From what you said, it can safely be assumed that the girl is still in her late teens or early twenties. She hasn't gotten higher education yet. She hasn't yet experienced the full range of temptations life has to offer in terms of relationships

Based on the above, here's my advice, EXCEPT you both have definite plans to better both your lives and grow together educationally, career-wise, financially etc...

My neighbor that gave the whole street rice and malt last

Hubby now comes home everyday later than usual. Although in fairness his
work place is farther. But each time he will manage to stay awake...

... he will be Facebook-ing and social media-ing with women till 10pm.
If she asks who they are to him, he will answer "colleague".

Or she will be told of some smart girl at work who needs mentorship
to grow or needs counseling in her life
Hubby is now a counselor

She has access to his social media accounts. So she sees the online
banter and the multiple friend requests from women
He answers calls in her presence and she doesn't like the familiarity
female callers share with her husband at all

She has complained endlessly about these, especially the late night calls
and social media-ing... But hubby sees nothing wrong

Bottom line is, many women are giving her husband green light.
And he seems to be enjoying it

But that is not the only thing bothering her. Her secret pain is
the women eyeing her husband are just like her when she was single – they are slim and beautiful.
And she can’t compete

Long story short. My nice neighbor feels cheated on and is frowning more,
and the couple are fighting every week.
Marriage is now heading for the iceberg just like the Titanic

Now, while its easy to blame the woman for being insecure,
there's a thing or two I know about this whole business

First, as someone who works with seemingly good, well groomed married men,
I know for sure that it is difficult (not impossible) for a man not to cheat when
pretty young girls are gallivanting around him.

He will cheat, at LEAST on an emotional level

Secondly, the difficulty in not cheating is raised to the power of 10X
when formerly attractive wifey is now, well, not so attractive anymore...

You see your gf's personal trainer touching her in intimate places. Smile. Ask her if she's enjoying the fun

For good measure, hire a personal nurse or masseuse
