I gathered from a reliable source that the position is actually reserved for NPC trained staff who have previous experience in that category..Except they don't have enough staff strength then they will engage more FCs.
So my opinion is to have faith, you will likely be assign a duty if your NPC LGA don't have enough applicants in that category.

I have done that before now but the glue he applied didn't last long.I asked here if anyone know a particular kind of glue use mostly to glue phone parts.A phone technician I gave it today looked at it and said there is no special glue to gum phone parts so he recommended I use super glue to do it myself since is just the frame.
