Fayose been a thorn in this administration`s flesh does not make him a viable presidential candidate.
No hating but all what he is good for is just propaganda..a gov eating ponmo by the road side does not make him more productive. him siding Nmamdi does not make him more productive.
He's just an overrated mofo. same with Atiku. to be sincere I have not seen a credible Nigerian leader who has is followers at heart.
even dey followers including me are bunch of mofos. They jst keep taking us for a ride and all we do is to keep quiet.
We are tribalistic, we are jst non chalant.
our country been one of d worst countries in this world, but our leaders take home d highest salary.. all we do is jst to rant for a day or so nd dats it. they excaped it again

lol, this o.p is joking.
first of all 1B will neva build a university, a refinery or Atlantic city. not even 5 billion.
2. should you manage to build a glorified secondary sch or an estate. u might not hit profit within short period. a university might not even hit it break point for as much as 20years, where you will jst kip on pumping more funds.
1million people will never have d patient to kip investing or wait for 30yrs before hitting profit. nigetians are not patient. even thou dey invested 1k only..dey will b claiming ownership to d business.
3. corruption. if d o.p is not a crook, his subordinates will b. this 9ja. for 1million people you will have 1000 managers and at least 500 people will b working in relation to d project. it is not possible for half of the to b truthful.
4. our govt. will not allow u. licenses and permits will jst weaken u
5 business no b for mouth. you must have d technical know how. I will not invest 1k with a nairalander o.p who I feel lack d skills and cannot deliver under presure. Buhari don teach me sense.. I doubt if d o.p has handled or overseen an organisation of over 500persons before. dnt tell me u re st bathlomews schools headboy before biko. I haven't either and I am not discouraging pls. I am jst been truthful. but if u manage to do it..thor

the problem with 9ja is not even its citizens...but d govt. dia policies and it's made men.
how on earth will dangote not be organising entrepreneurship competition. in sane countries u must b contributing to its citizens development. big thumps up to tony elumelu.

Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos' Reign As World's Richest Lasted Just A Few Hours

Amazon founder and CEO Jeff Bezos’ reign on the top of the Forbes’ Real Time Billionaires List only lasted a morning.

Bezos became the richest person in the world for the first time with a $90.6 billion net worth when markets opened on Thursday. But while Amazon stock climbed another 1.3% to an intraday high of $1,083.31, it then dropped down to $1,046 by the time markets closed, knocking Bezos out of the top spot. He ended the day with an $88.7 billion fortune, down $540 million from late Wednesday. Gates is once again the richest person in the world with an estimated $89.8 billion fortune, down $240 million from yesterday.

Despite the drop, this is likely not Bezos’ last time at the top of Forbes’ real-time ranking. Because he owns nearly 17% of Amazon stock, small fluctuations in Amazon’s stock have billion-dollar consequences for Bezos’ net worth. As of the close of markets Thursday, Bezos was only $1.1 billion behind Gates.

Bezos’ net worth took a further hit in after hours trading Thursday when Amazon reported its second quarter earnings and had a big miss on earnings. Amazon reported earnings per share of $0.40, lower than the $1.42 per share analysts had estimated. Amazon stock dropped more than 2% in after hours trading as of 4:45 p.m. Eastern, which further reduced Bezos’ fortune by $1.8 billion. He is now worth $86.9 billion, which means the gap between Gates and Bezos is now $2.9 billion.

Bezos joined Forbes ranking of the 400 richest Americans in 1998, one year after Amazon went public, with a $1.6 billion fortune. He started the online retail giant in a garage in Seattle before his 30th birthday.

Foreign AffairsGambia's President Jammeh Refuses To Leave Office As Deadline Passes by Greenarrow01(op): 7:49am On Jan 19, 2017
Gambian President Yahya Jammeh is refusing to step down despite the threat of military intervention by neighbouring states. Adama Barrow, who beat him in elections last month, is due to be inaugurated as the new president on Thursday, but Mr Jammeh has ignored the deadline. West African military forces are ready to enforce a transfer of power. Mauritanian President Mohamed Ould Abdel Aziz failed to break the deadlock at last-minute talks with Mr Jammeh . Mr Abdel Aziz flew in to the Gambian capital Banjul on Wednesday evening to meet Mr Jammeh before flying on to Dakar airport for further discussions with Mr Barrow and Senegal's President Macky Sall. "I am now less pessimistic [that Mr Jammeh] will work on a peaceful solution that is in the best interest for everyone," Mr Abdel Aziz said. Senegalese troops remain stationed at the Gambian border, despite the deadline for Mr Jammeh to stand down passing at midnight. The threat of military action is supported by Nigeria and other states in the region. However Gambian army chief Ousman Badjie said his troops would not fight Senegalese forces should they enter into the country, AFP news agency reports. "We are not going to involve ourselves militarily, this is a political dispute," he said. "I am not going to involve my soldiers in a stupid fight. I love my men."
The Gambia's entire armed forces are made up of only about 2,500 troops, making it difficult to see how they can defeat a regional force if it moves in, says BBC Africa Monitoring security correspondent Tomi Oladipo. Nigeria says it sent fighters and other aircraft, along with 200 personnel, to Senegal on Wednesday morning. Nigerian navy vessels are also on standby and a warship that sailed from Lagos on Tuesday will have the task of evacuating Nigerian citizens while putting on a show of force.
