If your community is badly in need of government's presence and government continues to be absent then do it the proper way:
1- government is not broke!
2- set up a charity towards your community needs
3- pay your contributions to the charity and keep evidence
4- the charity will do the work
5- recoup your contributions to the charity from tax deduction

Therefore, instead of paying tax to an absent government you rather pay yourselves and "govern " yourselves!
Perfectly legal!

Nurse anaesthetists: $160k/yr
Pharmacists: $130k/yr
Psychologists: $110k/yr
Nurses: $100k/yr.

All are with at least 10 yrs work experience.

When you're deployed as a Psychologist in US Military for 3 straight years in Iraq yes you can get approximately $250,000 per annum all inclusive!!!
Almost $750,000 = almost 100 million Naira.

There are many Nigerian boys and girls touching this money as we speak (write).

2nd: Enemy combatants will try to destroy your field ambulance as this crucial piece will increase your casualties and also decrease morale.

There're 'standard' ways of doing things properly.
The Governor is a "Role Model" and children will start citing the governor as 'standard' when he did it wrong.

Symphony007: Ladies and gentlemen, today i saw the difference between the senate and house of representatives. I now know why one is higher and the other is lower. The senators were so gracious and respectfull. Everything went without a single distraction. They are really distinguished senators. Meanwhile the representatives are just kids. The section was noise,chants and jeers throughout. I think i understand why jonathan declined attending but i still think they would have shown the president a level of respect.

I saw GEJ & his 'body language' is atleast 37 House of rep members & the Speaker will be voted out in 2015.
PDP will restore order there in 2015.
