May whoever it is that is behind this be put to complete shame. If this weighty allegation is true, then shame on those who were quick to point the accusing finger on others. |
I know this is political but Jagaban has dragged on for too long on this particular subject matter while the lives of defenceless citizens keep getting waisted. The affected ones today were the ones who cried for the victims of yesterday. This is a large governance hole that the government of the day has yet to address. Or are there some vested interests within the hierarchy vehemently opposed to the establishment of state policing? Why are the people not empowered to be proactive about their safety or to be able to put up a minimal resistance in the face of a brazen attack on their community because this is essentially state policing. If the government has failed to address the proliferation of arms, then they should help the people with the necessary policy adjustments and bootstrapping to organise themselves against these senseless marauders. ![]() |
Hm! I fear this combination make I no lie you. |
Dear Minister of State for Defence, at a time when school children celebrated the sallah period in captivity, you should have toned down your celebrations because this deplorable state of security in the country is directly under your watch. We want to see drastic changes in the security apparatus of the country. You have a unique opportunity to make yourself a hero by designing or backing transforming security policies that can put the people in charge of their safety rather than leaving them helpless in the face of relentless attacks by these non state actors. As a supporter of Jagaban, I don't think this is a time to print a large emblem of his logo on a babariga. There are other more impactful ways you can win for him without being loud about it yet the people will recognise your work for it. ![]() |
SubhanAllah ![]() Terrorists don't deserve a place among humans Why has the government suddenly gone quiet with respect to state policing again Are there forces within the hierarchy that are working against this? Then what major internal security policy shift have the people assigned with the responsibility of national security announced or implemented to counter the activities of these terrorist? None, to best of my knowledge. Except giving us scores every now and then. Today, terrorists kill some military men. Tomorrow military kill some terrorists. Same old command structure, same old result. |
If I supported Dangote to disrupt the import cabals in order to favor the citizens, I must also support price war in favor of us Nigerians. The goal is the people ![]() |
Tjra:Someone about to cash out on Seun. And he better act fast because not only is domain already an asset but buyers are shopping for it.

Metrofox:You never can tell. According to Trump himself, "there is a trouble-making website from Nigeria" that gives him a lot of headache. Where else is he or his policies most discussed in Nigeria? |
Does that mean that only him wants to corner the lion's share of the IPO on offer? |
Population shrinkage from 25% to less than 2%. Somebody needs to remind Trump the most dangerous place on earth to be a christian. |

“PFAs are required to ensure that all investments made under this dispensation are in compliance with their internal investment policies, risk management frameworks, and fiduciary duties to contributors and retirees,” it noted. This is stylishly rubbing the Nigerian worker. Why not allow the contributor to withdraw the funds themselves from their pension contributions solely for the purpose of purchasing the IPO, so that the money is taken from the funds administrator and immediately credited to Dangote for the purchase of the IPO for them? In this case all the gains go to the Nigerian worker's account. Why should PFAs be allowed to suddenly start buying IPOs when they were not allowed to do so prior now . Why instantly change the rules against the interest of the contributors and in favour of the PFAs and, of course indirectly, Pencom?I hope that they have not worked out an evil machination with the funds administrators to short change the Nigerian worker's years of labouring by putting themselves in the middle? Because in the end you may only get what your PFA declares for you from what I can deduce. When it comes time for the Nigerian worker to enjoy his years of painstaking contributions to building a functional society, another evil in the name of a new policy shows up to deny them? I hope that I am wrong though but the signs are too glaringly obvious to ignore ![]() I use this medium to humbly call on the attention of our dear @The Senate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria @House of Representatives to kindly look into this issue because of its far-reaching implications. |
Similarly, the lack of directness in luke 2:21 leaves room for other interpretations. It is also possible that the truth is somewhere hidden in the at bolded. To start with, don't you think that this lack of certainty in luke 2:21 could be pointing to Jesus also being born circumcised already. I mean for someone having been born through virgin birth, is that too much for Allah to do also? Think about it. May be christianity lost that important aspect of his delivery and Allah decided to remind the world again when the holy Prophet (s.a.w.) was born. RightChanneI: |
You managed to put together a meaningless post here. Sorry ![]() AntiisIam: |
The festival is not empirical to the bible text in luke 2:21, it built on top of it. But if the starting text shows vagueness, then the possibility for alternative interpretation is not removed by the festival. Mohel is a title. So don't try to pass it off as the name of the man who circumcised Jesus because you want to prove by force that you knew who circumcised Jesus. So pick your ambiguity and stick with it. Believing in a story that may not be better qualified than a fabricated hadith (mawdu) in Islam standardisation or believing in one that may be weak (daef) but does not necessarily mean fabricated. Here is Luke 2:21 And when eight days were completed for the circumcision of the Child, His name was called Jesus... Certainly this entry in the bible did not answer the format of the challenge that you posed, for christians: So who circumcise your Jesus according to the Bible? That is how you people come to Nairaland to deceive people with your made up stories. If I were to follow your pattern, I can begin to push my assumptions too. Because the quoted sentence is as vague as it can be. It did not even categorically answer the question if Jesus was circumcised. Us muslims accepting Jesus as circumcised is not even based on the strength of the writing, if any. It is based solely on our upbringing as muslims. According to the bases for recognising religious facts, the entire book of Luke would have been categorised unsubstantiated and weak (daef) in Islam and his book would have been thrown out at first sighting. Because Luke never met Jesus and did not tell us who he got his writing about Jesus from in a manner of I learnt this here or there and from so and so. Yet his book is inside the bible as if it was revealed of God. In Islam, that kind of book could not have been accepted among good sources of Hadees let alone the Divine Qur'an. Ibn al-Qayyim cited the historian Ibn al-Adeem who reported that Abdul Muttalib (The Prophet, s.a.w., grandfather) circumcised the Prophet on the seventh day after his birth and held a banquet in his honor, according to a report from Ibn Abbas. - In Tuhfat al-Mawlood by Ibn al-Qayyim. Other scholars noted that at the time, circumcision was already the tradition of the Arabian tribe that the holy Prophet, s.a.w., belonged. AntiisIam: |
Honestly, I thought you were going to show an evidence that states that he was not circumcised. I knew it's all about pushing assumptions. Your question is only as wise as asking who circumcised Jesus in the bible? Can any christian answer the question with that precondition? Antiislaam:Must it be written in the Holy Qur'an before we know that he was circumcised? Antiislaam: |
Projecting your assumption on Muslims again or that there is an evidence for this? Antiislaam: |
Thank God for Islam Alhamdu LIllahi ![]() |
Dangote's ex-depot price at the time of the start of the US/Israeli war on Iran was ₦825 – ₦875 per litre, now it is ₦1,275 per liter? Na jejely Straits of Hormuz dey operate before o. ![]() |
Even though I supported Dangote's disciplinary measure, I am happy for the recalled staff. It shows magnanimity. It's a win-win for everyone now ![]() |
In other words, he is going to build a bigger refinery of over 750,000 bpd processing capacity for it to be able to surpass the Jamnagar refinery whose peak processing capacity stands at 1.4m bpd. That's not just a mere expansion, it is another refinery altogether meant to dwarf the current one, which caps at 650,000 bpd Dangote has taken over ![]() |
babat89:Yes because you can now see how the wider west helped planned the massacre, organised it, removed obstacles to it and watched it play out live from satellite images while keeping mute at the same time. Evil ![]() |

babat89:Over one hundred thousand European muslims were murdered in that war crimes, simply for being muslims, by their own fellow western backed christian slavic brothers. On an occasion, eight thousand were massacred in a single day. |
babat89:For your information, Vlad's eldest brother Mircea and their father were murdered by Hungarian foreign invaders led by John Hunyadi, in 1447 Yet, in the same Eastern Europe, Alija Izetbegovic, a full blooded European fought to preserve Islam as the adopted religion of the majority of the people of Bosnia and Hezegovina, when western europe induced machinations led to attempts to completely wipe out Islam from Europe. Sheer hatred. |
babat89:Find your response in the attached image. I used the exact line from your post in the search. If I said that in my writing, you would say it's a lie. No where is the word retaliation mentioned. In summary, he is regarded as a terrorist. You people like to twist history.

babat89:Rather it was a christian emperor who is renowned for impaling muslims, only for being muslims. His full name is VladIII, Dracula, The Impaler. Remember, whose name, Dracula, is associated with blood-sucking movies today. So don't try to change history. Even though impalement predates many empires including Turks rulership of eastern Europe, as a form of capital punishment, just like execution by firing, but which got abolished later on, Vlad specifically targeted muslims. |
Turkey ruled over many European countries for hundreds of years and did not forcefully Islamise them. For example, they ruled over Bulgaria for 500 years. They protected the faith and culture of the conquered territories until those colonies became independent later on. You would hardly tell that Turkey ruled them today if you visited those countries as their institutions remain preserved. Nigeria is already an independent country people, so stop this fear mongering. In case some people don't know, this is the country that is best poised to help us with the de-radicalisation of terrorists who target muslim youths for recruitment. The Turks are not only sunnis but they also have deep knowledge of the fine points of Islam and where radical elements miss the points, having been the custodian of Islam themselves for centuries. Therefore besides helping with military know-how, they will also be able to use their deep expertise in the subtle philosophical matters of Islam to dissuade these non-state actors from their evil ways, in fact, starting from within the military ranks, which sometimes, seem a bit compromised, I hope not so. So I am fully in support of this. This however, should be combined with state policing in order to effectively take the efforts to the very grassroots. State policing is long overdue. ![]() |
