Very very soon this man will become South West own version of Abubakar Shekau. Like Boko Haram he is training his squad already which he calls "SHERIFF GUARDS"
PoliticsRe: Cable Car Project On The Verge Of Completion – Fashola by gregg2: 6:30am On Oct 08, 2013
Bunch of greedy criminals

1) Where is the Lekki International Airport he promised us will be ready by December 2012?

2) What about the Lekki Seaport?

3) Where are the trains we were told he ordered from Canada since 2011?

4) Why is he abandoning the much hyped Lagos - Badagry expressway that he lobbied Fed Govt to handover to him?

5) Why is a state like Lagos still without portable pipeborne water?
PoliticsRe: Why Bola Tinubu Needs To Be The NEXT Nigerian President. He’s The FUTURE! by gregg2: 8:34pm On Oct 07, 2013
Let him dare offer himself for a national election first. He will realise Nigeria is way bigger and complex than South West where he has influence. In short, he cannot win a national elections. He does not have a national appeal.

The massive support Ngige currently enjoys? From South West? We shall see how South West travels to vote Ngige in Anambra state.

@ba7man
Stop spamming this thread with lies.
Learn to speak the truth. It is better. All of us live in this Lagos and know the truth about water supply in this city. We are all at the mercy of MaiRuwa, shallow boreholes and pure water except you don't know how reliable public water supply looks like.

PoliticsRe: Jonathan Offers $12billion To Governors To Sustain Loyalty by gregg2: 4:40pm On Sep 15, 2013
12 billion dollars is equivalent of almost 2 trillion naira. Where on earth will this kind of money come from?

Only Stupidd people believe this kind of trash.
APC liers are never tired.
PoliticsRe: The Fashola Vs Akpabio Thread. by gregg2: 3:56pm On Sep 15, 2013
Is there pipeborne water in Lagos? The so called water works is only on pages of newspapers and internet sites.
Who among all of you noisemakers has reliable public pipeborne water in his home? Can any of you swear? Bunch of "Suffering and smiling Peeps". You guys will never learn until MaiRuwa poisons that water for you.

Shameless peeps! Fraudstars!!!
Depicting Federal Govt roads and flyovers as Fashola's.
Somebody has asked anyone of you fraudstars to swear to God that you use public pipe borne water in your house as it is in elsewhere .
PoliticsRe: The Fashola Vs Akpabio Thread. by gregg2: 7:18am On Sep 15, 2013
mikeywise: Please, this thread is not about Ibo and Yoruba,
I dont know why anybody would compare Fashola with Akpabio?
Its just like comparing Nokia with a China Phone.
Did you all see the water projects? Thats the greatest fraud that can
ever happen. The people of Akwa Ibom deserve better.
That water project done by Aksg is not different from the ones
done by private individuals in their houses.

I wish my state governor (Abia state) can do one eigth 1/8 of what Fashola has done.
Abia o ni baje
Eko o ni baje
Nigeria o ni baje.
Stop pretending to be from Abia state. Your spelling of "Ibo" instead of "Igbo" exposes you as a typical Yoruba man.

The water project you talked about was posted here by the OP to satisfy his mischievous intentions. For your information, unlike Lagos, water is not a problem in Akwa Ibom state. The taps run.
PoliticsRe: The Fashola Vs Akpabio Thread. by gregg2:
cjrane: Dude, you are such a fraudulent fellow.

The main building with semi-circular glass finishing is NAL Towers in VI.This thread is to compare Fashola's achievements to Akpabio's and not compare Lagos ( A former Federal Capital and commercial capital of Nigeria) to Uyo (A rural town, just became a state capital in 1987) which is what you are trying to do. Since Akpabio and Fashola got into office the same day on May 29th, 2007, any project commissioned before 2007 pre-dates their time as Governor and therefore has nothing to do with them.

The main building in the background is NAL towers, built by defunct NAL Merchant bank in the early 1990s. It was built when Fashola was still in the university and has nothing to do with him. Gen. Buba Marwa should take credit for those building using your logic. At least he was the Governor of Lagos when they were constructed!

Please show us Fashola's achievements since May 29th, 2007 and not showing us Federal highways and bridges built in Lagos or buildings built by banks and Multinational companies as their corporate headquarters in Nigeria's capital since 1980.

SHOW US FASHOLA'S ACHIEVEMENTS FROM 2007 WITH THE TAXES HE HAS BEEN COLLECTING!
@OP

1) 95% of the roads and flyovers displayed here are all FG projects. All Fashola did was to paint, plant flowers and replace streets light. And by the way, how much does it cost to paint and plant flowers?

2) While Akpabio is busy constructing roads and flyovers Fashola is merely painting FG roads and planting flowers.

3) Most of the LASU buildings displayed here were constructed during the time of Jakande. All Fashola did was to paint them.

4) While Akpabio established a University for his state, Fashola only paints buildings built by Jakande in LASU.

5) Is Fashola a painter?

6) Nobody is comparing Lagos a former capital of Nigeria during the oil boom for nearly a century with Akwa Ibom state created recently with Katsina state.

7) Agreed, Fashola is a showman but we are also not doing a beauty contest between Akpabio and Fashola. Show us Fashola projects and not some Fashola in a fruit market or a Fashola with a group of women pictures

No shaking. APC are a useless bunch
PoliticsRe: The Fashola Vs Akpabio Thread. by gregg2:
Delafruita: how will anyone in his right senses make such a postulation?how does anyone even start to compare lagos to akwa-ibom?lagos is a state that has a population almost 5times that of akwa-ibom and that population increases daily.those in akwa-ibom presently are seeking ways of moving down to lagos.does it mean akpabio's roads are not beautiful enough a sight to keep them happy?

akpabio didnt start many of the projects that have been listed on this thread just like fashola didnt start many of those he is finishing.the truth is when you compare their revenues vis a vis population, fashola has done a darn good job.akpabio keeps building roads and beautifying, what has he done to boost industries in akwa-ibom?why dont the masses feel the impact of the billions that flow into that state?for those that dont know,akwa-ibom receives the highest federal allocation in nigeria of roughly 19billion naira every month.lagos reeives an average of 7billion and the bulk of its revenues come from IGR.that is the first achievement.the fact that people make money and are able to pay their taxes shows that the government is foing its job.government isnt just supposed to build roads and plant flowers,it should create the enabling environment for people to make wealth and give back.if akpabio has received trillions over the years and his state can only boast an IGR of 20billion in a year,it shows that something is wrong.even ogun state generates 4billion naifra monthly which is roughly 50billion in a year.if the people of akwa-ibom cannot buy cars, how will they benefit from the roads?how many cars ply the roads akpabio has built?

the numbr of inner-city roads fashola has built in lagos are astounding.its easy to construct a new road and make it beautiful, the hard part is in making everywhere in your city accessible.besides most of these projects are located in uyo.what of eket?ikot-ekpene and many other cities in akwa-ibom?can they boast inner-city roads that connect everywhere?the misconception about lagos is in seeing it as a whole entity.this is because there is no massive seperation between the different local governments.everywhere is jojned at its boundaries and those boundaries have disappeared.lagos state has become a huge city so when people view lagos, they view it wholistically.akpabio enjoys the benefit of his state been a big village.he can spend billions on uyo and show the world he is an achiever because the nearest city is still about one hour away.

the number of workers in lagos alone is more than the entire population of akwa-ibom.the number of primary school pupils alone is more then the entire population of akwa-ibom.i still dont understand what the basis for comparison is.but since some goons are hellbent on comparing, perhaps they can compare this

lagos generates roughly 30billion naira monthly and receives 7billion as allocation.thats about 37billion monthly

akwa-iom generates about 2billion monthly and receives about 20billion as allocation.thats about 22billion

akwa-ibom has a population of about 3million people.based on its funds thats roughly 7000naira PCI

lagos has a population of more than 15million people which makes its PCI about 2460naira

akwa-ibom has more money per person than lagos.infact it has almost triple what lagos has per person.

akwa-ibom should be able to pay unemployment benefit to its people

it should be able to bring up innovations to encourage job creation for its people.

people shouldnt judge akpabio based on roads and bridges.judge akpabio based on how much his state receives and what impact it has had on the people of his state
You talked about population, as a person, is there anything you enjoy from Lagos State govt? I challenge you to mention just one thing that the masses in Lagos are enjoying from LASG. We pay for everything through our nose. They jacked up LASU school fees to 260,000 naira. How many people around your neighbourhood will be able to afford that amount?

Now, let us go to Akwa Ibom

1) Primary and Secondary education is free

2) Tuition fees of the state owned University is about 35,000

3) Free medical treatment for infants, the aged and pregnant women

4) Their water taps run unlike Lagos where we patronise MaiRuwa and pure water

5) Taxation is very low

6) Regular foreign scholarships and bursaries

7) Free sanitation. Akpabio does not surcharge indigenes to pay for keeping his state clean

I can go on and on. . .

Atouke: lagos roads
Please, stop ascribing FG roads and flyovers to Fashola. That he chased away Agberos to plant flowers under the bridge doesn't mean he built the road.

PoliticsRe: APC Condemns Sealing Of New PDP Office. by gregg2: 6:20pm On Sep 08, 2013
Even without court order, that office need to be shut for security reasons. They have spilled enough blood through their Boko Haram and as a country, we cannot afford another avoidable over heating of the polity resulting in clashes, destruction and likely loss of lives. The security forces must nip this looming calamity in the bud by closing down that office and arresting architects of this confusion for trial. Liar Muhammed should be ignored. He and the party he represents are evil.

EducationRe: Students Dont Want ASUU Strike To End - ASUU President by gregg2:
ASUU "agreements" never finish. As government implements one the next is put on the table again for discussion. These guys are a greedy bunch.

The NANS leadership are just naive if they think implementing this agreement for ASUU will end strike actions. And I bet you, Non academic staff, SSANU, NUT, Polytechnic, Colleges of Education are all waiting on the sidelines so they too can come up with their own agitations. The "No work, No Salary" policy should be put in the constitution.
