SonofElElyonRet: Ok I'm asking nicely.. Maybe you'll get access at that price or lower. Forgot Ellah I wasn't expecting you will ask😀😀. Now, apologies I will fail to mention it. Someone mentioned it here few days ago and I have been acquiring even before the mention. My goal is to acquire 3m -5m+ unit before March 2026 and also maintain a low average price. Then sit and watch market do his things. This is one of my long term retirement stock.. Once we cash out from that cyclee... We may consider putting some of the dividend into Ellah @7😀😀. My Oga, sell that Ellah make e no become ASO savings.😁😁😀 |

SonofElElyonRet: Don't worry.. Ellah will remain same price just long enough for you to jump in at CP, after which it's gonna be to the mooooon . Happy you've decided to face reality and let go of your N6-7 fantasy 🏃🏃🏃 😁😁😁. Access will touch 19 Ellah will touch,7. Another stock will start a run soon. I'm trying to accumulate it but no fund yet . I will tell you the stock if you ask me. Lol. I have seen this.😁😁 #Spiritual Analysis# |

HesInMe: Stop disgracing yourself in public na. You may be a stubborn he-goat but you can read numbers. Common sense and implied valuation with publicly traded comps show that Ellah is clearly overpaying for the ARPN plantation -- with no synergies to make up for the upfront overpayment.
By contrast, Presco probably does have the scale and market position to create value from the asset even if acquired at a premium. We go see how de tin goes. No need for the insult. You could have simply made your point clear. Cheers |

awesomeJ: But market sentiments can change in a hurry.
There may be people who have jumped in solely for the purpose of cashing in on this spread, if the new shares get listed, they may easily depress the price by putting just 50m units on offer.
That's one angle to look at.
Another angle is that even this current price might be getting defended cos of the offers, and that defence might no longer exists after the offer.
Those are the perspectives I have regarding the attractive discounts on the offer price.
For pure fundamentals, the stock is doing below 5x earnings multiple, which I don't think is bad.
For FY '26, they will have to grow their already impressive 2024 numbers by over 100% to maintain PE below 5x.
Both offers will increase their OS by up to 125%, so it has to be that the new N10bn cash injection can help them grow earnings by an extra N2.5bn to around N5bn next year.
For dividends and technicals, I think others will add their perspective.
So weigh everything and decide. Thanks Chief. I will be watching in the days ahead |

nosa2: I was listening to the Green ticker interview on TIP and the thing was getting me super excited. To be fair I looked at the company's last result and it was GOOD!!! In fact after seeing the result I called my broker that I wanted to buy the offer (I don't usually like buying public offers)
However, as I was listening to the interview the CEO now said that if there is over subscription they will adsorb all of it. At that point my excitement just died. More money is always good for a business however, they already knew how much they needed, now why would he be so excited to dilute his holdings by adsorbing more shares than necessary. Basically I still like the business, I like their expansion plans BUT I am not buying till I start to see more clarity from future results Thanks Boss… I will observe from 4th -9th of January. I still feel burn with the UBA RI I took at 50. E pain me 😁😁 |

nosa2: The biggest short coming of communicating via text is that it is difficult to convey sarcasm.
For every transaction there is typically a buyer and a seller. The buyer thinks the seller is not seeing what he is seeing. The seller is thinking the buyer is stupid for buying.
With regards to Ellah I am a spectator. I would really love to see who is wrong in this movie. The buyers or the sellers. A company is raising almost $200m and the CEO is telling me how they will be feeding pigs with palm kernel cake. Make una continue!!! I just cant be involved in the saga. 😂😂. I’ve listened to him many times. He says basically the same thing- I guess it’s keeping the story straight. Anyways I’m waiting for 6-7naira so I can pick up my Public offer. This will be my last comment on Ellah for the moment. |

nosa2: You will probably regret this Access will get to 19. I will enter in 19. Zenith and UBa has paid me back my 10% loss in access(I’ve stayed over 8 months) The new capital raise at 20.25 naira looks fishy. Once I suspect a high level of inefficiency, I cut out. That has been my strategy. |

emmanuelewumi: Do you know why lottery winners usually go broke?
It is because they don't have the capacity for the money that came their way, so the money will be wasted till it gets to their capacity.
Eg you have a 5 liters container and you are trying to pour a content of 20 liters into it. You will end up wasting 15 liters of the content.
Better to pour 5 liters, after using the content eg water or petrol, you pour another 5 liters and continue again and again.
A company that has not made a revenue of N500 million per annum in the last 10 years is now looking for N250 billion from investors. They did not ask for N10 billion, no be juju be dat?
There is a high probability that the fund will not be optimally utilized I may not agree with you on somethings. But for this, I’m in full agreement with this. I had to jump out from the stocks. Do people even know what 250billy is?? |

awesomeJ: Thanks for sharing. Guys please go through.
They've decided to do one of the major things people here have been advocating for:
Cost base will be the closing price on December 31st 2025 if your actual cost base is lower.
That's bullish. Cos all we have to do is push GTCO to #150 by December 31st.
Whoever doesn't buy this week will likely likely likely buy higher. When it comes to taxing: we here people trying to imitate global practice and blah blah blah but when it comes to tackling corruption, we are far away from global practice. This is neither about Tax or Corruption; This is about TRUST (T-bills and short term investment didnt wait till 31st of December) |
