I am on a quest to start a new line of business in Garlic exportation. I have very basic knowledge on how the market works, but I have access (where to buy) to garlic from local farmers at low cost. My problem is, I do not have access to international markets where to trade the acquired garlic and all the technical bits from storage, packaging and so on... I have searched the internet for comprehensive guide but cannot find any. Please help out with suggestions if this is your line of business or you have solid ideas in this line of business. I intend to kick off full exportation sometime this year. Thanks. Any idea is welcomed.

Please do not feed anything apart from milk at this stage. Soya milk is not milk it's true sense.

A baby goat will not eat grass yet. the predominant food for now is milk. Fortunately, goats are herbivorous and milk for herbivores are easy to come by. Firstly you have to get a feeding bottle. the feeding bottle should have small teats that are somewhat similar to the mothers teats. then you can get fresh cow milk or goat milk if you can get where to buy it from. I have used cow bell in the past with fairly good results but I warn you not to use any other milk like peak, ..... or other sweetened milk. If you do, the baby goat will surely die of diarrhea (If you notice extremely watery poo that stains the body of the goat, stop the formula immediately). Trust me, I learnt the hard way. Same reasons you cannot give that to a human baby. You will have to feed it at least 6 times in a day. As she grows older, this will reduce. The goat will become imprinted (see you as one of it's kind) to you. Finally, if you observe baby goats with their mothers, you will notice that they lie quite close (bodies touching each other) during sleeping time, this is because of bodily warmth. Please keep the baby goat in a warm place.

Lol! I think you need to understand that your knowledge and performance in interviews doesn't get you a job anywhere in this world. Body language, a word, your perfume, dressing...and just about anything not relating to how smart you are can make or mar you in an interview. So this has nothing to do with integrity. If I had employed my family member, then your comment might suffice.

Actually, it can be a bad or a good sign. When interviewers are quick to let you go, then, it might mean they have already selected their candidate or you were not interesting. On the other hand, it can also mean before you were invited in, they have already selected you as their candidate and felt no need to ask much based on your Resume or cover letter. But the earlier most often holds sway.

There is something important people should know about interviews... Firstly, the list by the OP will put you in a pretty good position to landing a job but it is not a guarantee, there might be others who performed better than you did. Secondly, most organizations advertise and post jobs for "the sake of doing". They already have an internal candidate to fill that role. So no matter how you perform, you will not get the role. And finally, a recruiter might just like something about a particular candidate for some unusual reason. The candidate might not be the best but is the most liked by the recruiting manager. I have been guilty of the latter. During an interview where I was the recruiting manager, I picked a candidate because she said she has been trying to enter an International NGO for years and couldn't that's why she traveled for almost 600 km to attend the interview. This somehow reminded me of my struggle years back, hence, she got the job even though she wasn't the best.
