nosa2: People have gamified the stock market. They will learn that the market no send anybody Papa Gamified?? Maybe / Maybe Not; With respect I write this: I started investment few years ago with the advise of Agba, Pa Emma, yMCY, RabbiOracle and many others like you. I have processed many suggestion and opinion and made decisions to have a holistic perspective of the whole terrain. You agree that a little bit of luck is needed to hit it BIG. One thing I've concluded is to add both young and old knowledge and create a balance strategy to investment. The kind of people in NSE 10years (and beyond) ago are quite different from the ones in few years ago. There is new money, information and orientation sheriff in town. A classic case of buying 1m unit of Ella at 3naira. At 12 Naira, sold 700k unit. That's a capital and 100% profit. Channelled initial capital to access bank for dividend and growth, 100% profit to personal business . The remaining 300k units will be made to run till N100 as the sheriff decides. I was unable to enter at 10 again. I missed TESLA, BITCOIN, Honeywell and many others --(because I was too hard on fundamentals and a follower of Oracle of Omaha). I indeed appreciate everyone's contribution here and enjoy the bashings. I put in critical thinking and respect on every opinion here. |

I wanted to get into Ellah at 10 but wasn’t able to. I understand fundamentals but whatever the investor that spent over a billion naira @ 12.5 saw, one need not to climb the mountain to see it. The information is common sense to say something major is coming. Those privy to the information have and are still taking position. Time will reveal and the game is the game. |

DenreleDave: This is not to support any coin bcox no be me get am
1. All coins are dipping badly, so stop being prefential and sentimental by leaving out the general obvious fact and single out one because you are pained that you missed out (I know you will claim that you have more than enough to buy it if you want but I don't really care)
2. Pi that you see on exchanges are just IOU, they are not the original pi on pi miannet... This is why binance has not listed pi yet because they know this, simply bcox pi is not on any exchange yet, it is still enclosed within it Mainnet. I repeat, any pi you see on Cex are IOU, not the real pi. To know this, you can send ur pi out of the Pi block chain, they will allow you since it's Ur choice but you can never send a pi from CEX into your pi miannet account...
3. No be me get pi, so not Defending it but just starting the obvious
Oya fire back if you must This is an ABSOLUTE FALSE. You can send Pi from CEX to your pi wallet. The Pi we see is the real Pi. And fyi, Pi will most likely keep dipping until mid 2027. How deep it will go and if the project will still exist is what I don’t know. One thing I know is that, the Pi Bull will be a mad rush. It’s a very high risk, high reward project. Caveat: my speculations |

Their excess over head is probably as a result of ACCESSCORP's massive acqusitions.
ACCESSCORP @ below 35 Naira is still undervalued. ACCESSCORP's Q1 2025 earning per share of more than 4 Naira can cover its dividends for the interim and the final one in the 2025 financial year. When do banks declare interim dividend? Any idea of the time-frame? |

Infact, scammers are quick to get a conducive office because that's the first thing people will lookout for. it could also be the other way round. Not inferring on anything. Streetinvestor2: Let us begin to ask questions so that they can call the ceo of ellaja kpakus to ask him When they took over ellahlakes in 2019.The ceo promised to deliver 20 tonnes per hour mill Why is he delivering 3 tonnes per hour mill after 5 yrs. When they answer. We ask another. The margin btw 20 and 3 is very large in numbers and qualifies as under performance.
Telluria farm was already cultivated palm farm Are you saying that cultivation just started when they took over ellahlakes My findings shows they only increased by 200 hectares to what already existed since 5 yrs Show contrary facts if I am wrong.
Let now see those who ellahlakes is not another of thr goods on alaba international market disguised as investment on ngx The first question was answered during the last meeting. As regards the Telluria farm, I think it’s best you attend the next AGM and ask the question yourself. No one will be able to give you a satisfactory answer here. |

I think the numbers will do justice to Ella.
People will start asking when is the promised mill commissioning date?
Or another way it will play out;
Is to delay a bit more, allow people panic sell to allow some people accumulate.
Laslas, the market has a mind of its own. |

Streetinvestor2: Now based on interview and other facts outside ellahlakes as evidence you will prove me wrong by coming up with your own numbers. In 2020 ellahlakes bought I farm with promise to install 20 tonnes of oil mill.In 2025 they are able to install 3 tonnes oil Mills to be commissioned soon The ceo said for the mill to operate full capacity they will have to be doing other products. Pls note this part as per full operation. I will give ellahlakes benefit of trust that the 3 tonnes Mills is capacity for an hour and not per day.If it is capacity for a day then invariably the farm is a scam alert.
Now presco has 90 tonnes capacity for an hour equivalent to 2160 per day Okumu has 60 tonnes capacity for an hour with second Mills in progress to push above 120 tonnes per hour At 60 tonnes per hour they have capacity of 1440 per day Ellahlakes has just 3 tonnes per hour (assumd). It will give it just 72 tonnes capacity in a day. Pls remember that the ceo said they will even need others produce to achieve full capacity of 72 tonnes per day. Therefore ellahlakes already cultivated palm farm is small. This is why the biological assets was not giving me what I expected
Presco tonnes production for 2024 is not really available Okumu had 68721 tonnes CPO for 2024 yr. Then for ellahlakes 2025 results if you consider other factors can deliver btw 1400-1500 tonnes only if operated at full capacity. This we can not say which will be thr FFB. At 1.5 million per tonnes. They may generate revenue of btw.2.1 billion -2.25 billion. When you remove, costs of sale s,other expenses and cooperation tax you will get you PAT. Presco has Os of 1 billion Okumu has os of 953.9 million Ellahlakes will have os in the range of 5-10 billion when they are done raising money/debt conversion My verdict Ellahlakes has a relatively small cultivated palm farm. You can do the additional maths to expected eps of 2025 and above. I do not need to visit the farm again as I was never interested in thr side hustle like the piggery. I have right to my opinion you can counter with your own figures and not emotions Solid!!! This makes sense.😀😀. But then, you and I know some stocks can get over valued due to sentimental reasons and investors emphaty. This may just be one of them. The market will decide. |

Streetinvestor2: On ellahlakes, I don't think it will be necessary again visiting the farm.I have been able to arrive at my concern. Why the management has been economical with the size of cultivated palm farm and not just Langbank. This could be equally the reason why all is converting thr loan to equity. They obviously don't see the farm able to pay back in cash soon. This is my opinion Absolutely right. I think he was clear about this too. |

Ella is going above 5.
The twitter space shared a lot of insight. I like the fact that they have been focused with their core operations and not PR. If indeed this is true; getting to 10 is very close. Secondly, I like the fact of Mordi’s transparency as regards business status quo. Not so impressed with the progress so far but with the understanding that this is a long term business not short term profit or (dividend reward). He placed emphasis on the directors goodwill to turn the company around and circumstances that has taken them uptill this moment.
As regards the CPO mill commissioning this I consider a very good news. He also talked about partnership with other producers to use the mill to keep the mill up to full capacity.
The progress in Pig farming is also understandable
I know many business in Nigeria with little or no PR doing well.
I think no point confusing or convincing anyone on this neither is there even a need to respond.
Personally and if indeed he’s honest with what said today, I will call it a BUY |
