Another temporal but good way to help is getting these cool soaps- Dettol cool or premier cool. Splash water on your body and rub the soap all over and leave it on your body for like 5 minutes before rinsing. It helps alot |

People I got something you can do..it's been helping me greatly. Get this cool soap..I mean, something like Dettol cool or premier cool (that's the one I use). Put some water in your soap dish and rub the cool soap it a little if you like though. Then splash the water all over your body and this time, thoroughly rub the soap all over your body and leave it for like 5 minutes. You will be feeling the cooling sensation on your body. After the 5 minutes or more if you like,rinse off. It does a lotta good against the heat. 1 Like |
