As for Okorocha, my perception of him is that he is an overly ambitious turncoat. I see no visible development. Go to Anambra and see their roads, go to Onitsha and you will see some form of organization despite the rowdiness, etc.

The road connecting Orlu from Onitsha is sooo smooth till you get to imo state boundary.
