always spoon-fed and get the best treatments, seated at different tables even though they came together, atleast the one I see today them try buy am ice cream sha
Anyways, got uncomfortable with the whole environment and left.
Got to my car,a kid (10-12yrs)approached me and asked me for food money or something ,didn't respond as I usually never do cos I really don't like begging ,but then as I was about to leave ,I asked the boy why he doesn't get a small job instead rather than beg? His response shocked me till now. He told me if I could buy him a box of pure water to sell, that I will not see him there again begging.
Was dumbfounded as I didn't expect that kind of a response from him considering his age and also I thought he was one of those career beggars.
I wanted to give him cash but didn’t have any,I told him I will come back, and left. Now I wanted to go and withdraw and give him cash but on a second thought, I said why don't I go and get him those wares instead rather than hand him cash?Atleast he will have to work to sell them off to generate cash from it ,which will teach him some principles of money atleast.
Went to the closest store, bought Ten 12bottles/pack bottled water ,load up and head back there.
Looked for him a bit around and later found him sitting helplessly, hopelessly, aimlessly on a culvert looking very frustrated mehn, probably thought I won't come back. That thought still never commot from my head like this. Anyways, handed them over to him, advised and encouraged him a little, asked how he was gonna refrigerate them?
He said there are some abokis in his street that can do that for him and he will pay them small money. Asked how he was gonna sell?He said he will take them to pleasure park tomorrow to sell. Was impressed at his sharpness tbh..he had answers to all I was asking even though he was shivering a bit cos he was intimidated or something.
Wished him well, help carry them close to the road, before I could turn to head home ,he had already moved them to the median of the road and I think I saw him counting the bottles or so ,couldn't figure as I passed fast, Reached a turn, turned again to go add his inventory but dude was already gone.Damn! Anyways make we dey see...just make we dey see.
I think Nigerian Parents, the church and religion are the reason why children are still experiencing this kind of suffering at this point in humanity.
Felt really bad today mehn, really bad. It's to be selecting the ones that want to hustle from them and help and leave the career beggars alone .
Children only,no old person. Was dumbfounded as I didn't expect that kind of a response from him considering his age and also I thought he was one of those career beggars.Talk about confusion Imagine asking a child to get a job just because he asked you for peanut to quench his hunger, only for you to turn around and say, considering his age bla bla bla. Attention seeking stingy man,I hope you deposit all the attention you got here from your self gratification in your bank account. Also I stop reading your rubbish after the bolded. |

Kobojunkie: I know of that popular song but wait...Did Jesus Christ say that is what His blood is for though? Should I even answer this question? I know this moniker and I know all you do is quoting people and making controversial statements up and down like it gives you orgasm And yes,he did. It is his blood through faith that gives us redemption, the forgiveness of sins Romans 3:25 Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; |
Romance › Re: Should We Congratulate People For Buying New Cars? by Greatzeus(m): 3:54am On Aug 14, 2021 |
mamagee3: Should we congratulate people for buying a new car and should we throw parties for acquiring new rides when there are people starving? Buying new cars, throwing parties and helping the needy are not mutually exclusive. Meaning buying a car doesn't stop anyone from helping the needy, and not buying a car won't make anyone to help the poor either. Buying a car is a necessity, especially for the middle and lower class, some buy it as investment to use in making a living. Same with parties, some parties are actually very important to some people, like naming, burial of aged parents or celebration of promotion etc, It doesn't mean such people won't help the poor if opportunity arises, neither does not throwing a party make anyone help the poor. We should live our lives to please God and to be happy,do what makes you happy. Buy anything you want with your hard earned money, throw parties if you want,as long as you're not using what belongs to others to live lavishly. And lastly help the needy, when you can,the way you can. May God help us all. |

Health › Re: My Sperm Analysis Results by Greatzeus(m): 3:38am On Aug 14, 2021 |
Healthyway15: Regarding your sperm at 29 million/ml, You are considered to have a low sperm count if you have fewer than 15 million/ml. Having less than this indicates a low sperm count and a decreased chance of getting your partner pregnant.
With your total motility at 60%, Total motility is the number of motile sperm in the semen. In a typical sample, normal motility should be at least 50%.
Also; for a normal range, at least 50% of your sperm sample should be active.
Normally, if both of you have just been trying for some months to get pregnant, you don't have to worry much. With no factor(s) disturbing the male or female fertility, there's high probability that she will conceive soon. It only becomes infertility issue when there's a failure to conceive after 1 year of frequent, unprotected intercourse with your wife. Your wife should also go for some tests to know her status too.
I hope this helps Wow so apt, precise and easy to understand explanation. Thanks . Please does sperm quantity ( I mean the volume that comes out at ejaculation), shows sperm count is high or low? I mean can you conclude that you have high sperm count by the high volume of sperm you ejaculated? |

Hardey33: Like seriously am fucking addicted to Nairaland although I comment less but an hour won't pass wey I won't open this site unless am sleeping or busy. Pls suggest a way out for me No you're not, you're just jobless. Get a job and watch how the time you spend here reduce drastically. I come to nairaland daily too, at least mostly, but only when I'm very very less busy. Unless you are one of those who transact business on nairaland, and had to be here always for customers or to meet orders, only a jobless person spends his or her whole day on nairaland. |

Fucktensei: Hello everyone. I have always wondered if there's a section on nairaland for those who practice Judaism like myself. I've not met anyone here who is into Judaism. If you're a Jew, pls signify Who told you you practice Judaism? Do you even know what it means to practice Judaism? Tell us one act of worship you have engaged in,in your life that remotely links you to Judaism. A chief priest, animal sacrifices, Strict adherence to the 10 commandments, thousands of other traditional/religious laws, tithings and presence of a synagogue are at the centre of Judaism. You have no idea of what you are saying, read the book of Leviticus before coming here to claim what you're not. In Judaism breaking the Sabbath alone attracts murder, breaking the Sabbath means doing any physical activities, you can't even walk more than few meters the whole day or else you're guilty, Not engaging in the 3 major feast also attracts curses to your life. How many times have you made a burnt offerings or meat offerings or peace offerings or trepass offerings to the Lord? Did I mention that only the Levites can officiate in a synagogue according to the book of Leviticus and only the descendants of Aaron can be priests? Stop deceiving yourself, Judaism is a bondage that you can't be 1% faithful to? Like if just 1% out of 100 is the score card for being a faithful adherent of Judaism, you won't score that 1% What do you want to prove exactly trying to practice Judaism, infact it would make more sense if you came here to tell me you're a traditional worshipper of idols,at least you can meet up,not trying to be something or do something that's practically impossible to achieve. |

Nas did not diss Eminem in Ether. He was dissing Jay-Z (Jigga).
Now, this is the part you misunderstood below.
“and Eminem murdered you on your own shiit
You’re a dick-ridin' f-aggot, you love the attention
Queens niggas run you niggas, ask Russell Simmons! Ha!”
Lastly, this “FEMINEM” that is being paraded as Eminem is a clone-copy of the “REAL SLIM SHADY”
The real Eminem died (was killed) in 2005.
Check the earlobes and the hairline. The “REAL SLIM SHADY” always had earrings. Ok thanks |
