You asked a brilliant question.
Unfortunately, none of the others seem to answer your question.
Possible steps taken, by which it could have gotten data connection.

1. McAfee locks the phone once you insert a new sim.(this lock is different from the phones lock)

2. The new sim might have a data subscription since Telcos no longer allow data connection via airtime.

3. The data connection was switched on before the phone was stolen so it still remains switched on.

4. While he's busy trying to unlock it, McAfee is busy sending an email with the data connection thanks to the ignoramus of a thief.

this my small tecon dose more than this, with SMART APP LOCK. if anybody try to unlock my phone if It fails one time. it will automatically record video and snap the person through front camera, and send it to my email account i can then see who tried to unlock it. it also have sms feature that i can send keywords to my device to lock/unlock etc is only map location dat it doesn't have.

So then, how do you intend God to hear your prayers when you're not close to him.

Your reception is weak.
#Prayer is both the file being transferred and the force that increases your reception.

God will not come to you. He send you graces to make it easy for you to come to him.

Now, assuming you have 100% reception with God, it means you are now in sync with him.

It's like when Iron man syncs with Jarvis, he's able to do awesome stuffs.

That's exactly how you'll becoming if you sync with God.
And the highest way to sync with him is to eat of him, as of the reception holy Communion.

But make sure you don't fall into mortal sins.
They are like viruses. They'll make you format or even go as far as flashing on a new ROM.

Change it in settings. But if doesn't work type in this code in your dialer *#*#4636#*#*
it should work. Though it doesn't work in some Samsung phones.
after you dial that code, enter device information, then you see wcdma, change it to GSM.

Note, your phone is in 3G. The sign for 3G and 4G in some Samsung phones especially AT &T models is the same, which is the 4G sign.

so what you're seeing as 4G is actually 3G.
So there's no need to change it. Unless you want to change it to 2G.

Here's a screenshot of my s3 that's on 3G but displays 4G.

first of all, upgrade it to Android marshmallow 6.0
Cyanogen mode or stock.
I'd prefer Cyanogen Mode.
customize via themes. change boot image.
The long and short is there's alot you're yet to discover.
Like applying Cyanogen Mode OS, tecno and their likes don't have updates from Cyanogen Mode.
please don't change your phone. Samsung is a great phone. Plus if your phone falls and the screen breaks it's screen is still going to work perfectly because of the Corning gorilla glass plus there are more sensors in Samsung than in all there silly tecno phones.

I see a lot of christian folks in the medical profession and most times I ask what they are doing there. Every medical doctor is under an oath which Its origin is not fully known. Before u can be a doctor, u will have to swear the HIPPOCRATIC OATH......on the day of your INDUCTION. in the Christian faith, it was clearly stated that swearing of any form is not allowed and considered a sin. Why then do I see Christians in medical school? Are they not aware of this OATH? Or did they just choose to turn a blind eye to the truth?
The medical profession has always been like a cult since the days of Hippocrates. It was initially designed with knowledge of secrets of the practice that should only be passed down to children of physicians in the olden days. Medical practise actually started like a brotherhood/cult.....the medical logo says it all(a snake wrapping a cross).....my point here is anybody who calls himself a true Christian cannot become a medical doctor without SIN (TAKING THE OATH).

I know most of us rejoiced when telco giant GLO releaseD their new data plans. As a heavy user of data, I quickly subscribed for the 10gb plan that goes for 2500 even though I sensed there is going to b a foul pay with the package.
