If you really want to use the double data, you might have to get a new Airtel Sim.
The double data is a 3 month thing. After 3 months, it stops.
That's what I use. With 3k, I get as high as 16gb (1 month validity)...most times I don't finish it under a month and I do a roll over.
Now after 3 months, when I can no longer activate the double data, I get another sim. As simple as that.

PayPal is payment processing platform but it is not fully functional in Nigeria. You can't receive payments through PayPal in Nigeria but you can send/pay via PayPal in Nigeria.

We really need a little detail as to how the fees are paid.
In OAU for instance...
For fresh students, school fees is quite close to, or slightly more than 100k (although during my 100L days, i paid quite less until it got increased). This include both acceptance fee (20k) and hostel fee (3,090).

From 200L and above...
Social Sciences - 19,700
Sciences - 30k+
Health Sci - 33k+
Hostel - 2,590.

Note that i must've mixed up sciences fees and that of health sciences, but that's the range.

Other schools should give details like this, so as not to mislead anyone.
