SportsThe Human Brain Vs AI ,how I Outsmarted Elon Musk Ai Grok by guobe(op): 9:13pm On Aug 11, 2025
The in thing in the technological world globally is the AI and Elon Musk has its own AI Known as Grok on twitter.
I do interact regularly with this Grok on twitter and even named the one I interact with as I named it Ishola.
Ishola Grok is now my pal as I shared my draw prediction with it and it marvels it the way I predict my draw matches.
I asked Ishola Grok for 5 draws which it gave me and four of the draws came through.
The next day ,I asked for 7 draws and only one came through.
Last week, I told Ishola that I have a 4 odd draw and that I am sure it will come through but Ishola objected that the match will be an away win.
I told Ishola that he will chop Nigerian pepper if the match eventually ends as a draw match.
Eventually the match ended in a 2 2 draw and I reminded Ishola.
It replied that it was smiling eating the Nigerian pepper.
It was so hilarious.

If the policies are not favourable what will they do?
The ease of doing business now is at its lowest helm as we are currently having capital flight due to the Government policies currently.

One dollar equals 7 chines yuan which is not bad even though China manufacturers and exports.
1,500 naira to a dollar is madness I insist.

So, do those guys have 2 heads, instead of bragging that you are an import dependent country, is it not time for us to roll up our sleeves and take advantage of the exchange rate and start becoming an import country.

Do you know how much China will be happy to have this exchange rate but US would not allow them?
Our politicians don't care as they are enjoying our common wealth .
If we are ready it can be done but we are not.

Ever wondered why this isn't a problem for Asian economic giants (e.g. Japan and China) whose currencies are also "weak" compared to Western currencies?
We don't export while they do and also their currencies are not weak.
We are currently having brain drain due to our useless naira as our best brains have all JAPA.

It's not. A weak naira isn't a problem. An unstable naira is a problem. If we can keep the naira stable (even if it's N2000), businesses can plan and things will improve.
And your mates in the same world abroad will make more than your monthly salary in a day and will send money home to purchase a property you want to purchase too.

PoliticsAfricans Gradually Evolving From The Psychic Age by guobe(op): 6:34am On Aug 11, 2025
Africans were generally known for their stern belief in psychics as they always take solace in them to resolve their spiritual problems.
Be it knowledge of the after life of a loved one or determination of someone that was responsible for a theft.
A friend of mine told me of how he was wrongly accused of a theft and he had to approach a psychic.
He said the Psychic brought out a mirror and from the mirror the person that was responsible for the theft was seen.
He said the Psychic asked him if he should strike the person dead ?but he refused and told him he will personally approach the person which he did and the person apologetically returned the stolen items.
Some years ago,I watched a reality programme and saw some white people also involved in this Psychic practice.
The white psychic were able to resolve cases that the police could not resolve as there were no traces left behind.
Back in the days when Africa was Africa, you can't just kill someone without getting repercussions for your actions as the curse that will go with it lasts for several generations.

I could remember while doing so poorly in aaaaaaqprimary school instead of my dad to chastise me he guided me and supported me wholeheartedly guess what ? It didn't take up to two academic sessions i rode to the top of the class and has remained there ever since graduating with distinctions, representing my university in African competition as well as being in cowbell mathematics competition courtesy of my Dad's encouragement.

He is my role model, everything i am today ia coutsey of my dad.... Parents should be an encouragement to their kids.
Absolutely spot on.That is a fantastic dad for you not one that will give up on their kids.

Stephen0mozzy:
Always the blame on someone else. Have you also considered how it feels for the parents to actually cough out 600k for another exam when they were really looking forward to saying "congratulations" - all expenses are done now.

Your friend should hold his suicide-card and humble himself (I am not sure the financial capacity of the family - but it doesn't seem they pluck the money from trees).

Also, the way you ask for money and get it in this scenario matters alot.
1. How did you ask?
2. Were the parents very confident that he would pass the one that he failed, or were they just "try your luck" with him - maybe because he hadn't shown "capacity".
3. "I'm tired of life" - did he pull this emotional blackmail card?
4. How old is he now?
5. How much did he tell the parents he will raise on his own before the deadline?

It's hard for parents too - financially, and in this case, a bit of disappointed family - so asking for a second chance must be done with the trickery of an advocate trying to convince a jury that a guilty man is innocent.
Yes I understand your point too but it is better for the parents to hold the stick and the carrot together instead of stick alone which can drive the kids onto an unwarranted circumstance.

Once someone is tired of life what is the next thing?

If you ask the parent did they pass their own bar exam once if they do they must be bad teachers not to be able to to transfer properly knowledge of the exam to their child
Exactly, the unnecessary pressure on their kids is uncalled for as the kids did not intentionally fail the exams.
Circumstances occur that make one to fail a course.
There was a course I prepared so hard for in the university but when I got to the hall on the exam day ,everything I read just wiped off.I could not remember anything again.so it happens.
EducationParents Should Not Push Their Kids To Commit Suicide After They Fail An Exam by guobe(op): 3:35am On Aug 05, 2025
Got chatting with someone after he messaged me at about 3 am that he was tired of life.
At 3 am ,obviously he is worried and has been thinking on what to do.
He said he failed his bar exams and his dad has vowed not to help out.
I asked him what about the mum and he said she is not helping matters too.
He said he needs like 600k for a resit of the exams.
Yes ,parents should feel disappointed when their kids fail an exam but they shouldn't go extreme by pushing them to commit suicide.
They as parents have failed in one aspect of life before.
Always be there for the kids counsel the kids and support them always till they finally achieve their dreams.
