Military is not based on what you think, IPOB is NOT a violent organisation, whoever that is committing crimes in The East had never made mention of IPOB, ESN is what we know that is connected to IPOB, unknown gunmen remains faceless, yes they attack Military and police formations but that's a small pocket gorilla warfare that rose from negligence, Military can not prepare for unknown gunmen becuase from all indications, they have no demand, they have no statements and they had not seized any territory,
