Make what right decision. You think your vote will count in presidential election ? The best you can do for yourself and family is to leave the country to a sane country where things work grin
Is this not becoming stale?

Combination for the educated and brilliant Nigerians with no ethnic or tribal bias, but the poor, uneducated low class will not see the good in these guys because they are not educated and have their brains poisoned by the likes of old politicians with nothing to give the country apart from poverty and pains like buhari, tinubu, Atiku and Co., the language they understand is to sell their votes for money, Peter obi and his vice have a lot of work to do to convince the low class voters in the society
Very true, but it starts from you and I. Let's convince the next person and there will be a ripple effect.

What are you talking about, have you been to Akwa Ibom? Best road in Nigeria.
I fly Ibom air almost every month when I am going to my villa (instead of owerri airport) and believe me the road all the way from the airport to my village is as smooth as okro. The only bad spot you will enter is the boundary between Akwa Ibom and Abia State. If I could cede Abia state to Akwa Ibom, just because of road I will gladly do that, anyday.

Politics › Re: Soludo: Why We Demolished Odumeje's Church by hardbody: 8:29am On Jul 08, 2022
sreamsense:
I am not fan of Odumeje but to be honest government is doing right thing in the wrong manner. How can you give just two months notice to church that has established for years without making temporary arrangement choices for them first or pay them compensation first to show that government is responsible? The victims who are feeding through the church are not begging government for money or their upkeep, but yet government got mind of blowing off their sources of daily income without showing more care and compassion than just to issue enforcement order.

Soludo is enjoying free, steady huge monthly and daily income, but thinks life is easy for somebody you demolish his source of income before peaking up so fast again. He will certainly loose members due to distance or otherwise ; and starting all over to raise church and members after lots of wasted investment is never so easy practically than mere talks. Government should have shown more concern by offering them temporary locations of choice within the vicinity to use and issue them compensations agreed on time so they can purchase another land and begins building.

Soludo did not really plan this thing out very well with wisdom, two months is too short even landlord won't give you that kind of short notice.
Nigerians with entitlement mentality. They should pay compensation for illegal structures? Una head swy touch.

I get you but,really... I said nothing relating to OP's question? ..OP said he knows nothing about measurements, even talked about documents etc which an opinion/my 2 cents were given, mind you-me mentioning the lawyer part doesn't automatically invalidates the remaining informations I gave ,no matter how little it seems, that's where I'm driving at.
Ok then. Keep driving sir. Have a blessed day.

ThinkWISELY:
The way una dey over hype Lawyers for basic things sef

So he shouldn't know the measurements or have an idea in it or collect receipt whatever that's why lawyers extremely eat you guys up for doing very basic things.
LOL, Boss, I am actually a lawyer, a senior one at that. However I know my pedigree and while I can sound off by saying ask for CofO, ask for Deed of Assignment/Conveyance, ask for receipt of purchase, is it a family land, if yes who is the head of the family, what is the registered title, etc, the fact is I haven't been in the business of land acquisition in the past more than 15 years and therefore will want my colleagues who are more recent and up to date in that line of business to speak up. Fact remains he said nothing relating to the OP's question. It is not a matter of pride, it is someone's money on the line.

Finally there is nothing basic about land matters, It is one of the most complex aspects of legal practice. If you buy wrongly, you either get a worthless piece of paper or endless litigation. No be gragra matter bro. You know what you know.
