before you conclude sharply. Compare the pvc pick up figure in the south south and south east with whats happening now. Dont forget the igbos and south south will never vote Buhari yet, the pvc collection figures in those states are huge when compared to where Buhari has an edge. Again, look at the states where those who worked for apc in 2015 but have now defected to the pdp and the PVC collection rate. That alone should give you an insight into what would happen on Saturday. Lagos has the highest pvc collection rate so far and dont also forget the population of my fellow yorubas in Lagos is just 43% while the igbos and other tribes take the rest. The INEC election postponment is deliberate because APC has the figures in their palms. They felt they needed a week to do more maybe people would change their minds, especially those who said they won't vote the apc. Pls dont attack le. It's my personal opinion
