Word format seems better because many HR use Applicant Tracking System to search for key words and may not have the new PDF version. But PDF is more secure to avoid alterations and keeps the formatting intact.
So word is better except if stated that other formats can be used such as PDF.

Can somebody name the investment USA and UK has in Nigeria. BUHARI should go to CHINA, INDIA, SINGAPORE and RUSSIA who are ready to invest their physical cash in Nigeria and create employment and not people that creates WAR up and down. Even almost all UK companies have been bought by Germany, India and china. ROLLS ROYCE is gone, Jargua Land Rover is gone and all of there other companies are already privatised. Imagine in this 21st century UK doesn't have high speed rail and they still contemplating of building one for 2030. while JAPAN is already using the Bullet type which ir regarded as the fastest in the WORLD. UK and US does not have anything to offer Nigeria.
If not for Electricity and security, American and USA are not better than Nigeria.

Buhari should sit down at home and work, there is crisis in the National Assembly, no ministerial appointment, states are owing backlog of salaries, businesses are struggling and he wants to go and see Obama who refused to visit Nigeria because GEJ signed the anti gay laws.

How many times has Obama traveled out of the US this year and how many times has PMB traveled out since his inauguration on May 29?
Obama doesn't just travel at every invitation, the Chinese President will be a making a state visit to US in September and it is a already a hot topic of serious discussion in western media while our own President seems like he is being summoned to the White House in July.

If AI want us to believe this(these) report(s), then they should go and probe US invasion of Iraq in 2003 on the pretense of #WeaponOfMassDestruction that was only from US imagination.

AI should probe the war crimes committed by Allied Forces in Afghanistan,Pakistan etc.

AI should brought to book the atrocities committed by US military DAILY at Guantnamo Bay Detention Centre. Lots of human right infrigment by US soldiers are yet to be brought to justice.

I believe there's some truth in AI REPORT considering that the Military have not for once charged Suspected terrorists to court. I wonder the kind "classified" reason the Military aint dragging the suspects to court and earn their judgement.

On a good note, AI is biased and Rascist(every pointers points to that) while the NM too aint Saint in this allegations.

It is not the responsibility of the Army to prosecute offenders in courts, it is the duty of the Police.
AI just like ICC are racist organisations who will not seek prosecution of anyone from the West for crimes committed in Iraq, Afghanistan, Vietnam and of recent destruction of Libya and murder of Gaddafi and his family

It was Tinubus APC (ACN part) plan ab initio to exclude the South East from all positions at the National Assembly until God intervened and created confusion in their midst on the day of the elections which led to the emergence of Ekweremadu as Deputy SP whom they are asking to resign (e no go happen); now they have started again without considering the South East Zone for any leadership position at the House while giving the South South the least position in the hierarchy, it will not work. All positions must be zoned in line with Federal Character.

If the losers become Principal Officers common sense will tell everyone that because they are capable of clinching the Senate presidency and Speaker they would not easily take orders from the Senate President and Speaker and that would put them (Saraki and Dogara) under undue pressure from the party as these nominees will only toe the party line at most times.
