Christianity Etc › Re: 136 Christians Convert To Islam In Kwara State by Guyman02: 5:21pm On Jan 27, 2016
wristbangle:
Thanks bro.

One thing I don't like about the religion is any Christian faithful that becomes an Islam will become the discussion of the year.

MFM, RCCG and other churches announced thousands of Islamic people becoming Christian and no noise was heard.
It is for their safety and security as angry Muslims may seek them to be beheaded for apostasy. There are many videos online showing mob action against those who left Islam.

Annunaki:
I thought you were smart enough not to believe this rubbish. You being a Yoruba muslim, can you swear that you don't have friends and relatives that have abandoned islam for christianity?
Yoruba and many Muslims from minority Northern tribes are converting to Christianity in their large numbers quietly.
If Pastor Adeboye or Bishop Oyedepo visits a town and preaches just one sermon, the number of Muslims who come out to say 'Now I think I have found real PEACE is always enormous', just that they will not refer to them publicly as Muslim converts to Christianity but simply 'people who have accepted Christ as their Lord and Saviour' to avoid the wrought of Muslims against those who have abandoned Islam.

You can see here that there is no threat on the lives of these listed celebrated converts here, imagine if the reverse is the case.

1. 5 million votes in Kano? How?

Thy should move on or embrace the change that is here and would not go any time soon.

Reality is here.
You people lie too much, where there underage voting in Kano? How come there were no void votes in Kano out of 1.9m votes cast for APC?

OP you mean how IPOB youths reacted on Twitter?

90% of those twitting are from one section of Nigeria For example Nonso, Azuka, Emeka etc

We know them and they can go and jump in the nearest Lagoon to their location
I am happy for the internet which is giving the Igbo youths the opportunity to express their sound views on issues and those who cannot counter their argument just proclaim IPOB, Blame GEJ, IPOBians blablabla!

Even though THEY tried to change their names their wailing tales still remain unchanged cheesy

"There are two things a person should never be angry at, what they can help, and what they cannot" - Plato

What i observed from Onovo's vitrupation is a man suffering emotionally and financially from the hangover of GEJ defeat.
Imagine a supposedly educated Nigerian wishing his nation misfortune because he lost out. Smh!
Leave GEJ and IPOB out of it It is past 8 months that APC has been in charge. Its because you cant counter the truth. I support many of PMBs actions but not blindly like some of you.
PMB is a man who does not shy away from the truth and is known to also say his mind on issues and that is why he is popular.

I honestly see the foolishness of Faleke, because Bello too is mortal and can die if God wills it so he canlbe governor, remember power comes from God alone,
Sharrap there! This is what Muslim leaders use to deceive gullible people after rigging elections.

Just tell the 'Talakas' that power comes from God and he gives it to whomever he pleases and then keep your loot and illegality.

Justice Mary Odili honourably withdrew from the sitting. I hope that Justice Adeniyi Ademola of the Fed High Court already accused of bias in favour of Tinubu camp in the case of forgery of Senate Rules against Senator Ike Ekweremadu because his wife was appointed as the Head of Service of Lagos State will tow same line to avoid a clash of interest and maintain the integrity of the judiciary.

Without preempting the justices, the case of Rivers State election involving the use of card readers being supplanted with manual accreditation and filling of incidence form is similar to that of Lagos State. If the Supreme Court ruled in favour of Akimbode I expect that they will rule in favour of Wike except if it is a case of what is good for Akimbode is not good for Wike...

Politics › Re: 40 Killed As Cameroonian Troops Chase Boko Haram Into Borno Village by Guyman02: 11:25am On Jan 27, 2016
What is the sense of Nigeria being in an anti terrorists coalition without proper coordination? There was a twin suicide bombing in Cameroon yesterday which the Western media blamed on infiltrators from Nigeria. This anti Nigeria media propaganda led the Cameroonians into crossing into Nigerian territory for a total wipe out of anything that moves within the border area be it Boko Haram or civilians.

We cant continue like this, the International Joint Task Force (IJTF) needs tobe reorganised and the rules of engagement spelt out.
When the terrorists crossover into Nigeria, the Nigerian troops should be informed to counter them from our side except if they Cameroonians think that Nigeria is not doing enough in contradiction to Lai Mohhameds claims.

This report is as useless as the first one without names of perpetrators.

@topic, kudos to Fayose and Aregbese, there is life before and after political office. Pa Oduduwa will like this.
@TonyeBarcanista is suffering from Multiple Personality Disorder Syndrome (MPDS). Today he supports one thing, tomorrow he is staunchly against the same thing he supported yesterday.

Where are the IPOBians that worship Ayo Fayose? I always maintain that ones loyalty to his ethnic group must superced the interests of any political party. Only a fool will create enemies with his brothers ang group because of partisanship.
If you claim allegiance to the Nigerian project then why do you preach ethnic bias, you cant be cold and hot at the same time.
I believe in Nigeria first, meanwhile, stop this childish IPOBian thing it is getting overused by you. Let the agitators do their own thing, it is within their legitimate to disagree peacefully, you should have learnt from Ken Saro Wiwa by now.
Politics › Re: Maritime University Cancellation: Another Own Goal By A Niger Deltan by Guyman02:
TonyeBarcanista:
I ask again, do we have any institution in Nigeria for the said purpose? Is NIMASA asking Amaechi for money or hasn't contract been awarded already?

I am a Niger Deltan, politics anywhere is about interest. Our interest within the State is very important to me, just like the interest of the yorubas is important to a Yorubaman.
Which tribe in Niger Delta are you from?; from my checks Abia and Imo States are part of the Niger Delta and you have been anti Igbo on this forum.
Perhaps the thing pain you well well say Amaechi (thats an Igbo name) gave you back just a little of what you have wished on the Igbos whom you now refer to as 'IPOBIANS'.
The good part is that many in the South South including Ijaws have realized that Igbos seem to have their interest at heart because they all travel on the same routes from Enugu to Portharcourt and Umuahia to Calabar etc, their men tie wrappers for ceremonies and they eat mostly the same kind of staple food garri and fufu. So you are in the minority and I know Igbos will call Amaechi to order on this matter for the good of Niger Delta.
Politics › Re: Maritime University Cancellation: Another Own Goal By A Niger Deltan by Guyman02: 10:26am On Jan 27, 2016
@Tonye: I am surprised that you did not blame the cancellation as usual on 'IPOBIANS' who are the problem of Niger Delta.

Was the North parasitic on other parts of Nigeria as at 1953 or when did they become consumers of resources from the South and lazy?
I hope the North will rediscover its potentials like Dubai which shares a similar Arabic culture.

Sports › Re: D’tigers Unhappy With Buhari’s N600k Gift by Guyman02:
This is the reason other sports have been lagging behind football in Nigeria. Me self was surprised that our SENIOR basketball team who won the African nations Cup and qualified us for the Rio Olympics got a paltry 600K while our very JUNIOR under 17 football team got N1.2m for winning gold also.
Match bonus for basketballers $100 while Super Eagles get $10,000 as match allowance.
How can they be motivated to put in their best at Rio Olympics when only footballers will get all the attention?

While lauding PMB for the gesture, he should also be guided by the Sports minister to also focus on other sports too not just football. I am saying this even as a football lover who wants to see Nigeria having a Djokovic or Serena Williams in tennis, Usain Bolt in athletics, Mayweather in boxing etc

Nobody bothered to visit us. We don’t need $2,000 because it can’t buy first class tickets; we want to be honoured properly. How can I leave New York for Abuja for a ceremony that gives me less than $2,000?”
Jes imagine!

Hmmm. The athlete has a huge point. But they should see this as call to serve their fatherland. .
