unclezuma:When you write "receive sense" you're not just mocking God, you're also mocking the Holy Spirit. It may interest you to know that there is no forgiveness for a sin against the Spirit of Adonai. |
huptin:As an afonja thinketh in his heart, so he is. |
Anti-Igbo reportage is at an all time high in our existence as a nation. This is the height of racial and ethnic jingoism. Is it necessary to add that she is from IMO state or an igbo? Couldn't you've rendered it with a hint of political correctness? This is why I quit visiting sites like Olufamous.com and Naij.com |
The sons of men will always learn the hard way until they understand and assimilate Luke 13. |
huptin:Does it also mean that the sheer number of American and British expatriates in diaspora is a pointer to a failed economy in the countries of their origin? Well the only reason igbos are teeming in the west is because of how strategically placed it is. The igbo heartland is landlocked and incommensurate to her population. I assure you that the economy of the whole west will collapse if the igbos withdraw thereof. |
I think this campaign is aptly misplaced and incongruous at such a distressing and troubling hour of war and carnage. The refugees don't care about breast cancer or it's attendant woes. They have seen a worse cancer in boko haram. What they care about is - food for the belly, drugs and medication for the infirm, a blanket and roof over their heads. Protection from exploitation and sexual abuse and violence and a return to normal life. |
Whether saraki bears the name "Saraki" or "Ibrahim" it can never change the fact the "Olusola" in his name will always give him out as a yoruba man. No Yoruba man from the north will ever get the golden fleece of politics. The core north and the fringe north syndrome will never be dislodged. Afonja was used. Akintola was used and dumped. Tinubu and 70,000 000 million other hordes of unsuspecting yorubas were also used and dumped in like manner last year. Saraki learn from history and don't repeat the mistakes of the ancestors. |
For the fear of the murderous hausa-fulani tribe, this bill was passed. For their fear, this motion was set. But truth be told. The northern oligarchs and feudalists have a well hatched conspiracy to legitimise their expansionist ideology. They sought for it through jihad and failed. They flirted with the pogroms of the 1960s and the civil war but failed. They trialled the sharia option died on arrival. Now they want to explore with the last resort. The legal resort. Let us resist this demonic bill now or our children won't forgive us for sleeping while the enemy sowed the tares. |
The problem with nigeria has always been ingrained and embedded tribalism, cronyism and nepotism. If she wasn't qualified for this job, then the rationale for their agitation would be established but in it's obvious they want her out because the old corrupt order is jittery that she may step on toes and make heads roll. |
We may attribute the cause of this tragedy to sub-par and inferior building materials on the engineering and technical realm but on the spiritual realm, the answer can be found in Luke 13. Read Luke 13 and figure out why this tragedy befell those worshippers. |
The orji uzor kalu syndrome can be defined as a mental condition where an individual exhibits traits of afonjaism and awolowoism with a brazeness akin to Sardaunaism. |
Let the dead bury the dead. Let the northerns bury the northerns. |
Nigeria can never look beyond oil so long as it's reign of leadership lies in the hands of inept and incompetent northerners and south-westerners. Since 1966, the north and west have had an exclusive right and prerogative in the running of this nation and have succeeded in running it aground. The Nigeria project died the day Igbos left the equation. The north has the highest poverty rate and educational deficit. The west have the highest rate of street hawking among children and thuggery among school age children. With the exception of foreign-direct-investment in the southwest, the igbo heartland is the most industrialised axis. Industries birthed and nurtured without the input of government. With just a meagre £20 doled out to the survivors of and remnants of the ravaged people of Biafra, the Igbos have literally taken over the landscape of the economy both in the formal and informal sector. That is what I call shrewdness and Acumen. Until the right to govern nigerian is granted the Igbos, I'm afraid to admit that the Zimbabwean story will be toid here one day. Watch out for the 1,000 000 000 naira note. |
I guarantee y'all that by the time the week is over, the CBN will come up a statement denying this report. Remember the rice importation through the land borders ban lift? This administration is arguably the most directionless and clueless there ever has been. |
