This is why I usually don't put too much importance to your hadiths. Most are usually illogical and totally flawed. From your hadith above, it implies that the greetings is for all the earth since all the earth are supposed to be offsprings of Adam. Well, the simple question will be why only semitic tribes gave that form of greeting? Does it mean only semitic tribes are offsprings of Adam and the Mongols, Caucasian, Indos and Afro races who are like 2/3 of the earth and don't greet like that aren't offsprings of Adam? Is that not a direct conflict with the quranic verse that says Adam was the first man and all others came from him? More importantly, this greetings was being used by the pagans as we see from the Bedouin caravans recently before Muhammad was even conceived. Does the hadith then not imply that the pagans were obeying Allah in using that greetings? Why then were they roundly condemned by Muhammad when obviously they were following Allah's injunction with the greeting style



I find this laughable. So you went to Google to find why the other codes and constitutions that existed before the Medina code were defective. Why didn't you also Google why the Medina code can't be called a constitution in the true sense and see if you won't get a thousand and one reasons as well? In fact, the introductory line from Wikipedia goes thus:

But more importantly, a constitution is usually a product of a constituent Assembly made up of representatives of the constituencies that make up the state. The Medina code was solely formed by Muhammad and all other tribes were forced to accept it under threat of war or expulsion from Medina. If we're to go by your latest experiment, there's no way the Medina code qualifies as a constitution. It looks more like a royal edict or a military decree at best.
