It certainly doesn't make any sense to sane people. Especially, in the case of someone who was born abroad, schooled abroad and came back after 30 year of age. I can't see any just reason why such an individual would be unfit to gain employment in Nigeria whether in public or private sector.

The "top officials" at the NYSC must have had the foreknowledge the Brigadier would die before the "fraud" is exposed for this ridiculous piece of hack journalism to make sense.
What about other NYSC documents circulating online bearing the same signature of the Brigadier General after he must have left office?
