The important question asked, what is the real cause of sleep?

You must definitely fall asleep when both bodies, your physical body, and astral body are tired of each other. What actually becomes the most tired is your physical body, because your astral body when functioning one hundred percent on the astral plane is incapable of fatigue, your astral body never gets tired like your physical body if it is functioning one hundred percent on the astral plane.

Your astral body can work none stop for twenty-five years on the astral plane without signs of tiredness but right now, your astral body cannot do that, why you might ask? You are still alive and as long as you are still alive, your astral body is attached to your physical body.

This attachment weighs down the capabilities of your astral body and this attachment simply means the astral body has a part to play to ensure that you function as a complete human being as long as you are still alive on planet earth.

There are myriad kinds of love. I want you to bear in mind, you cannot love God and exclude fellow human beings. The moment you do that, your love for God is incomplete. Your so-called love for God is incomplete when you exhibit strong resentment, strong dislike for a fellow mortal.

My brother man and sister woman true love requires that we see and accept and respect those we love for who they are and we must not project or impose our fantasies upon them. Difficult isn’t it? It is, because most of us try to fit those we love into our imaginary pictures of love.

People having links with water spirit must learn to control their emotions. Actually, I would have not called them spirits because of their composition, of a truth I tell you, they have flesh, blood and bone. They have their coral homes, where they live and have children. Not only that, they eat, talk, act and sleep and consequently they cannot be properly called spirits but because they are invisible to the human eyes, they can be termed sub-human beings. Of a truth I tell you, water spirits are held in high esteem and revered by pagans. Of a truth I tell you, water spirit is present wherever there is collection of water.

Interesting question. As human beings, we live in two worlds. One is visible and the other is invisible. We can only enjoy perfect health if we carry the two worlds along. For most people, the achievement of good health means;

Eat healthy, because what you eat is closely linked to your health.
Get regular exercise.
Practice safe sex.
Don’t smoke or use tobacco.
Limit how much alcohol you drink.

Most importantly visit your doctor for regular checkups, because preventive care can detect disease or prevent illness before they commence. Doing all the aforementioned does not guarantee good health. We are souls temporarily clothed in human flesh, we are constantly surrounded and influenced by spiritual entities, our good or evil inclinations, attracts and retains spiritual entities around us. Therefore, if you are keen on maintaining good health, you must learn thought control.

Most people, fail to realize strength, weakness, health and disease etc. are often the resultant effects of thoughts. In summation, if you crave for good health you must carry along the two worlds in which you reside.
