you would be surprised how much we have in common. I am into solar power and construction. Not into interior decor now but my next target. I did the solar installations for Chief Godwin Omene in his home in Mosoga and the street lights too at the Anglican church he built in mosogha, don couple of jobs in Delta state. Lol. Sometimes I look at people and the flux and dynamics around human relationships, I look at behavioural patterns among people and archive them in my memory. It help me group and class people, read and understand humans and enable my relationship with them.
Sometimes, a comment, a word or expression can tell so much about a person.
I have come to have a deeper understanding of humans and sometimes it helps me manipulate people, pre-empt people to act in pre-determined way and even anticipate moves from other people.

I learnt all this from watching people.

The deadline they gave to you passed and you defaulted... Now you came to nairaland to complain, what are we suppose to do? They are a company too and they need to make profits. Unfortunately this is the way they operate to ensure people pay up (though i believe is very bad and a wrong strategy)....if not many people will collect their loan without repayment.

Simply put, you had you self to blame. Thier terms and conditions weren't a secret. You knew that's how they operate...why then are you complaining

First the terms and conditions permits you to default. The terms of you defaulting is clearly stated as an increase in the interest rate. So defaulting terms and conditions is clear and until you default for 3 months, it is not an issue, you interest only compounds. After tha then they can start looking at legal ways of negotiating the loans, if that does not work then they take legal loan recovery steps.
Defamation is never in any agreement anywhere.
