Many smart guys in Abuja set up NGOs which is used to get money from abroad while portraying these stories as widespread.
In the FCT, Christianity especially ECWA Church and Islam are inherent in most communities of Gbagi, Gade, Gwandara, Ganagana who are the core original inhabitants and I dont know of any area with undiscovered people or communities.
This is the kind of story that CNN, BBC sell abroad as discovery documentaries.
Tell me the name of the community in FCT and I will go and ask the Etsu (traditional Ruler) if it is true and stop accusing the neglected hardworking inhabitants of FCT of bestiality. I doubt any place like Gbangede exist in Kwali.
That masquerade is called 'Potochi' and they are not known to sacrifice twins; ask any Gbagi around

We in the north dont bother much about Biafra and IPOB since the Yorubas are doing the good job fighting the Igbos on our behalf; all we need is to ensure that one of us remains and occupies the position of President and that is what CHANGE implies to us.

So because "igirigi" is an ibo word that make it ibo product abi.... SMH. what of the U.S "tomahawk" missile, the word tomahawk is a native American weapon does that makes the U.S missile a product of the natives?
The conceptualizer was a former Chief of Army Staff of Igbo descent called General Ihejirika who was inspired by what he saw the former Biafran rebels produce during the Nigerian civil war in the late sixties.
Politics › Re: Nigerian Military Now Sells The Igirigi Armoured Vehicle Abroad by Guyman02:
Thats the initiative of Gen Ihejirika approved by GEJ, he was inspired by the achievement of former Biafran rebels during the Nigerian civil war abandoned by successive govts due to tribalism and nepotism

Igirigi is an Igbo word for falling dew.

This product is a tribute to forgotten Biafran scientists and engineers and Nigerian citizens who sacrificed during that ugly war, I visited the War Museum in Umuahia and saw an armoured vehicle engineered by the rebels called 'Red Devil' and wish that the Army will produce another variant called 'red devil or green devil' soon wink

If only Nigeria will combine the technological ingenuity of the Igbos and the software brilliance of Yorubas the country can become potential exporter of finished technological goods. But tribalism seems to be choking us all.

Family › Re: My Son Caught I And His Mother In The Most Embarassing Way by Guyman02: 3:21pm On Jan 07, 2016
Anna Toth, a marriage and family therapist, says that kids are not necessarily traumatized by witnessing their parents having sex. “They may be shocked, or they might even think you’re fighting. Kids can come to all sorts of conclusions.” There could be many different ways to explain it, depending on your child’s level of knowledge. “Most children at this age do have some understanding of sex,” says Toth. Try saying something along the lines of, “This is why the door is closed. This is how we show we love each other as adults, in adult relationships as mummy and daddy.”

Sit with your wife and kid and explain the above to him and tell him of the need to respect your privacy by always knocking on the door and waiting to be asked to come in. Then act normal with him and your family, but dont pretend as if nothing happened.

Lagarde gave the Orphanage a PALTRY N1.5m, when I heard it on Channels TV I thought they said $1.5m. I now thought to myself how much was spent in hosting her and IMF officials there with all the entertainers.
We dont need IMF, I would prefer we join AIIB led by China at least they are more open than the Breton Wood agents at World Bank and IMF.

It doesn't surprise me that every year when Waec releases exam results, English( comprehension) and math( critical thinking) are the most failed subjects.
5
Majority of NL commentators are my proof that English ( comprehension) and mathematics ( critical thinking) are skills our schools are woefully failing to teach.

Take for example, this silly thread and the headlines.

Anyone with a little common sense would read it and understand it for what it actually is: A poor piece of bad belle pretending to be journalism.

Let's address the issues put forward by this op.

The man in question, Mohamed Sanusi. Who is he , and what is his interest in Ajeokuta Steel ?

For those too young to know, I have been hearing of Ajeokuta Steel since the early 80s. It was supposed to be the engine for Nigerias industrialization.

But after, Shagari, BuHRI, Babangida, Abacha, Abdusalami, Obasanjo again, Yaradua and Billions of Dollars in IMF, World Bank, ADB loans as well as billions of Naira of Nigeria's oil Wealth, Ajeokuta Steel is on record as the biggest waste of money in human history.

It should interest you ignorant folks to know that a good sizable portion of Nigeria's external debt, the one that NOI and OBJ successfully negotiated to be written off, were loans taken for Ajeokuta Steel.
Selective amnesia, perhaps?

Now, during the tenure of Jonathan, the vultures were circling again, trying to convince GEJ and NOI to borrow even more billions of dollars to sink into that shithole.

She assembled a team to do the required due diligence.
The team of experts reported their findings that Ajeokuta Steel, unviable for more than 30yrs, did not qualify for more IMF and World Bank loans that would further encumber our economy for years to come.
It was as simple as that.

Anyone who cannot see this prudent action of the former finance minister is either among the vultures of Ajeokuta Steel or lacks the common sense and critical thinking skills to understand the issues.

Hold your peace.
Lobbish! I led a team that conducted a due diligence assessment of the company and one of our recommendation then was for the plant to bring its power plant back to life and sell power to PHCN to generate revenue which was partially implemented only for the World Bank 'experts' to come and request that the plant be privatised and handed over to an Indian Company GTA who ended up stripping the plant of vital materials and equipment.
The man also forgot to tell Nigerians the role played by Mallam El Rufai and BPE in partially privatizing the plant.

For nearly forty years, Ajaokuta mill was started and never completed. Iwealla was there as Minister only during OBJ and GEJ admins. So why was the mill not completed by the Russians as scheduled before OBJ admin? Have you seen any industry undergoing construction for forty years?
Lol. Perhaps President Bubu shall continue the mistakes of others now - pour money into the bottomless pit of Ajaokuta, nothing is impossible under Bubu.

Many steel companies all over the world are closing down rapidly because of over-supply glut in the market
You are repeating and promoting World Bank and IMF dubious report that stalled completion of the project why?

Politics › Re: Ali Redeploys 69 Comptrollers Of Customs by Guyman02: 2:58pm On Jan 05, 2016
Why are South Easterners very scarce at the top echelon of the Customs service? Is there marginalization in the customs or their slots are occupied by people from Delta State who readily deny their 'Igboness' for a mesh of porrage as stated by PMB during his media chat.

Even the Yorubas have only one slot here, this where they need to make noise not spending their time on anti Biafra sentiments
