DrayZee: They should give their time in order to earn stipends. You forget they have lives outside the church. Who will feed them? Who will pay their house rents? The church might as well make provision for chocolate and tissue paper so that they will not lack anything. It's like you don't even understand how money workS.-------For this your idea to work, an entire country consisting of cleaners, lecturers, a governing parliament, hospitals, tissue paper manufacturers, travel agents, Cornflakes (e.g Kelloggsmanufacturers who work for free, Nasco and Good Morning would also be present for those who don't like Kellogg's)etc. Basically, every single thing any human would ever want or need would have to be provided by the church.-------Do now see the massive flaw in your idea? I am talking about communal service in a welfare environment when every one contributes to the betterment of others, otherwise called tithing and using the tithe to build schools such that all will benefit in that religious community. In Nigeria as a Nation state, there are public universities where those who can't afford the private unis can and acquire knowledge. Those schools are supported by taxes, an equivalent of the tithes thingy. I guess you are misreading my reasoning and thought process |

DrayZee: Well, you are clearly not a reasonable fellow. So because money was raised via the church, that means that he should reduce the school fees to nothing. Then tell me how he's supposed to maintain a school with such standard without adequate funding. This is not the government we're talking about. How will he pay lecturers, cleaners, windows washers? How will he buy facilities? How will he pay for electricity and general running costs of the school? Because you attended a public you have been brainwashed to believe that a 50k fee per student is enough to run a school. Sit down and think well. They do not need to pay anyone. It should be communal service by members who at best should be paid stipends. That way the school remains accessible to the tithers whose monies were used in the first place to set up the citadel |

Jokerman: so poor deeper lifers can't attend this school too....
I see.... Do the poor pay tithes in these churches? If they do, are they supposed to benefit from their contributions? I just wonder how these people think. Anyways, not their fault, after all the bible said they will take from the poor and give to the rich. So sad. |

2n2k: The Governance Code is not a law but just a regulation issued by the FRC in October 2016. There is nothing involving the legislature there.
Those who says the 'law' had been in existence since Jonathan time are just being mischievous. The law that was passed in 2011 by the legislature is the establishment of the FRC itself. One of the functions of the FRC as provided in that law is to regulate the corporate governance in Nigeria. It is in execution of that function that FRC now administratively issued the governance code in 2016. Dead on point, you are smart. I couldn't have better expressed it. Just that unlike other codes, this code was meant to be sanctionable. Codes are to be complied with or explain why non compliance but not legally sanctionable for non compliance. This Code took a totally different hue. |

Dotun was the Country Manager of Anderson Consulting and Okey Enelamah worked under him. That is the simple explanation. I worked under both guys at some point in time, and they have been working together ever since. Same people exchanging the barber's chair. |

Bring it in for a free scan. I no longer offer repairs on mitsubishi , but I can give you free diagnosis. OK sir. Will do after the yuletide. GAZZUZZ: normally what would occur in this vehicle is stiff brakes, and not brakes going flat.
Your abs unit is a 3in one, it is a master/servo all in one and also serves as the abs control unit. As long as you have not removed the battery terminals, a code will be stored that describes what led to the brake failure. In most cases it is fixable for long term use.
Scan a.b.s unit and post the codes here, I'll tell you what to do.
Thanks. I will scan and revert. Modified No fault codes stored in ECU |

Wejustok: According to the piece published in CKN Nigeria last year, Al-Mustapha in detail narrates the last moments of Abacha’s death and what proceeded it. He passed away mysteriously at his presidential villa in June 1998. Reports said that he was in the company of two Indian prostitutes who were sent to poison him. The officials however stated another reason, a heart attack.
Meanwhile Al-Mustapha allegedly disclosed what really happened to the former country leader. Read the piece in full below: “When I got to the bedside of the Head of State, he was already gasping. Ordinarily, I could not just touch him. It was not allowed in our job. But under the situation on ground, I knelt close to him and shouted, “General Sani Abacha, Sir, please grant me permission to touch and carry you.
http://www.wejustok.com.ng/2016/12/the-truth-abacha-didnt-die-from-eating.html Too old a story that it has lost its value. I read this like 3 years ago if not more while Al Mustapha was still in detention. Next base O jare |

Ok, we were driving home two days ago and my driver suddenly shouted that the breaks had gone flat and at the same time i heard a piercing siren-like noise in the vehicle. We also noticed that some lights came up on the dashboard and refused to go off, specifically, the light that indicates break oil shortage, the ABS light and the slippery road kind of indicator light. He managed the car until i took over and shortly after, the lights went off and the vehicle got me home. Yesterday morning, as I was coming out to pick him, the scenario replayed. I have decided not to risk driving it any further. Could any guru in the house suggest a possible reason and steps needed to take. My most trusted hand appears confused on this hence i am resorting to coming to the house. |

Opakan2: what bail? the one that was bought from a greedy yoruba judge or which incase you don't know, that Judge has been removed for corruption allegations, even his wife serving as Head of service in Lagos state government has been removed.
gone are the days of impunity and cluelessness my friend.. I won't support a felon who brought in dangerous weapons to kill Nigerians. NEVER!
He would have been long gone if it were to be military regime Two things, that ruling has not been upturned. Secondly we are not in a military regime, at least by definition. Perhaps thirdly you did not quite comprehend my definition of a felon as recognized by our laws. Lastly, could it also be the judge is being hounded because he gave a ruling that was not palatable to the ruling class. Let's be articulate in our arguments and judgments |

naso them go dey chok their yeye eye for matters wey no concern them.. we sef get AU, no more oyinbo dictatorship A felon is only so defined after a conviction by a competent court of law. From what I have heard, the matter has not been heard on its merits, rather a bail granted and the conditions met is still being denied the ACCUSED. That is illegal. |
Politics › Re: EU Parliamentarians Demand Release Of Nnamdi Kanu, Others- Thisday by hardbody: 7:31pm On Dec 21, 2016 |
Dongreat: Perhaps the EU is unaware of what is called a "Sovereignty State". The day Nigeria became a Federal Republic, sovereignty was bestowed on her, so giving demands will take both pleas and grace/miracle for its demand to be granted. That said, Mr Kanu should have been released long ago as he is a citizen of a democratic government but then I was told that in a third world country, laws are only obeyed by the poor and not the elite. If Mr Kanu is a national security according to the president, then a house arrest should be implemented but first the law should be obeyed. Sovereignty is political and geographical but not always complete on economic basis. If and when other nations turn you to a pariah state then you will recognise that in the midst of sovereignty there is interdependence of state nations |

He goes to feed the dogs once a day., any other being , living or dead that goes in there, would have decayed before i come back on the 8th.
