i think the builder wants to eliminate one pillar each from the toilets and i believe he's right while the architect is following the standard way we distribute pillars in Nigeria and i believe he also have cogent reasons too to avoid any room for errors, i will advise you go with the architect.as for the fencing go with him too.it's better to over engineer than under engineer a house especially in Nigeria where no standard tests are carried out on concrete.

I remember PMB and his team of liars promised that Nigerians will experience the positive impact once the 2016 budget is signed and implemented. We have a few days to the end of 2016 and the situation isn't getting any better, the economy is plunging deep into recession. within a period of 9 months, over a million Nigerians lost their jobs. A bag of local rice that was sold for NGN3000.00 in 2015 is not being sold for 12-16k and PMB considers that as a feat he has achieved.

Now same PMB has promised that 2017 budget will end the recession and I just laugh. PMB and his too many empty promises...... PMB and his economic team shouldn't be in power in the first place.....

everything is trial and error na.buhari has no detailed political manifesto, no political ideology be it capitalist, socialist or whatever, has a history of economic mismanagement and human rights degradation, made a lot of revealing gaffes during the campaign and yet Nigerians voted for him, let's enjoy the chains we voted for.

i think Nigeria is suffering a systematic failure be it the economy, security, food production, education etc.

BRO...I understand and i know ...sometimes most of my Nigerian friends here attack me with fury that i bother too much about Nigerian politics and economy as i am the only one who even has nigerian channels..they say i bore them with it and i should ignore it but the truth is i cant because this is gross misconduct..and its getting worse by the day..for e.g they budget police funds every year not expended ,yet police building collapses and no one talks about the proposed funds,the next year another funds is earmarked..really this has got to stop..every year ridiculous amounts for computers etc in ASOROCK which i can never understand..even IBM ,WALL STREET doesnt upgrade like that....

what really happens is that every year budget is just the same with all prices marked up,for example the 2016 budget was exposed by soludo to be a copy of the 2015 budget with all prices so highly marked up that it became by far the most expensive budget in our history as a nation, all analysis of the 2017 budget is also clearly showing the same trend, that's why the same computers, vehicles and buildings are budgeted for with little changes in terminology.

Architects and builders have been falling out since time immemorial, that will never stop and hence why I serve as the General Contractor on my builds. I run the project and make the decisions.

I just wish that homeowners, those that wish, will get educated and apply themselves involved more. This is not for everyone though.
