Hello Everyone,
Any idea on how I can reschedule my flight on Ethiopian air, the site says I can only reschedule one week from flight date and if it’s earlier, I should contact their Facebook messenger bot, which I have and it’s not really been helpful.

Please anyone who rescheduled recently should help. I’m worried about proceeding and making my old date invalid while not being able to book.
Please help!!!!

Congratulations on your PPR man!!
To be honest, your travel diary motivated and inspired me to start mine too.
The whole time you went AWOL, I thought you had probably gotten PPR, moved to Canada and gotten busy with life hence forgetting your diary on here

I recently got PPR too and expecting my passport back from Accra any time soon.

Please keep updating us and don’t leave us hanging again, your fans plenty, lol.

Congrats again.

Hello Everyone,

Has anyone paid for their Ethiopian airline flight (via their site) recently using our local credit cards? Been trying to book for a couple of days now but it says payment error after the long haul.
Located an agency who’s giving me the price of the same flight with 20k difference.

Dunno if it’s a card issue(used first bank) and maybe to switch to another card?
Any suggestions? Any help?
Many thanks

Hello Everyone,
Quick question please. For submitting documents to VFS, should I attach all five pages of the Visa request mail or just the first page that has my details is fine?

Many thanks.

Hello Everyone,

I think I just got PPR but I’m not 100 percent sure. It’s says something about my permanent residence being almost completed and some steps i should complete some outline steps within 21 days. It’s has the height and eye chart form and all.
This is PPR right?

I’ve never seen one before so I need to be sure before I start rejoicing, Lol.

Hello Everyone,

I got Adr for pcc, remeds and schedule A form. I have sorted the first two but my problem is the schedule A form. I can’t for the life of me remember the actual dates I used in some category. I had kept screenshots of every page of prior to submission in 2020 but I have lost assess to that Laptop. My question is this, will date discrepancies in house address, deceased parent date of death and month of graduation from Uni cause problems for me? I have a fair knowledge these dates but I’m not 100% sure and it’s putting me in panic mode. Please help with your opinions. Many thanks.

Ps.Is it a better idea to download the schedule A form and fill it by hand, scan and upload as suggested a few pages back ?
Many thanks again

Manix and fertilaid is fine. If you can, please add Motility boost, Zinc 50mg and vitamin c 1000mg.
In a month or two, you’ll see a significant difference after a semen analysis test.

Hello All,
I want to convert my proof of fund to dollars because of the way naira going downhill.
Should I stick to the old rate of 12960 CAD or the updated rate of 13 thousand something? I submitted last year with the old rate.

My POF was/still is a gift deed, since I obviously still need to add about extra 2 million naira to complete the money when changing it dollars, do I still need to explain that this extra top up is a gift deed or I should straight up just send my new domicilliary account balance to them shikena.
Should I use the CAD to USD conversion rate on Oanda and XE. I’m really cash strapped and the black market rate is crazy.
Please sorry for the plenty plenty questions abeg. I really need guidance. Many thanks!!!
Education / Re: What Is Your Worst Exam Experience? by Gummygummy(f): 7:25pm On Sep 01, 2021
A lecturer asked me how old I am in an exams hall filled to the brim with Pgd, masters and PhD students. He thought I had mistakenly sat at the section meant for PhD students and he yelled loudly at me. My classmates (for context, some are Uni lecturers, SA to the governor, Union leaders in the industry) told him that I’m one of them. He was too surprised for words because I could pass off for a jambite lookwise. He asked me to stand up and asked how old am I. A million pair of eyes were on me and I have never wanted the ground to open as badly as I wanted it that day.

OP your wife's cervical incompetence is most probably natural, alot of women have too. It’s guilty conscience and ignorance that made her confess to having an abortion after the discovery, lol.
She would have to had LOTS of abortion and when I mean lots, I mean in quantum before having a weakened cervix due to multiple dilations in the past. Cervical incompetence isn’t even a big deal, a couple of stitches and you’re good to go until due date.

Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Can You Accept A FG Job As An SSCE Holder When You Have An HND? by Gummygummy(f): 8:19pm On Jul 15, 2021
A couple of years back we had SSCE slots for a fed govt job. We were literally looking for people to fill the positions and then I remembered my uncle(mom’s step brother) who had just finished serving and was job hunting. I suggested him to my Mom and she waved him off because she thought my uncle would think the job was beneath him. Knowing the care free person he was, I knew he wouldn’t mind so I pestered her to just call him and ask for asking sake. She did and he happily accepted. He wrote some kind of exams(I think) and converted all within two years.

If you’ve got nothing else doing atm...Just take a leap of faith. You’ll figure it out before landing.

I’d never support illegal migration in the because of the sufferhead involve but right now ehn...This Buhari’s Nigeria is on another level. I’m a little worried about two things ; your cash at hand and your height. That money is so small and as an immigrant (illegal one at that) everything you’ll need cost money. Work papers, accommodation, feeding etc. if you choose to work under the table if you can’t pay for illegal work documents, your pay will be in peanuts. You won’t be able to save anything tangible. This is what pushes illegal migrants in to crime and drug trafficking.
Secondly is your height, you’ll still out like a sore thumb wherever you go Man. I’m not sure that is a good attribute for some without papers who is supposed to be hiding in plain. It’s just my opinion though.
Why don’t you look at going to Brazil instead, it’s immigration laws are more lax and friendly. There is a large African/Afro community in Brazil and you’ll blend easily. In my opinion, Brazil is more developed and is big on tourism too, it should be more easier to find “something” to do there while plotting your final way out.
Personally I’d just say you should wait and check out other viable means of eloping Nigeria. Most of these means are DIY so you won’t be spending any money on any agent.

Check Canada express entry thread
Check Whyna’s thread on moving to Vietnam

Godspeed on whatever decision you take in the end

[quote author=BaEnki post=103606518]Business ideas are mostly kept confidential until it's execution, that's why people get paid or get into partnership with big firms when they bring their ideas to the table.

If I'm wrong, you could to us some of the ones in your note grin

Got few ones on my mind too, I will definitely bring some alive.

My biggest idea by my projection would cost billions of dollars, I hope to realize it soon. Nothing is impossible.

The truth is that a majority of business idea people supposedly hide waiting for a big break never see the light of the day. It just ends up remaining shrouded until you learn that one big company has finally beaten you to it.
Personally if I know it not something I have the capacity for, I’d rather share it let someone else who can, run with it.
You might even get investor on here who is will to develop your idea and pay for your consultancy grin

My first big idea is a bunk bed accommodation in Lagos for employees and job seekers.
The idea is simple.
Rent an apartment, put double bunk beds, employee a porter who cleans the apartment when everybody is out in the morning. Get a security guard and also a receptionist who attends to complaint and administrative duties.

People troop in to Lagos daily and a lot more people would troop in if they were assured cheap accommodation. Bunk bed spaces are come in Dubai so why not in Lagos which is the hub of business and corporate jobs.

There is not bunk bed accommodation presently in Lagos, the last I checked I heard YMCA had something similar somewhere around Ikoyi but the price pay day was of the roof. I couldn’t even reach them on phone so I don’t even know if it’s still operating.

Charge between 15-30k monthly depending on the number of applicants per room( Like how they do in private universities grin)

This particular idea sha has huge prospects. If you eventually take any idea on this thread and successfully establish, do well to drop a word of acknowledgment

I’m big on business and I’m always thinking about the next big thing. I have started, failed, dumped, restarted a lot of businesses. There’s still a ton of business ideas lying around in my Evernote that I’ll probably see through reasons being that :

1) The capital and resources are far and beyond me
2) I don’t have in-depth expertise and technical know how
3) My risk appetite is low, I’m scared of all the what if’s
