It's a big shame to Lagos state.
That less than 1 KM Surulere street has been under construction for about 5yrs now. It surprises me. People residing at Ogba and going to Ikeja Allen or Under-bridge understand this very short link road connecting Adeniyi Jones to ACME. The contractor uses 95% manual labour with head-pans, wheelbarrows and shovels. Meanwhile, Lagos state ACN office is just a stone throw.
