Tension has gripped the capital of Katsina State following a social media post deemed offensive by some residents.

The Facebook post, written in Hausa by a Christian indigene from the state, Mani Abubakar, reportedly contained derogatory comments about Islam.

The alleged blasphemous statement, now deleted from Facebook, claimed that Islam had no foundation and questioned the origins of the Quran.

The post sparked outrage and a mob, seeking retaliation, attempted to locate and harm Abubakar but resorted to burning his house and car at Babaruga after he escaped late Tuesday night, Jan. 30.
Abubakar's current whereabouts remain unknown.

Since the Qur’an does not have many aspects of religion in detail, Muslims follow what Muhammad said and did. al-Muwatta of Imam Malik (36.18.15)  states: "The Messenger of Allah said, "If someone changes his religion - then strike off his head. Also Al Hakim reported on the authority of Ibn Abbas that the Prophet Muhammad said: “ The Muslim who converts his religion, kill him. If the person says: {there is no god but God and that Muhammad is His Messenger}, then you have no right to punish him except for the crime he commits.”(Al Mustudrak, “Kitab al Hudud”, Vol. 4, p.366).
All schools of thoughts among the Sunni and Shia agree for the punishment of an apostate except some disagreement on detail of prescription:


Hanafi - recommends three days of imprisonment before execution, although the delay before killing the Muslim apostate is not mandatory. Apostates who are men must be killed, states the Hanafi Sunni fiqh, while women must be held in solitary confinement and beaten every three days till they recant and return to Islam.

Maliki - allows up to ten days for recantation, after which the apostate must be killed. Both men and women apostates deserve death penalty according to the traditional view of Sunni Maliki fiqh.

Shafi'i - waiting period of three days is required to allow the Muslim apostate to repent and return to Islam. After the wait, execution is the traditional recommended punishment for both men and women apostates.

Hanbali - waiting period not necessary, but may be granted. Execution is traditional recommended punishment for both genders of Muslim apostates.

Ja'fari - waiting period not necessary, but may be granted according to this Shia fiqh. Male apostate must be executed, states the Ja’fari fiqh, while a female apostate must be held in solitary confinement and beaten every day at the hours of the salah, prayers, , till she repents and returns to Islam.


Ahmad Ibn Naqib al-Misri (d. 769/1368) in his works on Imam Shafi’s jurisprudence, namely ‘Umdat al-Salik (pp. 595-96) states: ‘Leaving Islam is the ugliest form of unbelief (kufr) and the worst…When a person who has reached puberty and is sane voluntarily apostasies from Islam, he deserves to be killed. In such a case, it is obligatory…to ask him to repent and return to Islam. If he does it is accepted from him, but if he refuses, he is immediately killed' (The Reliance of the Traveller, Tr. Noah Ha Mim Keller, Dubai, Modern Printing Press (1988)..

2. Table Laden with Food

In the fifth chapter of the Quran narrates how the disciples of Jesus requested him to ask God to send down a table laden with food, and for it to be a special day of commemoration for them in the future. When the disciples said: O Jesus, son of Mary! Is your Lord able to send down for us a table spread with food from heaven? He said:
Observe your duty to God, if ye are true believers. They said: We desire to eat of it and our hearts be at rest, and that we may know that you have spoken truth to us, and that we may be witnesses thereof. Jesus, son of Mary, said: ‘O God, our Lord, send down for us a Table laden with food out of heaven, that shall be for us a recurring festival, the first and last of us, and a miracle from You. And provide us our sustenance, for You are the best of providers!} (Quran 5:112-14) Since the occasion was to be for us a recurring festival.



3. Spoke the day he was born

Quran 3:46……And he shall speak unto men in his cradle, and as a grown man, and shall be of the righteous.

Quran 18:30-32……. He has given me the Book and made me a Prophet, and He has made me blessed wherever I may be. And He has enjoined upon me prayers, and to pay the alms, as long as I live and He has made me kind to my mother, and He has not made me insolent, unblessed. And may peace be upon me the day I was born, and the day I die, and on the Day I shall be raised to life.

I've never seen a sicker man than that Mohammed. All his thoughts are centered on sex on earth and sex in heaven. I don't even know that he used magic on his son. Why are Muslims so deceived? Can't they open their eyes for once?

I think there are 2 reasons why most Muslims are just going with the flow even after discovering the truth about the so called religion.

1) indoctrination from childhood 99% of Muslims are born into it, and as kids they all go to those Islamic schools ( some full time some during weekend) here they are taught to memorize the Quran repeatedly told how good and wonderful their prophet is ….all their lives they are told that Muhammad is a good, holy and best if all humans ever created, the bran washing is so much that even if they see a verse in the Quran or Hadith that speaks of some evils done by Muhammad they either totally ignored the verse or they make excuses for themselves that they can’t understand the verses on their own accord they need a sheik to do the explaining for them ( the same sheik or scholar that have been brain washing them for child hood)


2. The 2nd reason is talking bad of Islam or leaving Islam is a crime punishable by death, in the western world where the police force are very efficient and killing an apostate isn’t possible they family and friends of such person will totally cut them of…… and these are laws in Islam everybody knows ….. and nobody wan die!

Prostitution or paying for sex is very much a well established practice in Islam, it is refer to with a word Mutah which literally means “enjoyment”

In recent times Islamic scholars got embarrassed with the practice and added Marriage or Nikah to the term Mutah which literally means “temporary pleasure marriage" which can spam from a de w hours to a maximum of 3 days ……


You read that right !! Mutah is an arrangement when a man marries a woman for a specific length of time in return for a particular amount of money. A marriage strictly for the sake of pleasure which is to last within hours to a maximum of 3 days, depending on the agreement of both parties and in return the man pays the woman for services renders…… is this not prostitution? Let your conscience be the judge


A woman who is married in a mut’ah marriage, is neither a wife nor a concubine also “If a man or woman’s contracts Mutah once in his lifetime, Allah will grant him Paradise.”


And here is from their holy books
“…so with those of whom you have enjoyed sexual relations, give them their wages as prescribed…” [al-Nisa 4:24]

It is evidence that what is meant by the phrase ‘you have enjoyed sexual relations’ is mut’ah. 
The refutation of this is the fact that prior to this Allah mentions the women whom a man is forbidden to marry, then he mentions what is permissible for him, and He commands the man to give to the woman he marries her mahr. 



Proves from the Quran :

Narrated ‘Abdullah Ibn Masud:
We used to participate in the holy battles led by Allah’s Apostle and we had nothing (no wives) with us. So we said, "Shall we get ourselves castrated?” He forbade us (to castrate ourselves) and then allowed us to marry women with a temporary contract (Mut’a) and recited to us:
‘O you who believe! Make not unlawful the good things which Allah has made lawful for you, but commit no transgression.’ (Qur’an 5:87)


Mutah with One Thousand Women:
“If one desires, he may have Mutah with one thousand women since these are like hired women.” (Al-Kafi)


Mutah with a Young Girl:
Jameel bin ad-Dari said that he asked Imam Jafar as-Sadiq if Mutah was permissible with a virgin girl. The Imam said, “There is no harm in it if the girl is not too young. However, all of the collectors of hadith agree that a nine-year-old girl is not considered too young.” (Al-Kafi)


The Commission of Mutah:
Ali asked the Prophet: “What is the reward of the person who participates in the virtuous deed of arranging the mutual meetings of a man and woman?” The Prophet said, “He will receive the same reward as the two who engage in Mutah.” (Al-Kafi)


NB- in recent times Muslims being obviously embarrassed by this practice their prophet encouraged them to engage in decided to abrogate (do away with) the verses, stating that a book (Hadith) which was written over 200 years after the death of Muhammad ask them to stop the practice.

So what goes on in their minds when they act violently? To understand this one must understand an important and dangerous Islamic teaching called "Jihad", ( or Holy War).

It is important to understand that not every Arab is a Muslim, not every Muslim is an Arab, and not every Muslim is a fundamentalist. We are not trying to attack a religion. We are only exposing a teaching in a religion that could have a serious effect on all society.

It is also important to know that in exercising Jihad, Muslim fundamentalists may not think they are trying to maliciously hurt others, but rather they are only obeying God�s commandments. And in doing so, they are assuring themselves a place in Paradise.

JIHAD ( Holy War)
Jihad is one of the most sacred duties Muslims perform. The word "Jihad", is an Arabic word which means "struggle". In this sense Jihad is the struggle for the cause of spreading Islam, using all means available to Muslims, including violence. This kind of Jihad is often referred to as " Holy War".

In resorting to violence, Muslims will not have any problem finding passages in the Quran ( believed by Muslims to be Allah�s word), and the Hadith (Mohammed�s sayings as recorded by Al Bukhari), that will not only condone violence, but will also demand it.

JIHAD IN THE "QURAN".
Allah orders Muslims in the Quran to terrorize non-Muslims on His behalf.

"Strike terror (into the hearts of) the enemies of God and your enemies."
Surah 8:60

Fight (kill) them (non-Muslims), and God will punish, (torment) them by your hands, cover them with shame." Surah 9:14

" I will instill terror into the hearts of the unbelievers, smite ye above their necks and smite all their finger-tips off them. It is not ye who slew them; it was God."
Surah 8:13-17.

JIHAD IN THE "HADITH".
In the Hadith Mohammed also urges Muslims to practice Jihad.

Mohammed was once asked: what is the best deed for the Muslim next to believing in Allah and His Apostle? His answer was : " To participate in Jihad in Allah�s cause. " Al Bukhari vol 1:25.

Mohammed was quoted as saying: "I have been ordered to fight with the people till they say, none has the right to be worshipped but Allah."
Al Bukhari vol 4:196.

Mohammed also said; "The person who participates in (Holy Battles) in Allah�s cause and nothing compels him do so except belief in Allah and His Apostle, will be recompensed by Allah either with a reward, or booty ( if he survives) or will be admitted to Paradise ( if he is killed). Al Bukhari vol 1:35

MOHAMMED: AN EXAMPLE

When the prophet of Islam started preaching his new religion in Mecca, he was conciliatory to Christians and Jews. He told them, "We believe in what has been sent down to us and sent down to you, our God is the same as your God. "Surah 29:45. This attitude changed completely after he gained strength. Allah then tells him to
"Fight People of the Book (Christians and Jews), who do not accept the religion of the truth (Islam), until they pay tribute (penalty tax) by hand, being inferior." Surah 9:29.

Regarding Christians and Jews, it seems that Mohammed hated the Jews more. During his lifetime, Mohammed devoted much of his efforts to get rid of the Jews: "You (Jews) should know that the earth belongs to Allah and His apostle, and I want to expel from this land ( the Arabian Peninsula), so, if anyone owns property, he is permitted to sell it". Mohammed was quoted.

At that time there were in Medina three Jewish tribes. Two of them, the Qaynqa and the Bani-al-Nudair tribes, were besieged by Mohammed�s men, blocking their access to food supplies, until they surrendered on Mohammed�s terms, which were that their lives would be spared, that they must emigrate from Medina, and that they must deposit all their belongings at a certain place for distribution among Muslims.

The third tribe, Bani Quayza, was not as lucky. After the war of the trench, in which Mohammed was besieged by the Qurayshites led, by Abu Sofyan, it was alleged that Bani Qurayza agreed to provide help from within to Abu Sofyan�s forces. Although the alleged help did not materialize and the siege eventually ended, nevertheless, Mohammed never forgave them for their willingness to help his enemies.

Muslims turned against Bani Qurayza and blocked their streets for twenty five days.

The Jewish tribe expressed readiness to accept the surrender terms which had been conceded to the other two Jewish tribes, namely cession of their belongings and departure with safe conduct.

Mohammed, however, would not consent to this, and instead appointed as an arbiter Saad iben Moaz, a man who was known to be on bad terms with Bani Qurayza. Saad ruled that all Bani Qurayza�s men should be beheaded, that the women and children should be sold as slaves, and that all their property should be divided among the Muslims.

Trenches were dug in the bazaar of Medina for disposal of the nine hundred Jewish bodies whom Mohammed had spent the night slaughtering. (See Ibn Hisham: The Propeht�s Biography: vol 2 pages 40&41.)

16 PRIVILEGES ONLY GIVEN TO MOHAMMAD, THE FOUNDER OF ISLAM

One of Islam’s premiere Muslim commentators, al-Qurtubi, enumerates the privileges Allah gave M0hammad. The following is taken from the Commentary of al-Qurtubi on Surah 33:50.

As for what was granted and made lawful (by Allah) to the prophet –pbuh– they are 16 issues:-

1. To be fair with the spoils (booty from raids).

2. To (forcefully) take a fifth of all the spoils (booty from raids).

3. "Al Wisal" (which means continuing the fast through the night to the next night, without eating.)

4. To take more than four women.

5. To have intercourse “Yastankih" with a woman who verbally pronounces her dedication (to the prophet).

6. To marry, without the presence (or permission) of a legal guardian.

7. To marry, without a dowry.

8. To marry (and have intercourse) during a state of ritual consecration and purification.

9. The annulment of an oath he may make to his wives.

10. If Muhammad looks at a woman (and desires her) THEN IT IS NECESSARY FOR HER HUSBAND TO DIVORCE HER AND FOR MUHAMMAD TO MARRY HER.
Ibn Al A’raby said, "This is what the servant of the two holy mosques has also said, as was clear to the scholars FROM THE STORY OF ZAID which also had this meaning."

11. That the prophet released Safiyyah (from her captured status) and he considered her release as her dowry.

12. To enter Mecca without being in a state of ritual purification.

13. To fight in Mecca.

14. That he is not inherited by anyone at all. This was mentioned in the oath of absolution for when a man approaches death due to illness, most of his possessions are taken away, so that he does not have more than a third left for him. But the possessions of the prophet remained for him, as is evidenced in the verse of inheritance and in Surat Mariam.

15. His marriage is still considered effective after his death.

16. If he divorces a woman she remains prohibited to everyone and may not be married, "Nikah,"(intercourse) to someone else.


Bonus

Surah 33. Al-Ahzab, 50. “O Prophet! Lo! We have made lawful unto thee thy wives unto whom thou hast paid their dowries, and those whom thy right hand possesseth of those whom Allah hath given thee as spoils of war, and the daughters of thine uncle on the father's side and the daughters of thine aunts on the father's side, and the daughters of thine uncles on the mother's side emigrated with thee, and a believing woman if she give herself unto the Prophet and the Prophet desire to ask her in marriage, A PRIVILEGE FOR THEE ONLY, not for the (rest of) believers. We are aware of that which we enjoined upon them concerning their wives and those whom their right hands possess that thou mayst be free from blame, for Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.”

And any believing woman who dedicates herself to the Prophet if the Prophet wishes to wed (Nikah) her; this only for thee, and not for the Believers (at large).
