Like what I said in the past.If they had shown the farm size occupying the palm trees since they are already harvesting maginal fruit. And structure on ground to transform fruit to palm oil instead of paparazzi. It would have made better sense This round is to make the "cow bois" happy, it is just to generate some excitement around the SP |

Sunrisepebble: A private equity firm that holds about 20% of the shares outstanding. They invested in the company a while ago, I think around #300 levels and are now looking to exit having made significant returns on their investment. Rumor has it that it could even be them pushing for the NGX listing for ease of exit (more traction/liquidity on NGX). But I doubt they can just dump their shares on the market like that, so I don’t think it’s anything to worry about as of yet, they will have to find a strategic buyer for the volume they hold and I have it on good authority that they will do an offer for sale Stay safe. |

Streetinvestor2: Then again on serious note. Why all this people praising oando now and attacking anyone with opposite view.why didn't they praise seplet when it was around #300 here.Abi dey been no dey into crude oil and gas then.Atleast I for do better DD as the result of the praising.. The reason why I don't venture any opinion (and I will not venture any) about Oando is that it has exhaustively been discussed in prior years. I may not be wrong to describe it as arguably the most discussed stock on this platform. It always elicit divisive responses that often degenerate. There's enough opinions and materials out there for any one to make a decision either way. Notwithstanding, it is not everyone that runs from the kind of risk and rewards that Oando currently present. Whether you are a rookie, newbie or veteran, you are still the CEO of your portfolio. |

Oando did a solid media campaign here and it broke out in other media channels. They just sold whatever they sold but soon it will be over and those warned will understand better especially if you got carried away by the half truth from both this government and oando One man's food, is another man's poison. Prof Aluko and Prof Awojobi were arguably the two most illustrious economists to have ever come out of Nigeria. When they both lived, they never agreed to the same economic direction for the country. All their economic propositions were born out of deep and rigorous thought processes rather than random ideas and offhand comments. |

Unless this is done, it will continue....... InvestmentOne is already doing that. You can only cancel your order between 4.00 pm and 7.00 am the following day. I am not sure if other brokers are implementing such restrictions. |

BabsO2: Looking at the trends of FCMB price and underlying growth in earnings and Book Values over the last 10 years .
Shareholders selling it anyhow below current prices based on perceptions of previous prior year low prices will be taking a loss. Especially if the economy continues on a growing path in Naira terms plus if bank assets are not severely damaged but safeguarded from poor lending practices. The people buying and selling don't have the same investment objectives. Some are trading to make a few coins by 230 while others may be buying to keep for dividend. What about those who may be selling to pay their rent, buy a new car etc. Their entry prices and targets are equally different. That's the psychology of investment |
