Buhari himself didn't pass any exam where certificates with grades was issued, he attended courses in military academies which issued him with certificate of attendance without grading based on bilateral relations with Nigeria with no pre-qualification exams required, that's why none of them have any of his certificates or results in their files and he got promoted to General based on quota system.

He lied about having WAEC when we all knew that during his time they were drafted into the Army by Sardauna before they finished secondary school.
