Ayobo is far from my place, Ikorodu....Your phone is experiencing what is called "OS corruption", hence, the constant restart. I have one like that (a9 pro) with me, owned by a friend, which I plan to reload with the factory software. The problem with the phone is that It shuts down occasionally. At times, when the power button is pressed, it displays the boot logo and then goes off again. So, am reloading it with its factory-made firmware.

If you're familiar with the know-how, you can easily downgrade the software by flashing yours with firmware using SP Flashtool or look for someone to do it for you..... In the meantime, why not effect factory reset to see whether it fixes the problem?

Same with mine sir rn and sme of my apps crashes if I'm using it
