malton:Due process such as....? Was it not mentioned from day one that there will be a major reform in NNPC. This is presidential system of government my friend... So what due process? Moreover, only processes are changing because no job will be lost.. So what due process? |
I bet you don't want to marry a woman who thinks that way, because one day she'll surely call you a lazy man and curse you in front of your children. Some people are fortunate enough not to have seen life from both sides and have the mindset that life is made to be perfect. Such people believe that others are poor because they are lazy, that successful people worked hard the most and she's better than her mates today because of the stricter and tougher upbringing she got from her mum. SMH. My friend, there's no acceptable excuse to this kind of person. Her perception of life is too shallow. Give her a real life test and see for yourself if she can be your rock when the storms come - for surely, the storms will come! |
obailala:I concur. |
Obviously, the disciples of devaluation of Naira don't mean well for the country and would plunge Nigeria into it's ruin for their selfish interest. We must support the president even in the face of current economic downturn #prayforNigeria |
Good for them, they can save their money because we'll soon have a cure.. It pays us to be straight. |
cuteboy2:...that is because PDP government made him so powerful. |
cuteboy2:....and some still say Buhari is at fault, when past governments have so empowered few capitalists to the detriment of the nation. Today, we're at their mercy and in trouble because we have a government that wants equitable distribution of wealth. They said dollar will get to N500 to a dollar, but they forgot Naija is still God's chosen people. |
paschu:I'm just a hustling young man like you on the streets of Lagos so I know what real hardship is like. smiles. It's all going to turn out well. remember I said so. #istandwithbubu |
How Nigerians are so easily swayed?? Mr. Ubah has not performed any magic and has not been invited by the government of the day to provide any solution so why credit him with Naira recovery. The problem is that most of us are blinded with hatred for this government or exhausted our patience with government that we fail to get the message from the beginning - shun the dollar. I recently entered a PC shop and noticed how scanty the place was, on my enquiry, I was told they couldn't bring in more systems 'at this time' because they'll be too expensive. Our destiny lies in our hands. Stop the dollar craze. I still believe this government is the best thing to happen to Nigeria, especially now. Three years from now everyone will agree. #Pray for Nigeria #buynairatogrownaira |
Mr. Bruce, this time, you have not made sense. Nigeria's economic team is doing fine, perhaps a little change is required. Nigeria is not alone in the current economic turbulence; we're better compared to some greater nations who have relied on oil too. It's a pity we are in a country full of educated illiterates. Mr. Bruce, seek not popularity, but seek to be useful - that's common sense. |
This OP is so daft, come here to spread ignorance like Ebola virus. Next time say what you know. Thank you. |
this is nipping boko haram in the bud. good one. |
Why do we have so many gullible youths in Nigeria? If we all want subsidy to be removed, then increment in fuel is a price we must pay. A temporary pain until we start refining a reasonable quantity of our produced crude. NLC should shut their trap and stop seeking ways to bring confusion to a land full of confusion. Our leaders are on the right path and don't need this distraction at all. I believe in a better Nigeria. |
Development fee! |
The problem with we Nigerians is that we always think western. We want to do things the civilized way but never realise civilization will always mean different things in the African and western context. This is the root of all our problems. Ambode should stop flexing muscle and let LASTMA do its job. Their style may be crude, but that is the level of our civilization. |
What makes you the right guy? ....and who says the guy doesn't love her more? ....and what have you to offer her? |
I have no idea what solutions you have tried or where you have seeked solutions, but I think u should try diatomeceous earth. It can kill the bacteria causing the injury from the root. vlify007@gmail.com |
It is saddening that young people who dream of a better Nigeria would try to pull down even this hope for change, change we have prayed for years. This may not be the change, but this government is giving us a vision of lost hopes. What if the change is real? I am not a politician, I am an igbo man who has not given up on Nigeria and will not allow selfish old men drag me into their dirty politics. I have voted, and will only appraise this government after four years. Who says we need ministers in the first place? |
I am a business man. When has my bank account become synonymous with my life insurance, pension account or emergency fund? or do i live on my daily sales and be in business? This man is a fool, it's bad enough that these have depleted far more than GEJ government met them, so he should keep quiet on economic matters when he lacks understanding on how to manage his personal finance. |
This ain't funny! This is a picture of what nigerians have degenerated into. This is how shameless we have become! |
...rubbish! ![]() |
me i blame jonathan o! the bros needs to learn when and how to address issues. fathers disown children they bred but bring them shame let alone one they never knew or knows the corners of the place called nigeria. c'mon, i mean... and we are talking about rebranding.America do it, Britian did it - that just common sense which is just very uncommon. |
the truth is, Afrocandy is a disgrace to us. i am an african man and i refuse to be blinded by westernization. |
Mr. Poster, Who was a more righteous soldier? (a) Gen. Olusegun Obasanjo (b) Gen. Muhammadu Buhari (c) Gen. Ibrahim Babangida (d) Gen. Sani Abacha Who is a more righteous politician? (a) Gen. Olusegun Obasanjo (b) Gen. Muhammadu Buhari (c) Gen. Ibrahim Babangida (d) Gen. Sani Abacha Who is a more righteous civilian? (a) Gen. Olusegun Obasanjo (b) Gen. Muhammadu Buhari (c) Gen. Ibrahim Babangida (d) Gen. Sani Abacha Who is a better nigerian? (a) Gen. Olusegun Obasanjo (b) Gen. Muhammadu Buhari (c) Gen. Ibrahim Babangida (d) Gen. Sani Abacha |
this post is pointless, baseless and useless. mr. poster you have not said anything o; apparently, just an intelligent but confused one. ![]() [/quote]I don’t like joining issue with my brothers and sisters back home, I sincerely get amused with the way we argue here, I think is high time we stopped arguing on sentiment if we really deserve change we all eager to see in our beloved country Nigeria. Earlier today I was in an African Restaurant just to have the feel of home again, and the issue of Buhari prop up, fellow Nigerian in the restaurant at the restaurant argued for and against Buhari for reason ranging from being a an Islamic bigot to being an ex coupist, nevertheless, all agreed that Buhari is not corrupt and fearless. To me these two attribute are all we need now at this point and time in our nation march to true democracy. With the mess already on ground, this is not the time to entrust Nigeria into the hand of a rookie president, who might have good intention but lack the experience to deal with a complex nation like Nigeria as it is currently. Sincerely speaking am holding forth for Buhari, but at this time, we need a person like him who has the experience and boldness to confront bourgeoisie who are milking our nation to the bone, since he is not part of them, we should put aside our religion belief and try for once to say no to those who are stealing our national wealth while pointing our attention to what divide us. We are the 99%, let for once say NO to the 1% who are instigating us against yourself for their selfish interest....now this is good sense. |
quick oat ![]() |
jonathan is just an imbec'ile and okupe clearly is an idi-ot. this is just a cheap blackmail and a propaganda to simply solicit pity. apparently, there's no limit to what this govt'll do to ensure they hold on to power. since our righteous govt have known part or 'major' sponsors of boko haram what have they done to bring them to book? nothing, instead they run to the media now and then crying foul. i dont buy this story. it's a shame - nigeria is getting messier because we still have not found leadership. we regret trusting you with our votes MR. JONATHAN. i am not a northerner, just one who's yet to be blinded by politics. |
all i see is the victory of love |
uncle joe is just a zombie... |
yes, i will vote for buhari. it is time our youths open their eyes to see that PDP cannot offer nigeria progress. they're all thieves. |
pointless article. MNP is a very welcome idea; it places the telecom operators on their feet and 3months space for switching makes sense too (technically). |
.
and we are talking about rebranding.
