He just got a big contract to supply vehicles to Nigerian military in addition to the N8.7B awarded to him by the Supreme Court against GTBank called Garnishee and Fifa award, I even heard that CAF and UEFA want to award him with Ballon'Dor.

As it stands now the man is waiting for GTB to Garnish his account with N8.7B or he will take possession of their branch buildings worth N8.7B.
We should celebrate this man as a Nigerian not as an Igbo man and his case with GTB is purely a business transaction and not an Igbo man against a Yoruba bank (wonder where that came from) when most of the shareholders cut across Nigeria

Customs auctioned off Innosons goods without his consent, Innoson took them to court and won them, the court then ordered customs to pay Innoson N2billion from their GTB account. GTB flared up and refused to pay it, then they took the case to the court of apeal, Innoson won, then supreme court Innoson still won. If you noticed, customs has left thw case having being won by Innosom at the High court, they never appealed or anything but GTB being a criminal bank just like most Nigerian banks are carrying the matter in their head like bread and butter when the money is not theirs.

If GTB pays, it's not a loss because the money in the first place is not theirs...

All Nigerians should be Happy because rarely can an individual win such a big corporation in such a case. This is to reaffirm our hope in the court of the land.

OP is wrong, if gtbank is to pay, they will pay in installment. Though their financial statement look fine. Gtbank is a PLC company if gtbank withdraw 8billion their asset base will fall, they will be unable to make enough profit these year, it is more a less like u withdraw money from your business, your capital falls. And also shareholders/public will react to these, share price will fall and gtbank will lose in the capital market if the trend continue they lose customers confidence too, people start withdrawing their money in the long run they collapse.

Remember Mtn beg for their fine to be paid in installment and it even affect it operation in South Africa.
