Properties › Re: What Should I Look Out For When Buying A Land? Help Guys by hardbody: 12:27pm On Jul 07, 2022
ThinkWISELY:
A fenced land for sale at Folu close to Dangote Refinery, Ibeju Lekki , Lagos.

Serious buyers are welcomed, this is a direct deal and not all these property agent who don't know what they are doing or takes ages to allocate land to you .

Price: 85 Million Naira

Size : 5000 Square Meter Fenced

This Land is extremely increasing in value as time goes by , it's an investment never to regret especially in that location.

Land is spacious for Hotel, Mini Estate, Residential, Company, Ware house or Industry.

Now back to your question
Get a lawyer
Lagos for example, the standard measurement for a plot of land is 60’ x 120’ – 18m x 18m i.e 648 square meters. Other cities in the country also offer 50’ x 100’ measurement for a plot of land.No matter what you do, do not go into a deal in which the seller cannot provide the proof of ownership. It is also in the same vein that you must ensure you have all the documents required after the transaction, in order to avoid unnecessary issues with the government or land grabbers.
No matter what you do, DO NOT PAY IN CASH when buying a land. You must ensure everything is properly documented from the cost of the land to the receipt of survey fees. The only way you can save yourself from unnecessary stress in the future is by documenting all the payments.
Other notable factors, reasons,is it for residential or commercial purpose, access to roads, security and is it in an appreciation location

I hope this helps.
The only thing you said which is sensible is, get a lawyer. You said absolutely nothing else relative to his question. I will leave this to the lawyers who are into landed properties and transactions grin grin grin

for a billionaire woman who eats in the finest restaurants all over the world you are telling me eating watery baked beans and mouldy bread is not a traumatic experience ? or are you comparing her to the average poverty ridden nigerian who will see mouldy bread and watery baked beans as a step up from garri and granut ?
I haven't spent time in any prison but I am told their standard in western prisons is not the same as what you have in the Nigerian prisons. You may try both prisons to verify grin cheesy

Ethics demands that you treat other people's kids same treatment you would give to your child

My Question is, would they give their kid who school abroad same treatment ?? Given the nature of educational system in Nigeria?
This is a reasonable option and an offer which the students and their guardians my either accept or reject. You guys are so pedantic. Nothing Nigerian is ever good, not even when made in the best interest of the recepient. They may also go back to Ukraine and continue afterall Mariupol is being rebuilt and many Ukrainians are falling back.

I've heard several stories like that, but I don't know how true it is.

Only mortuary attendants can answer this question, can a corpse really wake up momentarily in the middle of night and start tormenting workers in the morgue facility

I only know little about life, there's so much mysterious things happening which we are not aware of.
Like you rightly said., let us wait for the mortuary attendants . We will later go and verify.

Even his kids were laughing at his stewpidity. That says it all.

PALAPALA02:
Good day all.

I want to share with you all what the Lord did for me yesterday o.

While at PHC on a business trip from calabar.
I arrived phc on sunday and decided to sit out with friends on Wednesday night. After dropping my friends at their house and heading to my hotel room with the aid of the google map, a truck was parked on the speedlane at attilary road at phc at about 2am without having backlights or even putting c-caution.

While trying to look at my phone to check where i was heading to and moving at about 100km/hr, as soon as i lifted my head up, a truck was parked at the speedlane with NO backlights and caution sign placed on the road.

And that was how i rammed into the truck. But to the glory of God, i came out unscathed. No injury sustained at all.

The police said i was wrong to have rammed into the truck from behind regardless of where it was parked or even if it was stationary. They said i ought to have been more careful.
Buh i thank God, i am alive, my car got destroyed, but I sustained no injury which is most important.
2.00am?

Unknown surroundings?

Doing 100km/hr?

Coming from hanging out with friends?

Looking at your phone?

Did you actually need the police to tell you that you were wrong?

Guy, just thank your stars. You messed up. God just gave you a second chance, use it well.

People have been selling their kidney in Nigeria. This is not the first and not going to be the last so far the seller is an adult.
You are brilliant.

The above is simply for those that require a genuine clarification. For those who are not interested in the truth, this is not for you. Move to another thread and wail as usual. I will be here to answer any question on the subject matter. Attached are mails from Chicago state university confirming that Tinubu actually attended the school.

If you want further information, just visit the university’s website: www.csu.edu and request for information about Bola Ahmed Tinubu, they will respond to you vide email. Again, this is for those who genuinely seek the truth.
Your write up made a good reading. Please reconcile the position above with the claim that unknown soldiers carted away the secondary school certificates. Shouldn't there be one version of truth from a man who is aspiring to lead the affairs of the nation? What is his truth and why are we having layers and tissues of mistruths?

I must certainly have missed these out when it appeared as if the results were never gonna be available. If what you have presented here were never controverted, I have no basis to personally contest them. Does these speak to the availability of Tinubu's certificates too? This had been the basis of my earlier argument or perhaps enquiry.

Finally, if you have facts, present them. I am nether irrational nor unreasonable. If I see proof or evidence that substantiates a valid position, I can only but accept same. You may call me whatever names that make you happy nevertheless, I will not stoop that low.

Why does his secondary school matter when he has University to cover it.

Senior men don't write their secondary school results on CV, only fresh graduates and people new to their career.

Imagine Okonjo Iweala putting NECO or WAEC result on her CV for a second, you'll know how preposterous this sounds.
Very funny. We were just reviewing a Director for appointment into our Board and he provided his first school leaving certificate as part of the requirements. He also provided his GCE (passed when I was still a toddler)...

My point? You either have it or you don't. No lies.

Buhari produced his statement of result, waec also replaced the missing one but you are still asking me what he produced.. That is exactly what I am saying even if Tinubu produces it you mind is made up on what u want to hear and any contrary to that will not satisfy you. So therefore you are not really after due process but due process is your cover to antagonise. Do you get the difference now...
Lol. Unlike most Nigerians, I do not suffer from amnesia, No. Buhari presented nothing other than a G4....and the note with which he was admitted in the military. He admitted to not finishing secondary school. Today Tinubu is claiming that the military destroyed his certificates but I recall vividly he claimed to have attended two schools while he was going into the governorship race and this was after the era of NADECO so when exactly did they destroy his certificates? Let us be rational and logical bro, I hold nothing against the man except perhaps his age.

That is your problem.. Did Buhari not produce his for the court via Abba Kyari who went to obtain it from Cambridge.. If uptill today u didn't believe Buhari own with all the proof, then u would not still believe his even if he present original copy or transport you back in time when he was collecting it. I think he should clear inec and the court who are relevant but not you people who are fixated on only what you want to hear..
What exactly did Buhari produce? Oga I don't care who rules you guys, I am only particular about due process. If the law says the basic requirement is school certificate, let it be produced. Very simple.

Oga back in the days you must not attend secondary school to go to university.. U could learn at home and make ur olevels or a levels. Example.. My own dad did not go to secondary school because he was an orphan.. But as he was teaching after his primary school he started to learn at home for he's London GCE.. He would receive the topic and subject by post and when you are done, they will send u exam by post you will answer and send back. That was how he obtained his London GCE o and A levels.. And proceed to unn, oau ife and finally to UK to study... So it wasn't a must to go to secondary, if u were bright you could also obtain ur o levels from home..
At the point of admission to the uni you must produce the long distance result. We are saying baba should produce the long distance result, the Cambridge GCE. Is this difficult? That's how ya'll defended Buhari and that got us to where we are today. Una no dey tire for mediocrity? Tufiakwa

It is the court's prerogative to grant bails within stipulated rules and criteria. It is not within the powers of government or Bihari. The only powers a govt has is to enter a nolle on the accused. Statements such as this expose the national as a tyrannical state or worse still, that the courts are instruments in hands of government or at least teleguided or directed by the government in power, non of which is appropriate.
