Ayodele Basel, better known as Del B produced two songs entitled "Kind Love" and "On Top Your Matter" on Wizkid's monster album, Ayo.

Del B is a well known ladies man and we wouldn't be surprised if he has tasted the pudding and then snitched

Wizkid set the internet ablaze after saying his director slept with Linda Ikeji and left her hanging at the hotel because her vagina stinks.

HIV positive, openly gay Nigerian brand expert, Kenny Brandmuse, whose real name is Kehinde Badamosi, has revealed that he’s homesick and desperately wants to visit Nigeria but is scared of the consequences.

Kenny, who is based in New York said he wants to visit his mother’s grave but can't do so and would rather listen to his mother's advice about staying back in the US where he is safe as a gay person rather than return to Nigeria where he may be killed over his sexuality.

If anything, the real stars of the show are the powerful screams from civilians startled by her presence. It’s the kind of shrill Daredevil could hear from Hell’s Kitchen.

Okay let’s be honest the CGI’s not the best and the story looks … a bit incoherent. I think it’s about Spider-Girl stopping criminals but I couldn’t tell you what their crimes are. Either way I’m sure the villains in that car that she mercilessly threw into the jungle deserved their fiery death.

Anyway judging by the last trailer for Civil War Captain America’s team doesn’t have their own Spider-Person so who knows maybe Spider-Girl could travel over the Atlantic and battle Tom Holland’s, slightly more polished looking, Spider-Man.

According to the Medical Director, Synapse Services Resource Centre, Dr. Vincent Udenze, one in every four Nigerian is living with one form of mental disorder or another.

Udenze further noted that one in seven persons would suffer a serious episode of mental illness in their lifetime.

Udenze made this startling prognosis at the inauguration of the centre at Lekki, Lagos.

According to the mental health specialist, Nigerians suffer the consequences of mental health problems due to the acute shortage of registered health facilities and the stigma attached to the condition.

Udenze added, “One in every four Nigerian has one form of mental disorder and one in every seven will suffer serious mental health problems. This is a conservative estimate, considering that many Nigerians with mental challenges do not seek help because they do not want people to stigmatise them and their families.”

He also lamented that the majority of the health care institutions in the country paid less attention to mental illness cases.

He said, “Look around, we have got over 50 government hospitals looking after pregnant women. We have thousands of private hospitals and maternal homes for women and children. How many mental health facilities are in Lagos with a population of over 18 million people? They are very few.

“If you provide the environment, facility and make people aware that it exists, you will be surprised at the response you are going to get. The truth is that the government will never be able to do enough in tackling the menace of mental health because it does not have enough resources for that.

“While the government is doing what it can, the private sector, non-governmental organisations, and individuals must come together to address stigma and provide facilities for those who need treatment before they fall into the wrong hands.”

To make a difference, Udenze said the centre would establish more centres in the state, just as its foundation would provide free treatment for indigent patients.

Cizinho Afreeka and Jéssica desired to name their daughter “Makeda Foluke.” This is because they have roots with the Yoruba culture, but when they went to register their newborn daughter’s name, they were turned down.

Officials at the registration office in Rio de Jainero, Brazil stated that the baby’s name made “no sense at all” when pronounced in Portuguese and that it “could provide possible future suffering for the person in social life.”

Foluke’s parents believe that the real reason their daughter’s chosen name was denied was because of racism, according to BlackWomenofBrazil.co, where this story was first published

“It’s a form of racism that takes place in Brazil: the racism of subtleties,” Afreeka said. “It should be very natural a man and a Black woman adopting an African name, as the country is made up of three races. It is difficult to prove. Only those in this skin knows.”

But the officials have insisted that racism isn’t the problem; it was the name. As in it is in their practice, whenever a child is named, officials have to check whether or not the name could affect the child negatively later in life. This has led many parents to choose European-sounding names.

Makeda’s parents are left with no choice but to appeal to a judge to see if they can officially give her an African name. However, if things don’t turn out well, they insist that they’re not changing their mind.

“I will keep on until the end,”Afreeka said. “Either it will be Makeda Foluke or she’ll be with no registration.”

Makeda was what the Ethiopians called the rainha de Sabá (Queen of Sheba). Foluke is a Yoruba name. The girl’s name was decided early in the pregnancy.

Ese Walter Ark, wife of Cool Fm OAP Benny Ark shot into public consciousness when, in 2013, she made public her alleged sexual relationship with married COZA Pastor, Biodun Fatoyinbo. Before the confession, she penned a heartfelt public letter to Jesus, thanking Him for giving her the grace to forgive.

Part of the note read: "Today I say thank you. Thank you for staying with me like you said you would. Thank you for your Spirit that leads and guides me into all truth and continues to lead me even when I insist on holding on to a lie. Thank you for not allowing me die before my time. Thank you for the hope and assurance in my heart. Thank you for helping me develop a stronger sense of purpose."

After the media frenzy that followed the scandal, she moved on with her life and had her first child with her hubby January last year.

It however came as a surprise when earlier this month she took to her Facebook page to denounce religion and everything that has to do with it. She says she no longer believes in God, but at the same time doesn't regard herself as an atheist, but rather as a humanist.

This evil person in question requested N100,000 from Idris to cover his/her mother's hospital bills. Olarenwaju sent N50,000 .


Rather than be grateful, the unnamed recipient blasted Idris, calling him a fool.

In the midst of the ongoing debates, names of alleged beneficiaries of the illegal hires are beginning to emerge. Recall that CBN allegedly often went to great lengths, including tweaking the names of recruits, in order to hide the identities of beneficiaries of politically motivated recruitment.

Often the CBN used the beneficiaries’ first names and their father’s middle names to hide their real identities. For instance, the bank listed Maryam Atiku as “Maryam Abubakar.”

Miss Adejokun lost so must skin she had to be wrapped in a foil sheet and still has to be fed through a hole in her throat. She said;

'Everywhere was swollen. My nose was huge and my eyes were so red you could take a spoon and scrape out the blood.'

Even specialist skin experts told Ms Adejokun her daughter was unlikely to survive.

But she defied the odds and pulled through - with doctors hailing her recovery a 'miracle'.

Five years on, Miss Adejokun has since gone on to complete a degree in early childhood studies at the University of Roehampton, and hopes her story will inspire others to be grateful for what they have.

Speaking about her condition, Miss Adejokun said:

'Unknown to me, I had a rare, deadly allergy to eye drops which caused by skin to peel off from head to toe. When I was in the intensive care unit, crying in pain, all I thought of was coming home.

Miss Adejokun's mother, Remi, said the eye medication left her daughter in such a terrible state she 'looked like Freddy Krueger' from the horror film Nightmare on Elm Street.

'I hate to say that, but there were so many blisters - her skin was just tearing off and her lips were very swollen,' she said.

'I looked at her and I was so scared she was going to burst open. I saw death knocking at my daughter's door, all because of eye drops.'

She continued: 'I was crazy, beyond the worried stage and near to losing my mind.

'After a week I thought there was no hope - but then as she lay on the bed, unable to talk, I said "Marian, you've just made it to university, that's your dream" and she moved her toe.

'Realising she could hear me I started to sing our favourite songs to her. Instead of crying all the time I went to the intensive care unit and danced.'

Marian Adejokun, a 24-year-old Nigerian beauty queen, has been left scarred for life after a horrific reaction to eye drops which left her skin peeling off.

She spent more than 3-weeks in intensive care at the Royal London Hospital where doctors diagnosed her with life-threatening medical condition called Stevens-Johnson syndrome.

The condition causes the top layer of skin to die and then shed - and is triggered by an allergic reaction to medication.

Symptoms include skin rashes, blisters in the mouth, ears and nose and swelling of the eyelids. If left untreated the condition can result in death - or trigger possible complications such as blindness and lung damage.

Miss Adejokun's ordeal began five years ago, in 2011, when she developed an itchy eye. Her GP sent her to the chemist to get some eye drops which she used before going to bed. But the next morning she was horrified to wake up with lumps all over her body.

As her condition began to deteriorate she was rushed to hospital. As her skin began to shed she was put into a medically induced coma - and doctors warned her devastated mother she may not survive.

Just months after The National Broadcasting Commission (NBC) banned Olamide's 'Bobo' for vulgar lyrics, the organisation has banned another of the singer's song- 'Don’t Stop' for the same offence.

Last Wednesday, an East Carolina University Nigerian student Adedayo Adeniyi was physically removed by security from a Donald Trump rally in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Adedayo was singled out because he was black and security mistook him for a protester.

On his way out, 20 year old Adedayo was accosted by a Trump supporter Jason Wetzel and given a head spinning slap. Dayo saw stars and heard birds singing after the dirty slap.

He told NY Daily News:

"I have no criminal background. This man does. So please explain to me who the real thug is. A young black man who is a junior in college majoring in medical laboratory science and who also happens to hold many leadership positions there? Or is it this man, with a criminal background who attacked me for no reason?"

In a cell phone video shot by Adeniyi, Wetzel, with hate in his eyes, can be seen staring at him and shouting,“F**k you. F**k you. F**k you,” right before slapping Adeniyi in the face.

70 year old Wetzel, who had previously been arrested for voter fraud later admitted it was him in the video slapping Adedayo.

Jason told Daily News:

“I can’t believe I did that. It was me, but I’m not a hateful man. I just got caught up. When I saw the video all over the news of me doing that to that young man, I was just disgusted with myself, I want to apologize to this young man and maybe take him out to lunch or something."
