You mean to tell this honorable house that the man was long infected by Dayokanu’s back and forth debates? |

Ibime: Wahala for who say dem go show Airmark pepper. Na your body go tell you.
Airmark is indestructible. Ask Raumdeuter and A40 who have been trying for 10 years
In school I beat one stronghead JSS1 boy from an interior village. The guy kept coming back crying and shouting YOU GO KILL ME TODAY. So I continued beating him, and he kept coming back shouting YOU GO KILL ME TODAY till he started hyperventilating and breathing loudly sounding like someone about to die of thirst. So I beat him to the nearest tap and forced him to drink water, make he no die for my hand. And still he kept coming and coming till my niggas had to save me by holding him down. Na me wey dey beat am still had to leave the dorm quickly while my niggas held him in dorm. Na me still find am the next day to apologise and make peace because he was clearly a mad man.
Airmark is the Nairaland version of that nigga. He will not lose the war, even if you win the first 10 battles. I trust am die! I’ll rather not deal with a mad man, there’s no dignity in such duel. They have no honor to protect and have nothing to lose. Beat them with facts and they resort to insults and abuses. It’s a child’s play. |

BlueMann: Sadly, it's looking like both Paez and Estevao will miss out on their domestic league titles. Independiente lost to LDU 3-0 in the first leg, and need to match or better that scoreline in the second leg.
To avoid confusion, the Ecuadorian league is structured in such a way that the season is divided into two equal phases (15 games each) - the winner of the first phase takes on the winner of the second phase in a two legged playoff for the title. If same club wins both phases, then the club is unanimously crowned champions.
Paez's club IDV won the first phase, and could probably have won the second phase if the coach didn't take his foot off the pedal for a while and start benching some key players. Paez himself had been coming off the bench for a while now, and he still came off the bench today. Not sure if it's cos of a dip in form or a disciplinary issue but I reckon he should be starting a game like this. Estevao and Palmieras should as well forget the Brasiliero Seria A. They had the chance to keep their hopes of winning it alive when they squared up against Botafogo weeks ago on home soil but they failed to make a statement, losing helplessly to the league leaders. There’s no way Bota will lose to São Paulo at home today. The worst result they could get is a draw which still crowns them Champions. |

So because I weighed in on a debate between yourselves, means I cannot hold any outside opinions on other topics? Are you this close-minded in the face of evidence?
I just gave you a screenshot from August showing you where I stated affirmative, even before this point, upgrades on Sterling's and Madueke's positions being more of a priority than a CF position but you are still denying it's existence, but binding it to yet a completely different debate.
Do you lack the capacity to understand that one point of view in not contigent upon the other? What is wrong with you man?

drisham: Madueke was good today
Missed a lot of big chances but he was good.
Felix impressed me Nkunku was invisible I doubt he will ever bench Jackson This team is already taking the right shape it needs. Madueke, Felix, Mudryk and Nkunku should take care of the less serious oppositions. Neto, Jackson, Sancho, Palmer for the tough games. You have to love Maresca's man management anyway. How he’s been able to get this big squad happy, giving all the boys minutes whilst also staying competitive is some genius no one seems to be talking about. |

nihilistjnr: People like the guy below? Of course he needs to have his head examined. I’m glad he isn’t on NL, one would think he’s on that subject because of me. For the fact he is getting the sticks about his defense from those who aren’t on NL, that says something mate. We all can’t be mad at same time. Moreover, I’ve seen Wenger hail Senderos and Silverstre as the world best CBs. |

Sportsweb: Nihilistjnr, Airmark and other sensible guys knew attack was our major problem. Not Defence.
But Airmark should calm down with Jackson's hate. We all criticized Jackson last season but he's a brand new man this season. At least respect him, not always busy looking for faults, spying Senegalese pages looking for faults Saying the attack was the problem is half the truth, these lot - led by the faceless 20-goals a season Canva graphic work of art striker, were directly pointing accusing fingers at Jackson. They had no clue what good attacking setup is all about, they’ve always believed that getting a new No9 is the way to address the attack - a dumb perspective that has been proven useless by Maresca’s style of play. Even when nateevs and to some extent myself came out to educate some of them about the bad calls Posh made which completely ruined our attacking options, none of them logged on NL with a jotter and a pen. Horrendous decisions like failing to keep creative players like Angelo, Santos etc - kids who we saw in Pre-Season had the abilities to create and score goals, allowing Sterling back in the team as a 90mins starter, the dumb tactical approach to shoehorn Enzo into the No10 role, playing Palmer across the whole attacking line thereby giving him more responsibilities which limited the other attacking players et al. None of the attacking changes introduced by Maresca seemed new to me or nateevs. Sell Sterling, add two attacking options, assign a more definite playmaking responsibility to Palmer and we’re good. Unlike that Citadel mugu who knows zilch about football, we have never seen Jackson as the problem upfront. It’s the primary reason we never saw the attack in general as the major problem of this team because we knew if we could get a manager who could fix this tactical problem and make the right call with the attacking band and not the young technical Jackson, we would tick, something you dare not say about the backline that looked so irredeemable and out of proportions. A backline that made two conceded goals in a game their signature. The only reason it seems we’ve managed to keep a paltry amount of three clean sheets in the league this season is largely due to Maresca’s crazy high press. Watch when the opposition manages to play through our press and come facing our defenders, you’re being taken immediately back to last season. The only real heroes so far have been Cucurella and Colwill. Fofana, Benoit and Disasi are no top level players. They can’t cut it at any of the Europe's top ten teams, . These are drabs we’re being forced to watch every week and expect a clean sheet lol. The last time we kept a clean sheet in the league this season prior to yesterday’s game was in September 2024. If someone comes to run a shadow analysis of how we are doing great with such defensive run, they should have their head examined. This matter has been over flogged and I feel dwelling on it or replying certain mates here over it is a waste of time. |
