molar36:I may not be able to help you directly. I pray God intervenes in your situation. |
Level 1: You know you are not being real, you are not being authentic, you are not being you. You know there is a gap between who you are and who you are trying to be. It is hard keeping up with trying to be who you are not. Sometimes you try to be authentic. Your attempt at being true to your being comes with a gap created between you and some things as well as you and some people. It is the gap with the people you find harder to deal with. Level 2: It increasingly becomes clear that being authentic means things and people will have to leave you. It is not as if you are trying to push those things and people away from you. It is just that since they do not align with the real you, there is no corresponding vibrational frequency to keep them in your life. Level 3: You are trying to be true to your being and you realize that you no longer want to go to some places you have been going. You no longer desire some associations. You simply want to be and not just keep repeating the same pattern in doing. A new way of life is calling but there are anchors in some things and people that are dragging you to where you have been, that place where your evolution has been hindered. But there are some things you have experienced even when you attempted to be real. The number one among those things is that you experienced more silence within; there was less internal turmoil. In fact, you experienced more peace. You wish to keep going without looking back but along come those things and people that drag you back to that old familiar place. Level 4: You attempt to do something. You attempt to carry those people along the path you want to follow. You want to be a good friend, a good buddy to them. You can see that they deserve better and you want to almost drag them along the route that will cause them to shift and make them experience life on a whole new level. You are trying to be good to them but things seem to be going from bad to worse between you and these people. They see that a change is happening with you but they do not get it. The intensity of the friction between you and them seem to be on the rise. They are so used to their way of living that they consider themselves at home where they are. However, you see that where they call home is characterized by chaos and that the new path offers freedom from chaos. Your understanding of this path is experiential not mental. What is the problem? The problem is that they have identified with that chaos, that disorder, that craziness, they call home. There is no separation between them and their home. They are one with their home and you are trying to pull them out of it. They resist you. You are trying to take their whole sense of identity away from them. If they lose home who will they be? They do not want to experience the unfamiliar because it will shatter all that they think they are. Their home is chaos but at least the chaos is familiar. They prefer a familiar chaos to an unfamiliar uncertainty. They do not just resist you, they fight you and this is creating distance between you and them. Level 5: You come to a realization: You are not responsible for their transformation. You want it for them but you do not want the added pressure of that responsibility. The primary person you should be true to is you. You decide to walk the path alone without the approval you have been seeking from them, an approval not coming forth. Things turn upside down. Level 6: You know you love them but they think you despise them. Why? Because you do not call them. You know that if you have to call them you will. You do not desire a call that is all about shallow “Hi” and “How far?” Shallow is no longer your home, not even in conversations. Now see the hypocrisy: They say you do not call them but do they call you? No. They do not call you because behind you they say things that unmask their anger and growing hatred for you. You do not judge them for not calling you but they judge you for not calling them. And when you decide to call them you hear, “So you remember to call me today,” and some other subtle negative remarks. You do not call them, they despise you; you call them, they despise you. You now fully realize that their problem is not you. Their problem is within them. They are not aware of this. Level 7: You make the necessary decision: “I will honour my being by following this path and being authentic no matter what.” You add, “The things and people that leave my life because I follow this path have to leave because they do not align with me.” You follow your heart and things and people leave you. Things turn downside up. Level 8: Things and people left you. Now things and people that align with you start showing up in your life. A “chance” encounter brings you something you need; your “work” connects you with people that bring value. Life is new, life is fresh, life is adventurous. Not that there are no challenges but that mental pattern that converts challenges to problems has greatly been dissolved. You now know that it is through challenges that you grow and evolve. Having awaken, you are consciously evolving. Level 9: Years later some of the people whom you were trying to drag along the path in the beginning but who drifted away show up in your life. Then when you were trying to drag them, they were at a point in life where they could neither see nor appreciate what you were trying to do. Now they see it. Life happened to them until they said, “I am tired of this madness.” And they asked, “Who can help me out of this disorder?” They remember you. They reconnect with you at a deeper level. Your life and theirs undergo a “chemical reaction” as result of this reconnection. In other words, there is a transformation with you and them. If you had remained where you were years ago without following the path, all these would not have happened. Level 10: It finally dawns on you: When you start to follow the path meant for you, you can measure what you will lose but you cannot see what you will gain. |
When we talk about enlightenment, it is important you do not get attached to the words but go beyond the words to realize what is being talked about. In this sense, words are pointers. The signpost that says “Ajegunle” is not Ajegunle but it points you to Ajegunle. Words can point you to enlightenment but if you are attached to words, you may fail to realize it. You are the primary subject for spiritual enlightenment which is your true nature. Your mind will find it difficult to grasp enlightenment. Comprehension comes from the mind and the mind best grasps what can be categorized or objectified. Our minds like to think in terms of object and this is not restricted to physical objects. The mind objectifies speed, distance, condition, time, even though those are not objects. Whatever we perceive, physically or mentally, is the object of perception. When we think of something that is not an actual object, we still use objectification as a mental reference which can be an image or a representation. The mind is framed upon object relations. Time is not an object but when we consider the past for instance, we think of it as a “place” where things happened. So we use an objectified framework for thinking and this is the foundation of our entire perceived world. Spiritual enlightenment or direct consciousness is outside this framework. It therefore cannot be understood but it can be realized. This is why many communications about spiritual enlightenment seem vague, enigmatic, confusing, or mysterious although it may be because the speaker does not really know what he is talking about. One teacher who really knows what he talks about is Eckhart Tolle and this is what he says about enlightenment: The word enlightenment conjures up the idea of some superhuman accomplishment, and the ego likes to keep it that way, but it is simply your natural state of felt oneness with Being. It is a state of connectedness with something immeasurable and indestructible, something that, almost paradoxically, is essentially you and yet is much greater than you. It is finding your true nature beyond name and form. The inability to feel this connectedness gives rise to the illusion of separation, from yourself and from the world around you. You then perceive yourself, consciously or unconsciously, as an isolated fragment. Fear arises, and conflict within and without becomes the norm.1 Following enlightenment is the awareness that you are no-thing. It may seem that what you previously sensed as “you” has been destroyed but that “you” is your ego. Enlightenment does not destroy you; it frees you from the limitation of what you are not. You are not your ego. Be silent. Be still. I want you to be conscious that you are reading these words. Now, I want you to be conscious of that consciousness. You are that consciousness. That consciousness is prior to any idea, image, thought, or belief. It is actually the space in which thoughts show up and then leave. If you really consider the last sentence, you have the opportunity to be free from your identification with your thought, hence, dissolving much of the pain you currently carry. If you desire to transform your life, becoming conscious of who you are is invaluable. Note: 1. A seed germinates and grows to become a tree. In time, the tree yields fruit. The leaves of the tree take in carbon dioxide and releases oxygen. Human beings breathe in this oxygen and breathe out carbon dioxide which the leaves of the tree take in. There is a design. Intelligence is at work. The earth is presently rotating. That rotation gives us day and night. It is also revolving around the sun which gives us seasons. There is a gravitational force of the earth that scientists have not been able to explain. When you jump, the force pulls you down back to earth. So you are unable to float around aimlessly on earth or into space. The earth has intelligence guiding it. As you read this your heart is pumping your blood. Your body may presently be digesting the food you ate earlier. We can say that the food is being digested but we cannot say that you are digesting the food. We cannot say that because you are not actively responsible for the digestion of your food. What is it exactly do you do so that your food digests? Nothing. Your body handles the digestion just like it handles the circulation of blood around your body. Your body has intelligence guiding it. With that intelligence, it fights microorganisms that come in to cause disease. Your body has “soldiers” fighting for you and they fight till death. With all these and many more happening, you still find yourself thinking sometimes that your life does not make sense. You are having an issue with a family member, you are struggling to pay your rent, you are having an illness, you lost your child, your partner left you. Yes, all of these are challenging but that intelligence that guides the seed to grow into a tree, that makes the earth act for our benefit, that makes your body thrive, that intelligence has not left you on your own. That intelligence is at work in your life even though you may not see it. You may not see it because you think too much and your mind which has created a story about you has been conditioned by your past. You end up believing the story of your mind. This has cost you happiness. No matter the story your head tells you, it cannot be absolutely true. In your thought, you have cut up the whole into tiny fragments and through thinking, these fragments end up becoming lifeless. Your thought involves your perspective which can only be relatively true. Your perspective does not consider the whole. The absolute truth has to do with the whole and your mind does not have the capacity to process the whole. You do not have to believe that your life is meaningless; you do not have to believe that your situation will never improve; you do not have to believe that God has left you on your own; you do not have to believe your story. Intelligence is at work in your life. The seed does not struggle but allows the intelligence to work; the earth does not struggle but allows the intelligence to work; your body does not struggle but allows the intelligence to work. Why are you struggling? You are struggling because you do not trust the intelligence. If you do, you would say with St. Paul, “…All things work for good for those who love God…” (Romans 8:28). |
Your mind has been in charge. It has been your leader for most part of your life and now its leadership position is threatened. The mind therefore engages in a battle and in this battle, it fights as if it is fighting for survival. In the process of stepping out of your mind and aligning with your Being, you may feel lost as if you are in a no-man’s land. Some people move back into the mind at this stage without realizing that they are one step away from enlightenment. As you journey from your mind to your Being and your mind fights fiercely, you may experience what may be called withdrawal symptoms. Do not run to your addictions – food, alcohol, social media, sex – to numb your feeling then. Doing so may stop the fight but it delays your enlightenment. The addictive object you run to does not end the fight. It only postpones it to another day and the fight may be more intense the next time. Your strength is displayed when you go through this stage without your addictions. The strength of your Being will lead you to enlightenment and a by-product is withdrawal from your addictions so that you are no longer an addict. In this way, stillness can help you overcome your addictions. You were never lost; you were only obscured from being aware of who you are. We live in a noisy world. Why is there noise? Because people are addicted to stimulations. They are scared of stillness and so must always have noise as a companion. External world is a reflection of one’s internal state, so their external environment correlates to their internal turbulence. The turbulence within is stressful and causes pain. Pain puts them out of ease and they suffer disease. If you are still seeking stimulation, then stillness will be difficult for you and the way you live your life will keep taking you away from yourself. Here is the “normal” life of people: Being too busy, constant distractions, stress, noise, stimulating food and drinks, emotions, anxiety. The consequence is mental and emotional exhaustion. Do you want peace? Be still. Stillness may be difficult for you at first because the hyperactive mind brings up all kinds of thoughts. In that case, you may start by focusing on your breath. Let that bring you into the present moment. As you continue the practice, you find out that you are not bombarded by thoughts as you were when you started. The gap between thoughts increases. You may start practising stillness for 15 minutes a day. If you really think that you do not have 15 minutes to spare in a whole day, then you may need an hour for stillness. You do not have to believe that stillness will be of benefit to you. Practise it and have the experience. |
A good number of people are so used to doing that they are not able to just sit and be still. It seems as if they are afraid of silence. Maybe you have noticed that your mind becomes hyperactive when you try to be still. You do not like what shows up and so you completely avoid being still. Perhaps when you are alone and the room is silent, you feel some form of pain showing up. You want to feel good and not feel the pain so you do something that will make the pain go away. But does the pain really go away? If you become still and you notice your mind coming up with different kinds of thought, or some form of pain showing up, that is an opportunity for you to disidentify from your mind. If you could remain still regardless of the discomfort you may feel initially, you will get to create a space, a space for the thought or pain to simply be as it is. Actually, you will not be creating space because you are the space; you are the space in which the thought shows up. Usually, when thought shows up, you do something to make the thought go away. You go watch a movie, get on social media, go out, or do some other thing. But the thought has not really gone away. You have succeeded in obstructing yourself from the thought. So the thought is still there, lingering somewhere in you. What should you do? You should be still. Allow the thought to be. Do not think; do not try to understand the thought; do not try to know where the thought is coming from; do not judge the thought; do not want to do anything to the thought. Just allow the thought to be. As you remain still you will get to see that you are not your thought. There is the thought and here I am, I am therefore not my thought. This is disidentification from the thought; it is disidentification from your mind. You feel the space surrounding the thought. Continue to allow the thought to be and that space will dissolve the thought, so to speak. This may not happen in a day. It happens over time as you continue your practice of stillness. Whereas the thought has been so powerful that it dominated your mind, it will begin to lose its momentum. When you are still, you are present and the thought is no match for your Presence. The thought will eventually be dissolved. By this I mean that the thought will be transmuted into consciousness. I have used thought to show how you can be free from the thought in your head. The same process applies for pain. Thought arises in the mind and pain is your body’s reaction to the thought. So ultimately what is happening is a disidentification from your mind. Let us go deeper into this. |
Stop this. You advertize Recharge and get paid as a telecom job. You know you are lying and that makes you cheap. Stop acting desperate. |
How do we connect to the formless dimension? By being still. “Be still and confess that I am God” (Psalm 46:11). What does it mean to be still? To be conscious without thought. When you are still, you are deeply yourself. Then you open yourself up for the Source to communicate with and act through you. In stillness, you become one with all. “We need to find God, and He cannot be found in noise and restlessness. God is the friend of silence. See how nature – trees, flowers, grass – grows in silence; see the stars, the moon and the sun, how they move in silence…We need silence to be able to touch souls,” said Mother Teresa. When you are concerned about a situation or what you usually call a problem - physical, emotional, or otherwise - you may not want to be still. You want to resolve the situation and so you want an answer fast, you want it right now. You become desperate. You cannot afford to be still. Stillness will not yield any result. So you think. Very few situations require an immediate action. When an action is required, it is of course proper to act. But for most situations, withdrawal from the situation is necessary. There is the situation and here is your interpretation of the situation which is often different from the situation. In fact, the problem is usually not the situation but your interpretation of the situation. You need to take a step back, you need to withdraw. Stillness can help you do that. What people often want is an answer that will give them their desired outcome. They want an answer that will relieve them of the discomfort they feel. They consider the outcome more important than the truth until they sense that the truth is more important than the outcome. When you practice stillness, trust is developed. You develop trust in your true nature and a deep trust in God. Then you can say with St. Paul, “…All things work for good for those who love God…” (Romans 8:28). Do you have a terrible life situation? Be still. “The language of God is silence; words are poor translation,” said Deepak Chopra. Imagine that a surgeon is operating a patient. In the middle of the operation, the patient comes awake on the operating table and starts shouting, “Oh my God! I am undergoing an operation. What should I do?” This is a time the patient should do nothing and allow the surgeon to operate. We are so used to doing something that even when the time comes for us to do nothing, we still want to do something. It is as if we are scared of doing nothing, scared of being still. Sometimes we should simply be and not do. Sometimes what is required is for you to be still. |
fireback:Wise one. |
You are out of school and like most graduates, you start looking for a job. After several months, you find a job. You are happy to have a job and you resume at your place of work. In less than six months, you begin asking yourself if you would like to continue on this job. “Is this how I am going to spend my life working on this job?” Few months ago when you got the job, you were happy. Now, the same job makes you unhappy. You start looking for another job, another job that will fulfill you, that will help you achieve your life purpose. So, you decide to be clear, “What kind of job do I want?” You want a job under Human Resources. You want to work in an air-conditioned office with good furnishing and after years or decades of work, retire with pension. You get the job, “This is the job that fulfills me.” Months later some level of dissatisfaction sets in. You know that a lot of people will be happy to have the job you currently have but you are no longer happy on the job. Fridays are always anticipated and by Sunday evening, a dark cloud about getting back to work the next day hovers above you. You decide that you would no longer want to answer “Yes sir” to somebody else as an employee. You resolve to start your own business and be your own boss. You start your business and after some time, you resign from your place of work to focus on your business. “My purpose is to establish my own business serving people,” so you think. Behind that thought is the desire to make money, so much money. You are unconscious of the belief in your head, “I will be happy when I am rich. Money will fulfill me.” After years of stress, hard work, and negativity, you make much money and consider yourself rich. Time passes and you start asking, “Is this all there is to life?” You are not as happy, not as fulfilled as you thought you would be when you become rich. Some void inside you tells you that you are not living your purpose. “What is my purpose?” you ask. The problem is this: You have been seeking your purpose only in doing. We refer to a person as a “human being.” Those two words speak truth. The “human” represents the form – the name, clothes, house, car, job, thoughts – of the person. The “being” is the formless without which there would be no form, no “human.” In trying to find your purpose, you have completely abandoned “being” and focused on “human.” As long as you continue searching in that state, you will hardly find or fulfill your purpose. You are not a human doing. Let me put it in another way. You are to be and to do. But before you do, you will have to be. Most people however are so focused on doing that they neglect being. They do, and do, and keep doing, searching for their purpose in doing. Your purpose, your primary purpose precisely, concerns being and not doing. “What is my purpose?” you ask. There are two levels to your purpose – inner and outer. You therefore have an inner purpose and an outer purpose. Inner purpose concerns being and has to do with your Being. Inner purpose is primary. Outer purpose concerns doing and it is secondary. Your inner purpose is to be conscious of Consciousness. In other words, your inner purpose is to awake. This is the purpose of every human being. Something is happening in the universe which the human mind cannot comprehend. Our awakening is necessary in this evolutionary stage of the universe. Your inner purpose concerns the whole, the totality of all that is. Your outer purpose is not constant, it changes over time. From person to person, outer purpose varies. When you live in alignment with your inner purpose, you have laid the basis for your outer purpose. Through shrewdness, motivation, hard work, or struggle, you can do and achieve certain things. But there will be no experience of joy in such striving. It all ends up in some form of pain. What is your outer purpose when you are travelling? To travel. When you get to your destination, your outer purpose is to be there. When you meet someone there, you outer purpose is to meet that person. When you are cooking, your outer purpose is to cook. When you are speaking, your outer purpose is to speak. What is your outer purpose now? To read this post. When your inner purpose aligns with your outer purpose, amazing things happen. The Source or God does things through you. You become God’s instrument to achieve God’s plan. Consciousness flows into what you do. Two people can do the same thing and achieve different results. Actions are not primary. What is primary is the state of consciousness the actions are carried out. When your inner purpose is in alignment with your outer purpose, the Source or God does things through you. You become God’s instrument to achieve God’s design. |

Be silent. Be still. Now, take your attention inside your body. Take your attention to your right hand. Do you feel something? Although it is not necessary to close your eyes to feel, close your eyes if you want to. Take your attention to your left leg. Do you feel something? If your mind is not serving as an obstacle, you will be present and feel that energy field within your left leg. Now, without focusing on any particular part of your body, can you feel the energy field of your entire body? What you feel is real. If you touch a hot stove, you experience heat. Who experienced the heat? You did. You are the experiencer without which the experience of heat would not be possible. So, who are you? You are consciousness. What is consciousness? That question cannot be answered because consciousness cannot be intellectualized. The moment you answer it, you have made consciousness into an object thereby falsifying it. Without consciousness nothing can be thought, perceived, or felt. Indeed without consciousness, nothing can be experienced. You can explain forms but who you are is formless and unexplainable. Without the formless, there would be no forms. Consciousness is formless. Although you cannot rationalize consciousness, you can become conscious of it. Having been identified with your mind for so long, you were hardly conscious of consciousness. You have been unconscious. You can become conscious of consciousness by sensing it now as your very Presence. What is called consciousness here is what you know as “spirit.” |

Maaxspencer:In the situation you are, I advise that you learn a skill to be used to fetch income. You are the one to decide on which skill. However, consider your resources and your situation. |
I was close to three decades old on planet Earth when I first asked the question, “Who am I?” I gave myself different kinds of answers at different times of my life that were ultimately unsatisfactory because they were not true. But I felt I should know who I am. So I identified with my own answer. I thought I knew who I am then. As time went on it became increasingly clear to me, “I do not know who I am.” If your answer to “Who I am?” is “I am Chukwuma,” or “I am Bukola,” then you have identified with your name. Are you really your name? I am a mother, a wife, a doctor, a patient. You are a mother because you have a child. You are a wife because you have a husband. You are a doctor because you have gone through medical school, a patient because you are being treated in a hospital. Everything you have identified with and believe yourself to be depends on something else. Is who you are a doctor? You do not know the answer to the question, “Who am I?” because you do not know who you are, hence, you have created various identities for yourself. These identities you created for yourself did not bring you closer to yourself but took you farther away from yourself. You are not what you think. If you think who you are is your profession, what happens when you no longer practise your profession? You lose your identity. Then the sense of not knowing who you are begins to dawn on you. When you drop who you think you are, what is left? Who you are. So, when you do not know who you are, you are closer to who you are. Your mind created your ego, that which you think you are. Your ego has identified with little things – property, profession, money, and so on. They are little things because ultimately, they are impermanent. Through loss or suffering, your ego tends to be diminished and so you have the opportunity to come to the realization that you are not your ego. Before that realization, you become aware of the ego, who you are not. By being aware of who you are not, the impediment to knowing you are is removed. To come to the realization of who you are, do not look for yourself externally. Do not go outside, go within. Without speaking out, say “I am.” Say it within you. Don’t just continue reading, say, “I am,” within you. You heard the words right? You did not move your lips yet you heard the words, “I am.” Who said that? You did. How could you have spoken without using your mouth? Because you are not your body although your body “houses” you. So let us go within this body. |

Trust is your natural state. You may find it hard to believe that statement because for so long, you have lived in fear. Trust arises naturally out of the state of Presence. When you stay present and keep following the guidance of your intuition, life can get interesting. Formerly, life has been one heavy, boring experience. With your intuition, life gets to be a playful experience in some way as you keep evolving following your calling. Things fell apart, now things begin to align. Some people use their intuition to make conscious choices. In parenting your child, in healing your body of illness, in finding the work you love, in bringing about wealth, in having a loving, conscious relationship, intuition does help. You just may need to get out of your own way. I read this story on Care2 Healthy Living: My first experience with intuitive knowing helped me to save one of my patients’ lives. It was during training, and I was having difficulty accessing the radial artery of a patient in shock. He was clamped down and I could not thread the guide wire. After many futile attempts, I felt so frustrated, knowing that this critical step was necessary to get good data to save my patient’s life. I don’t know what came over me, but I suddenly stepped back from his bed and closed my eyes. A sense of peace came over me. I heard myself in my mind ask for guidance, for help. I don’t know who I was asking, but I felt as though there was a response, a voice that said “Go ahead.“ I thanked the voice and felt energized and reassured. I opened my eyes and stepped up to the patient. Without doubt, hesitation or difficulty, I was able to access the patient’s radial artery immediately. This helped me to turn the patient around at a crucial time. He eventually walked out of the hospital. It felt as though my hands were guided into the right place by an external force, and this phenomenon gave me a sense of amazement and awe. This was the first time I really felt connected to another level, a benevolent force. Since then, I’ve felt this guidance many, many times when helping to provide solutions to my patients. I firmly believe we have access to a whole other level in order to help each other, and I believe that our Universe is indeed a friendly place that we create on an ongoing basis.- Sean Orr, MD1 This is a story of Trisha Coburn as told to Lisa Kogan: I was 46 years old, I had three terrific kids, a happy marriage, and a painting studio where I spent hours every day. Not only was nothing wrong in my life, plenty was incredibly right. But then I had the dream.2 Notes: 1. Listen to your heart. |
If you value good health, this is for you Prior to 2017, I repeatedly suffered malaria every other month, suffered from typhoid a couple of times a year, and suffered migraine occasionally. Hence I regularly took drugs for each of these illnesses when they came. In 2017 I listened to two great doctors speak over the radio. One is a renowned Indian doctor, the other is an American-trained, Nigerian-based doctor. Their discussion opened a path for me in wellness, a path that is in conflict with the status quo when it comes to healthcare. I delved into research and as I researched, I made changes in my lifestyle for the sake of my health. The result? Since September 2017, I have taken malaria and typhoid medicine once and I have never taken drugs for migraine. This is no accident. I acquired knowledge and took actions that caused this change. I am healthier and feel better than I did prior to 2017. But around me things are happening. A number of former church members died as a result of chronic diseases like kidney disease. Over the radio and on television, people are asking for financial help due to cancer and heart disease. I started realizing that the information I have is very valuable. The current healthcare is built on drugs and surgery. What should have been the last resort is what we are often presented immediately we report an illness. Think about this: some people will lose profit if the majority of the people are healthy. They therefore have little or no incentive to promote your wellness. The height of it for me was when two weeks ago, a nineteen-year old girl called to tell me she was diagnosed of breast cancer. It dawned on me that the information I have should be shared. Among others I have information about: • Comprehensive studies that scientifically shows how something within your control promotes good health. • The possibility of cancer reversal. • Two great doctors that have treated severe heart diseases, one with little medication and the other with no medication. Neither of them used surgery. • The scientific study that consistently shows the path to prevent chronic diseases like diabetes, cancer, heart disease, hypertension, kidney disease, and others. • The fact that if Tola’s parents for instance, or Tola herself has cancer genes, Tola does not necessarily have to come down with cancer. Something triggers cancer expression. You can be informed about what could. In short, I have life-saving information which is for you and for your loved ones; information that promotes wellness. I have researched; I have had a conversation with cancer patients; I have had a video interview with the American-trained doctor; I experience better health; I have seen others who applied what I know and gotten cured of illnesses that are said to be incurable by conventional medicine. I want to share this information with you in an organized, structured, methodical, and well-paced manner. It will be happening on WhatsApp and you can be in the comfort of your home. In essence I am offering a course on wellness based not on opinions but on science. If you value health or wellness, this course is for you. Date: June 1-14, 2019. Apart from Sundays, I will teach every day on WhatsApp for these two weeks. Cost: N2,000 (Two thousand naira only). I can assure you that the value you will get will be more than the amount you pay. My primary motive is to promote wellness and not just to take your money which is why the course is for two weeks and not a day. You will be spending money to participate but in the long run, you will be saving money. There is a limit to the number of participants so if you are interested WhatsApp 08034140381. In the end, you will come to see that the majority of the people who are ill are unnecessarily sick. Take responsibility for your health. |

Since you are a good sales person, then you are needed. A lot of job vacancies here on Nairaland are for sales persons. Spend some time on the Job/Vacancy section and apply to anyone that resonates with you. This situation is temporary. You will be fine. |
When it comes to work or career, what are your goals? If you answer that question, then choose the one that gets you closer to your goals. |
Ego separates through thought; Being connects through intuition. When you show up and follow the path that your intuition is telling you, your action expands you. You create something new and people benefit from your creation. Your work then speaks to other people, telling them to be Present. In listening to your intuition, you do not need to prove anything, either to yourself or to others. Some people hear the Inner Voice and then try to get others to understand why they will be taking the action they intend. You do not need someone else’s permission to follow your intuition. What you feel is inside you. You feel it and you know it is real. They don’t feel it. So in following your intuition, you do not need to make them understand. You may feel your intuition but not every feeling is an intuition. “Trust your feelings,” you may hear someone say. But where is that feeling arising from? This important question tells you whether to trust that feeling or not. As long as you have a feeling, acknowledge the feeling. However, that feeling may not be the truth so you do not have to take every feeling to be the truth. Your mind has been conditioned by your experience, your past, so it is easy for your mind to misinterpret a situation because it looks at a situation with the eyes of the past. Fear then may arise and you may regard this fear as your intuition speaking whereas it is not. Your conditioned mind has interpreted a situation, your body is reflecting your mind’s interpretation and you have fear. This feeling, this fear arises from your mind. But there is a different kind of feeling that originates from somewhere deeper in you. It does not come out of the conditioning of your mind but from Presence. Intuition is not tainted by negativity such as fear, anger, or anxiety. It is not a nervous energy, and the feeling comes with peace. There is no rationalization, so you may not be able to explain it to yourself or others but you know it is right – it is right for you. Intuition is the intelligence of your Being which is beyond the rational mind. It is holistic and does not separate. What will help you follow your intuition is trust. You have to trust you. That will be hard for you to do as long as you still have fear in you. Your mind identified state has produced fear. Fear and trust however cannot go together. Trust is simply the absence of fear. Trusting yourself goes beyond making the affirmation, “I trust myself.” Affirmation may help at first but an affirmation is no more than a signpost pointing to you the reality. When you arrive at the reality of trusting yourself, you do not need the signpost any more. Imagine Aliko Dangote looking at his bathroom mirror saying, “I am a billionaire.” He does not need to do that because that is his reality so he needs no signpost to point him to that. Affirmations may be used at the transitional stage but when you arrive at the reality, they become unnecessary. |

AutoReportNG:You know Ijora and the environs. The biggest issue for me about Ijora and other areas you mentioned is the psyche of most of the residents. It is toxic but the toxicity is considered normal because they can't even see the toxicity. |
