Exercise is something that we should do everyday.

It makes us healthy and it makes us look good

I used to exercise at least 30 mins each day at some point.

And damn, I looked really athletic and felt really good.

But until recently, exercising is off and on for me.

I still look athletic though. But not Cristiano Ronaldo athletic like I was before cool

I now have a small paper pasted on my door. I tick each day I exercise.

And I have exercised for 8 straight days before going to work - as you can see in the picture.

The truth is, I feel more energetic, healthier and more confident since I started

I have committed to exercising everyday for the next 81 days and beyond.

If you are reading this, you should too.

Your future self and unborn generation will thank you for it.

I dare say that 80 percent of humans suffer from procrastination.

That is just how life is.

The only way to overcome it is to follow the Nike slogan.

"Just do it"

Divide your work into bits that will require little bits of time and just do it

Even if it is 10 mins of writing your project, and 50mins of social media

No wahala.

In 6 hours you will have spent 1 hour on your project.

Don't try to be perfect while doing it.

Just do it.

Tell her, via text or whatsapp (for evidence sake) that you never knew she was a married woman

that what you both are doing is wrong and should stop.

Also assure her the relationship you guys had will remain a secret.

If she doesn't agree - which she won't - just ghost her:

Miss her calls, then call back after a long time that you were busy

Don't agree to any sex appointment. Just be giving any excuse whether silly or genuine.

If she comes visiting, tell her you were just about stepping out.

She might lose interest in you and find another stupid Bleep boy.

Also better keep evidence (chat, voice recordings, WhatsApp messages etc) that will exonerate you in case she wants to spin the tale against you.

You are missing my point which is:

tithe can be paid with any item (material or electronic) which is a store of value and can be used as a medium of exchange.

As for my summary you alluded to - that the sacrifice from Cain and Abel weren't tithe.

As long as the church you're paying to have a means of accepting the payment, I don't see why you can't.

Money evolve.

In times past, people used to pay tithes when civilisation was still using: iron bars, gold, jeweries, cowries, food and lifestock etc as money.

Right now we are evolving to using crypto as money.

So I see no reason tithe can't be paid with crypto or any other store of value.

Afterall the animals Cain and Abel sacrificed in Genesis from their harvest can be seen as tithe, right?

Alternatively you can sell the crypto and make your payment in conventional cash

You can actually leave Lagos and arrive Potiskum same day.

Take an early morning flight to Kano. At the airport, take an airport shuttle and inform the driver to drop you off at the Damaturu bus park (I can't remember the name of the park).

Kano to Potiskum is about 4 hours and the roads are safe and motorable. You need to land in Kano latest 12noon to have any chance of entering Potiskum before 7pm (delay in loading of passengers at the bus park).

Alternatively, you could decide to use the car hire service from Kano airport to Potiskum-Damaturu (costs roughly NGN40,000).

A friend will like to travel from lagos and get to Yobe on Friday morning, preferably.

I learnt there's no direct flight from Lagos down there.

So the best route is to take flight from Lagos to Kano. And then bus from Kano to Potiskum.

Can someone who has experience point out where he can take bus in Kano to Potiskum.

If only those who wish to travel abroad will invest some time in understanding the visa and relocation process,
there will be less stories of people getting scammed by fake travel agents.

Was it an online transaction you used in paying him?

If yes, email his bank (copy CBN) with proof of payment and proof that he scammed you - I believe you have chats attesting to this.

His account will likely be blocked if you make a strong case.

Option 2, if you have a friend in any of the armed forces, settle them adequately and watch him get your money back.
