After a deep examination and holistic view of this issue, i want to say that the whole scenerio is somehow politically motivated and we the masses are just like pawn on chess board , we need to make our intention knwn to them , they shouldnt be playing on our intelligent, Nigeria is having more than 150 million intellect( both potential and accomplished) we deserve better than this , while would the nation be paying more than 500million on the rent of the vice president while the founding fathers(Tafawa Balewa) doesnt even have more than 3 babariga and sub standard house and here we are singing "[i]The labor of our heroes past shall never be in vain"[/i], i dont think our leaders are their for our sake, we need change our life is not secure , our future looks like mirage , the incoming generation doesnt have a single hope, the situation is going from worse to worst , i dont want to be sarcastic but i like to be blunt , even if we put another person that is not independent of those rogues that call thier self the godfather the situation will still be the same , we need an articulate and a no nonsense fellow that will still be considerate to a reasonable extent such that our voice shall be heard and our pains shall be felt. , you only answer few of the questions i asked you but nevertheless let me give you a little advice going via my experience. while i was still in university i dated a girl for like 2 months after which we had sex for the first tym and two weeks later i got to knw abt her age and i told her point blank that she was abt 9 months older than i do but she told me we can still carry on only for her to call me after the second month of my revelation to her that she wont be ok getting down with me cos she is older than i do, so she call it quit i felt bad but i cant do anything to stop her decision. but she later came to beg after she was duped by other guys by that tym it was too late.
in other hand i have my niece that marry a man she is older than, and they are happy now with two kids. so the whole thing is two ways you may get down with her and find it fruitful and you may get down and find it in the otherway round.
other things i can deduce is that you said she is too bossy and always claim she is older i bet you if she doesnt change you will live to regret your act of marrying her cos if a man that is older than her and hold enough money comes her way you will just turn to a forgone alternative but if she is cool headed i think there is nothing bad in marrying someone that is a little bit older than you so if you love her pls go ahead and marry her but if there is no love please leave your elder sister alone

@ olupahpah, you can read through my statements a BOJ can be raised on on a company going via the turnover of a SIMILAR company what we tax as a tax practitioner is the assessable profits which rolls in year in year out to form what we call turn over what we use to apply tax on company is CITA not PITA and when u want to attack a professional u have to take your tax guide beside you before quoting rubbish here CITA of 1990 but was ammended in LFN 2004 was what we use to assess company to tax that was what i mean not CAMA(slip of hand ) in my earlier explanation , PAYE is paid by employee to the IRS through his or her employer as recommended in PITA and that is not the only tax a company must pay as there are diff tax that a company will pay at their year end including Education tax which is 2 percent of the company's profit before tax , company gain tax, petroleum product tax ( for oil company in the downstream) e.t.c all these are provided in the CITA as ammended in the LFN2004. for your info u may not be in practice but when u ask people in practice we know how things they go, even the people on TARMA when they come for Tax Audit in your company they will still ask for little cut so that they can reduce your tax liabilities talk less of those LIRS staffs( i mean all what am saying). so watch what u will say here
