Hello Hadedee,

In my own assessment, the VO wasn't sure if you have a reliable source of income which you failed to demonstrate. Get your uncle to demonstrate proper show of commitment and if possible work on the funds of your dad, then make him the principal sponsor and your uncle cosponsoring.

If the funds of your dad can't be upped, your uncle should then be the sole sponsor since he is financially sufficient and get him to show proper commitment by paying the required tuition fees demanded by the college and transfer your LE into your personal account. Then get your dad to write a letter of support that can take care of your miscellaneous expenses and flight itinerary.

Do well to properly establish a strong relationship to your uncle and proof of previous sponsorship. Also, you failed to show you have a compelling home tie, work on this area too.

All the best

how do I prepare a compelling home tie this time around?

Why not defer your admission to fall first. It’s not compulsory to resume in May. That would give you ample time to repackage your application. Since you gave ordered for your notes, when it’s out, you can paste so that the gurus would assist. In btw, what exactly are you going for and what school?

I'm going to Recording Arts Canada Digital Arts college , studying sounds and music recording, it also a music production course , diploma tho
Travel / Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 16 by Hadedee: 2:19am On Feb 21, 2020
still wondering the reason for the family ties tho I have ordered for my GCMS note

and with what I read here, I should balance up for the remaining tuition fee before the next application..but I'm resuming in May

but what the current employment status issue presented to my face?

It's painful reading about the rejection these days. But guys, if you don't share your documents details, how will anybody knows how to advice?
It is important that you share all the segments of your application, that way, the guru can suggest what to add...

It will end in praises

I am a music producer and I got admission to study sounds and music recording..my career
I haven't had a post secondary school and I have about 6 years education Gap which I started that the reason for this is to improve on my musical skills and for more practice
I included the following documents
* admission letter
* receipt of $3,900 which the school initially asked for remaining$18k
* waec results
* uncle statement of account of #20m which good cash flow of over 200m of the 6 months statements which is that of his company, C.A.C and letters from him
* Dad as co sponsor of 1.9m with his evaluation building of 17m and affidavit of support from him
* deed of gift of land from mother and I evaluated it 2.7m
* certificate of training of keyboard and music production
* recommendation letter from church stating the role I perform in the choir department and keyboard
* statement of purpose and I even referred them to my IG account I uploaded some of my works there
*

Sorry to know that you're refused it happened to me when I paid 8k cad, later repackage with 1year tuition visa approved in 2 weeks.

however I see the reasons to be simple to resolved which bother on the fund for schooling. I always compare Indians study approval to Nigerians because same hidden intentions for both country applicants however Indians pay 1 year tuition fees while Nigerians pay $1500 to be sincere who are you deceiving, and you want the VO to leave the guy with convincing intention to grant applicant without true intention.

Some guys application fly with $1500 cad payment and my buddy application fly without any payment, don't think it will work for every person.

Don't get me wrong finances is not the only issue to get visa.

please I sent you an email..I need answers..thanks alot
what do I do to the family ties in Canada and Nigeria and my current employment status?

Please what is the full meaning of LOE, I see it being used alot here.

I was also refused last year for January 2020 intake and would like to re-apply for September 2020 intake.

When I requested for my GCMS note, it was stated that my reason for traveling to study abroad is vague, not properly documented and not convincing enough that I will return after study.

I did Agricultural Science as an undergraduate and have been working with Telecoms company for about 10 years. The course I applied for is PGCert in wireless networking which is related to my current field.

Please I need a guide on how to write an SOP that will convince the Visa officer.

Thanks and God bless.

please how long does it take to get GCMS note back? because I have to resume in may

I'm new here. I just received my GCMS note..Please how can one address "taking the applicant's plan of study into account, the applicant does not appear to be sufficiently well established that the proposed study will be a reasonable expense". The applicant's plan of studies appears vague and not well documented. Not satisfied that the applicant will depart Canada.

Please I await a favorable response.

please how do I apply for this?

Good evening
First of all I would like to appreciate some of the gurus here for the ideas I got towards my study permit application
I just got the feedback of my online route application and I was denied my study permit for these reasons

I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of
residence.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your current employment situation.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.
You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can
demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. All new applications must be
accompanied by a new processing fee.

how do I apply for the GCMS note and what solutions do I find to these?

I dropped a deed of gift of a landed property given by my mother, the statement of account was given by an uncle of his company with 20m in it, I have paid initial payment of fees of $3,900,..I included the evaluation of the land ,a house owned by my father worth 17m
what else do I do? how didn't I package it well?

1) If I get u, u said u started uni last year... which means u are still in school.. also is the bsc course related to music.. if yes or no, I will advice u finish school 1st cos u will likely be denied based on purpose of visit..

2) well.. if he's statement is good, I advice u include extra means of funding cos the vo will wonder why a retiree will use his life savings to cover for such an expensive foreign education for his child.. Wat will he rely on if he spends this.. therefore I advice u use a second sponsor

3) land cannot be used, rather it's used in place of family ties and a very strong one( it means what property or family that will motivate you to come back to Nigeria after your studies)...
ok..thank for the answer... but if the person doesn't include that he started a uni education..however he include the certificate of training he did in music line nko to support that hes into music?...……..the number 2 anser is helpful
