babyfalo: To all Non Engineer in this room.
What the article is taking about is that
1. It will reduce the dirt of plastic or rubber littering in the environment.
2. The plastic will still be mixed with bitumen..the plastic will served as added component/material to the asphalt material for durability.
3. The ratio of the bitumen will be higher that the plastic, rubber or PVC material to be used.
4. If it is to be used in Nigeria. It will be good to be used for the potholes.
5. Before this is done series of test will be carried out depending on intensity of heat in such environment.. The higher the heat in the environment the more bitumen to be added to the plastic/rubber/PVC. Good one. I've learnt a lot from you |

engrchykae: it will be excellent especially if the right choice of material is chosen also cost should be considered. polyphenylene sulphide and nylon derivatives would be great. if this is done coupled with good drainage, bad roads will become myth in nigeria. am a polymer and textile engineer. so i know what am saying Yese but that's just the science aspect of thee problem. Don't you think the engineering design will poise a bigger problem in the actual design and implementation of the project? Your might be able to create such a material in your labs but it would still be subjected to the civil engineer's design |

I cant see the terrorist meeting up with any EU officials there, all I see is a bunch of miscreants exiting what looks like the EU parliament building. Even a 12 year old knows that it is possible for a tourist to gain entrance into that building without too much hassle, leading us to believe the conman went there just to take pictures. Who will pay attention to a raving lunatic claiming he wants to break up a country? How silly |

petsam11: Please, people should stop it with all these very useless lies here... How can someone say a video emerged showing Nnamdi Kanu being sent back into the car he came with and stopped from entering the EU Parliament
That's a very big lie! That video shows when he (finally) was about to enter his car and leave the arena after having met with hjs hosts and speaking to his supporters who came in from many countries in Europe (on a few days notice).
Please, people should stop twisting facts and turning them into lies... It's not good at all!
What actually happened was that many of his supporters didn't want him to go. Many of them surrounded him singing, "Holy! Holy! Holy! Nnamdi Kanu is another saviour!" There in the EU Parliament square in Brussels. The crowd was much and didn't want to let him go because of the love they have for him, but the police had to come in to help make way for him to enter his car and leave. And he, Kanu hailed his supporters finally, entered the car and they drove off.
Please, people should stop spreading lies because of reasons best known to them. That's the reason why Nigeria is in the very bad state that it is im everyday... Please see the truth and twist it, and you see jobless People supporting their oppressors, even when they have no food to eat in the next hour! It's really pathetic! Please, stop spreading lies!!! And what about the lies Nnamdi Kanu deliberately spread a few weeks ago about how Buhari was never in Japan? |

I recall just recently this fraudster of a man claimed that Buhari never visited Japan only for him to make a U turn and say that he had him surrounded in a hotel room. The terrorist also claimed that all the pictures we saw on the news coming out of the Japan summit were all government doctored photoshoots. I can see no pictures of him addressing anyone, nor can I see a video of him doing the same. Only a fool will follow Nnamdi Kanu |

theomerio: [s]And according to international law? Why are terrorists publicly protesting in all developed countries of the world without any disturbances. Mind you they are foreigners in those places, yet they are not even as much as questioned by the police. Even the indigenes of those countries join in most of the protests. But here in Nigeria, things are done the other way round because we have zombies here. You see why MNK called Nigeria a zoo, and you are one of its animals for even reasoning like this.[/s] Shut up. IPOBs are terrorists according to Nigerian law. The day Nnamdi Kanu or any of his fellow terrorists set foot on Nigerian soil, that would be the last day they taste freedom. https://punchng.com/court-affirms-ipobs-proscription-designation-as-terrorist-group/ Court affirms IPOB’s proscription, designation as terrorist groupAde Adesomoju, Abuja The Federal High Court in Abuja on Thursday dismissed the application by the Indigenous People of Biafra asking for an order reversing the order proscribing the group and designating it a terrorist organisation. Delivering his ruling on IPOB’s application, the Acting Chief Judge of the Federal High, Justice Abdu Kafarati, resolved all the three formulated issues against the group, and held that the September 20, 2017 proscription order of the court was validly issued. The judge awarded N500,000 as cost against IPOB for filing the “unmeritorious” application. Justice Kafarati had on September 20, 2017, made the order proscribing IPOB and designating it as a terrorist group upon an ex parte application by the Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Mr. Abubakar Malami (SAN). But in a motion filed by the group before the same judge on September 22, 2017, it was contended that the proscription order was unconstitutional. The motion was anchored on 13 grounds, first of which was that the proscription order was made without jurisdiction “as the order was granted against an entity unknown to law.” The AGF office subsequently filed a counter-affidavit justifying the proscription order of the court. Justice Kafarati heard the two parties on November 14, 2017 after which he adjourned for ruling on whether or not the proscription of IPOB should be proscribed. But ruling on Thursday, the judge dismissed the contention of IPOB’s lawyer, Mr. Ifeanyi Ejiofor, who submitted that IPOB was only registered in seven other countries and not in Nigeria, as such the group could not sue or be sued in Nigeria. The judge noted that an organisation registered abroad could be likened to a foreigner who could be lawfully arrested in another country where he was found to have committed a crime. The judge also held that the issuance of the proscription order by him in chambers following an ex parte application was in accordance with the provision of the Terrorism Prevention Act. He said, “I hold that the ex parte application by the Attorney General of the Federation was properly brought. “The Indigenous People of Biafra can sue and be sued in Nigeria. I so hold.” He also held that hearing the AGF’s motion ex parte, did not violate the group’s right to fair hearing, rights to freedom of assembly, freedom of assembly and freedom of expression. According to the judge, the procedure adopted by the court in hearing and issuing the ex parte order was as provided for in section 21 of the Terrorism (Prevention) Act. He held that the AGF met all the requirements for the filing of the motion, including exhibiting the presidential order proscribing the organisaton. “The memo of the President was attached to the application as Exhibit 11A,” he ruled. Shortly after the ruling was delivered on Thursday, IPOB’s lawyer, Ejiofor, vowed to appeal against it. Bloody terrorists! |

kettykin: Who else thinks south Africa might be planning a single blow that would send Nigeria to the canvas if Nigeria ever nationalizes mtn, dstv, shoprite stanbic bank
South Africa might be very busy at the moment studying the situation at the diplomatic row between it and Nigeria.
A new south African pharoah is in charge and might not be very friendly with the Nigeria Joseph that contributed to its success story.
If South Africa moves a motion for biafra at the next UNGA this might be the last straw for Nigeria. First it would remove igbos from the face off with south Africa and upturn the current economic battleground with its business in Nigeria .
Nigeria might never recover because south Africa has the resources to mobilize the African community and the world for biafra You smoke too many strange things |
