Then listed it on Dan$299, Epik$399 and Afternic$500...

Outbounded for it like 4 days ago with Epik lander...emails still remain sef.

The afternic staff will send you the 123-reg username or email address associated to 123-reg escrow account, provided they have escrow account with the registrar. You can now push the domain using either of the two.

If buyer decides to wait for 60 days, can I withdraw before then

No sir, you can't not until the buyer confirm the possession of the domain.

First of all, if the buyer opted for push, afternic will provide you the 123-reg account you will push the domain to.

But if the buyer wants a transfer, he will have to wait till transfer lock is over.
