1) I have friends throughout those countries you mentioned, however you did not list our little brother here: Estonia. Now most business owners in all those countries you mentioned prefer paying taxes to Estonian govt because it is very considerable compared to all of the above. Now, besides Estonia then, Sweden becomes your next best bet.

I intend to apply into a German university for undergraduate study. My issue is with the 100L transcript. The thing is I have a low GPA is around 2.33

Before anyone begins to judge it was down to a missing exam, 3 unit course and also, most of my courses are cbt based.

My question is......Is this good enough for application?
