PoliticsNigerian Leaders Are Very Pro-active by happy200(op): 1:04pm On Jun 08, 2021
To me, our leaders are very pro-active lately and whenever they want to.

Nigerians should just go and sleep, we have best leaders in positions and we are strongly behind them.
Nairaland GeneralMy Last Thread "Wisdom Is" by happy200(op): 9:20pm On Dec 23, 2020
This is my last thread on Nairaland.

Wisdom is knowing that everything means a lot and everything means nothing.

When you have gotten to the stage where you realise this. Know that you are in state of (vanity upon vanity all is vanity)

Everything means a lot and everything means zero.

Example 1. A job means a lot when the pay and working condition meets the required standard, and a job means nothing if you are only being exploited in the job and shouldn't be accepted.

Example 2. Marriage means a lot when both partners love theirselves genuinely and marriage means nothing if one is smiling and the other is weeping. And shouldn't be accepted.

Example 3. A leader means a lot if his words and actions are genuine, and a leader should mean nothing to you if h/she is totally unreasonable. I can go on and on but let me stop here.

Once again.
Thank you Nairaland.
Thank you Nairalanders.
Good bye. Happy200

Foreign AffairsRespect Whites But Don't Fear Them by happy200(op): 2:50pm On Dec 23, 2020
The fact that most of them developed their countries with forced labour, and bought slaves doesn't mean that they are better than us who decided not to force people.

I'm writing this because some of them are now passing judgement and condemning us who are growing gradually like they are more human or better than us.

The fact is, they need us and we need them but no one is superior to the other.

If i have slaves now i can turn forest to paradise.

Most of our news outlets function as bloggers, gossips websites and brown envelope pushers, you hardly see them publish anything insightful or carry out basic investigative journalism, most even fabricate and share fake news.

Imagine a Nigerian media outlets happily circulating opinions from other countries as credible and worthy news especially coming from places like the UK, the very people responsible for most of our problems.

UK is the number one hideout for our looters and where they bank our looted funds. We remember how they shielded Umaru Diko with all our billions, they are still hiding and refusing to release Allison Madueke and the billions she stole.

They don't turn down our stolen funds, they welcome them and the looters, the sit back and watch looters from Nigeria enjoy life, buy mansions left and right in peace, but these hypocrites are always quick to look down on us and write their worthless rubbish to appease their own conscience and failure.

This rubbish is for the birds, useless Nigerian kolomental opposition, ipobs and other anti Nigerian elements.
Exactly bro, but we thank God because they can't deceive all of us.
PoliticsReason Why Crime Is High Now by happy200(op): 3:54pm On Dec 22, 2020
Criminals are people who see ahead of the gullible citizens and uses the opportunity to their own selfish advantage.

These criminals are very desperate in everything they do.
So recently, the Government has decided to identify their citizens and will also link them through their phone lines.

This exercise will reduce the rate of kidnapping, murder e.t.c.
But until everyone is linked-up to all these, crime may continue.
This is why you see these criminals now get desperate to kidnap, kill and take as much money as possible before Government completes this exercise.

Presently everyone is supposed to be very vigilant till Government completes what they are doing.
But i know stup!d people will never heed to any reasonable advice until they are caught in the web, then the same stup!d person will blame Government.
As if government is your body guard or government has remote to your brain.

PoliticsPower To Approve by happy200(op): 1:55pm On Dec 21, 2020
I will soon stop creating threads.

The power to approve and disapprove anything about you is only in your hands.

No one owe you approval neither do you need approval from anyone.

Decide everything about your life and approve them knowing that it is the one and only approval required.
Whosoever is not pleased with your approval over everything or anything about your approval should head to the nearest police station or the nearest court.

Stop paying attention to gossipers and failures.

Freedom is completely being and doing you regardless of the situation.
I write because i observed that some people go about seeking people's approval over what they will do.

My wife wakes up at 4:00am everyday with or without an alarm clock while I am still snoring, that is her routine for the most years we've been married.
If you were married I doubt you would type such nonsense, a lot of women work their butts off in there marriages just so the man would have a warm and neat place to come back to. I see the bashing of single ladies here and I wonder if there has been a shift, add working 9-5 to that routine and you have a over worked wife. Would desire my wife to live long enough so we can raise the kids together because I sure can not do it alone.
Thank you. I did not say all married women.

Nigerian house wives are "Lords in woman skin"

Most Nigerian married men are nothing more than slaves.
They don't dare come back home empty hand without money, divorce is the last thing they will ever dream of cos that is almost like to them talking about their death.

These women has circled and clothed them with threat and intimidations.

All the house wives do now is to keep the house clean and regulate their romance life. Then the man becomes erand boy almost without a place to relax.

These men are helpless because the house wives has disconnected them from their family and friends.

Well for you men.
I'm writing this fully aware that you will never own up. But maybe someone could be saved.

You can be strict when you’ve become rich and successful, not when you’re trying to climb the ladder of success .

This our current generation view street as being humble , jovial , generous , stubborn, bad and also good . While they view being strict as discipline, rude , pompous, wicked and pretentious. No matter my education, wealth , fame and social status na street I still dey identify with based on logistics , who strictness help ?

PoliticsStreet Life And Strict Life by happy200(op): 5:47am On Dec 20, 2020
We have 2 types of people.
1. People who are very strict
2. People who are in Street.

Problem starts when or because strict people can't live Street life.

And Street life don't know "strict life" exists.

The essence of this thread is to help strict people.

Strict people are people who don't just talk, but they mean every word from their mouth. They are very strict, and they don't talk much example our President.

While in Street everything goes, you can talk the whole world, promise the whole earth but do nothing. And it's normal here.

So strict people should please loosen up and realize that whatsoever you are being accused of, threatened about is normal and shouldn't be remembered after that moment.
This is how to blend in Street. Because they don't know your type of life exists.

What i do always is act Street when i'm in Street and act strict when it's official or when I'm meeting with my fellow "strict men"

Thank you.

We/I can't deny the fact that we owe America thanks in many ways.

1. Many Nigerian elites are very bad people, but the fear of America has prevented them from showing their true colour.

2. Any American that leaves the comfort of America to stay here with us presently that we are building our country deserves respect and appreciation.

Personally i know America has helped us a lot, directly and indirectly.

PoliticsRe: Nigeria Is A Regional Power by happy200(op): 8:18am On Dec 17, 2020
rossniti:
Of course Nigeria is a regional power.

''Nigeria is the most populous country in Africa and the seventh most populous country in the world, with an estimated 206 million inhabitants as of late 2019. It has the third-largest youth population in the world, after India and China, with nearly half its population under the age of eighteen.

Nigeria's economy is the largest in Africa and the 24th largest in the world, worth almost $450 billion and $1 trillion in terms of nominal GDP and purchasing power parity, respectively. Nigeria is often referred to as the "Giant of Africa", owing to its large population and economy, and is also considered to be an emerging market by the World Bank; it has been identified as a regional power on the African continent, a middle power in international affairs, and has also been identified as an emerging global power. However, its Human Development Index ranks 158th in the world, and the country is classified as a lower middle-income economy, with a gross national income per capita between $1,026 and $3,986.

Nigeria is a founding member of the African Union and a member of many other international organizations, including the United Nations, the Commonwealth of Nations, the ECOWAS, and OPEC. Nigeria is also a member of the informal MINT group of countries, which are widely seen as the globe's next emerging economies, as well as the "Next Eleven" economies, which are set to become among the biggest in the world.''

PoliticsNigeria Is A Regional Power by happy200(op): 8:07am On Dec 17, 2020
Just as U.S is world power, Nigeria is regional power.

One thing is common among them. "Power".
It will be very unreasonable/maybe ignorance for anyone to compare Nigeria with any African country.

Also if you are wise enough, you will see many similar things between Americans and Nigerians.
E.g
1. "super excited citizens"
2. Very rich land for agriculture.
3. Very very resilient citizens.
And so on and so forth.

Look beyond present Nigeria, if you are really a Nigerian.
This country is very sweet.
