KarlTom: Actually, it's a case of overdoing yourself wrt ELLAH. If they had opted to raise ₦100bn instead of ₦200bn, they would have had an oversubscription which would boost investor confidence but they shot themselves in the foot by not starting the mill...
Gold is a different ball game entirely
It always looks like a different story but the same narrative. You think 500Billy na yah mate.. that’s CBN benchmark for bank Capitalization which they struggle to meet. This is common sense.
Anyways, We will consider taking up Ellah at 7-8. And still waiting for access at 19 except they declare a good dividend. Access last acquisition failed, and I believe they would have incurred a cost and inflated the figure to siphone money.
Investorngo: Anything less than N80 for Caverton Plc is a total unacceptable. A company that was listed at price of N9.5 circa 2014 when a dollar was about N180 has really dashed the hope of long term investors. This company really needs to sit up and stop taking people for granted.
Caverton became irresponsible to safety at some point. I personally complained about their chopper service and poor maintenance with their helicopter fleet. I dumped them when they almost killed a colleague and that incident lost them the contract.
NSEstudent: Folks have shouted greed and market bottom for a very long time. Chief among whom is Oga Agba.
This market has a mind of its own.
For avoidance of doubt, I take some profits but largely left winning stocks running. There is no guarantee I will keep them indefinitely.
I wanted to sell all my NB late last year, but the price went down below my targeted price, I ended up selling less than 10%, at about N58. Imagine that I sold all.
There are some stocks I have, with absolutely no intention of selling a single unit in the foreseeable future. Dangcem is one, Presco is the other. MTNN, may be another. Unfortunately, I don't have good units in them.
All these may mean nonsense in some contexts
The regret you feel when a stock you sold appreciates more, is nothing compared to watching your stocks lose millions of paper profits and run into paper losses. So it goes without saying that selling some units is advisable, pertinent even.
I once had a million unit of omatek @70kobo. I sold all 10% hair cut. We move
Which bank gives the lowest interest rate for loan? Any suggestions? This is for business. 36% is on the very high side for me. I heard this is because of CBN MPR rate. Thanks
The next bagger has started moving. No one here will tell you but it moved in the last 2 trading sessions. I will just get it at whatever price today. Tired of my bid failing. Naming it could be misrepresented as MH. Shalom
PuristForest: Accesscorp - still think a lot of weakness, potentially, we could see access around the 15 region, there will be a redistribution btw 19 and 24 but ultimately, we will break this and go lower. One of five reviews in our weekly wrap up for members.... Japaul - following last update,we've made some update to internals, but overall structure remains unchanged ..DYOR or join ewnation
I earlier reported 19😀😀. I will buy below 19 Charts reveals investors sentiments . This is glaring If access doesn’t do a quick turnaround to compensate shareholders then it may even go further to 18. And if it does happen that there is no final dividend… Mr time will decide Make I continue Dey accumulate the next rally stock
EDUECO: ACCESSCORP has more than 700 branches worldwide! And since the beginning of this week, ACCESSCORP has made real profit from rendering services to millions of customers worldwide.
Ellah Lekos has certainly not made profit from the production of palm oil and sale of live stocks and farm produces from its mediocre or audio farms this week!
Kommonnnn. This aint true. N68m was made from sale on fresh fruit bunches na Abi Wetin dem call am.
