piscesgem:
Yes u are right, most general during military era became head of state and assumed the 4 star rank, except ironsi and Buhari...however abacha was a 4 star general before becoming head of state ...Bali was also a four star general without being head of state and in a military regime

oh...
Good to know

piscesgem:
Yes there was a time NA has more than one Lt Gen abacha, dongoyaro, Salihu Ibrahim, domkat Bali, etc. Even Lt Gen agwai and obiakor

Four star Gen...Babangida, Domkat Bali abacha
Agwai and azazi

You mean the Babangida and Abacha that later became presidents?
Isn't it safe to say that it was the military regime that made it that way?

Notice also that apart from Aguiyi Ironsi, the rest that became Generals only became so when they became presidents.

PureMe01:
wow! for redmi note 6 pro? hope that won't be substandard from jumia?

It's 3/32 bro.

aeu1:
Quite right. Most Anker lacks vital FM Radio. But this soundcore's output is amazing. The only issues I have with it are lack of LED Display and required USB Cable to receive FM signals.

But if you can download a radio app, you'll get channels in all parts of the country. It's even cool in the sense that it consumes minimal mb.

Mrcalxy:
P.O. bill is 500 which is normal claiming fee.

Then Customs charge was not almost 6.7k

I saw the form filled by customs, they didn't even give any better reason, just outlined in paying VAT, DUTY etc

Ok thanks.
I'll know what to anticipate.
Who knows, maybe the person that shipped my own put it as gift.

Prince202020:
Offline radio

oh!
Well... you're in the south or west na. You won't have problems getting quality channels to listen to.
I have to download a radio app to give me fm radio and internet radio.

What will drop MOST people in the next stage is medicals, followed by Certificate Screening. If any slight discrepancy is noted in your papers you're out.

Colour Blindness test not usually done, but may be introduced at any time. It's not out of place.

Look at this...
Waec month of birth says January, birth certificate says November.
How deep is this mess for me?

deyemy:
Just insert the pin and put a little pressure to push in down a little the tray should pop out

The stuff's still a virgin perhaps.

AirmanB:
The former cheif of army staff was not an RC. He was originally an SSC officer.

You mean Ihejirika?

Mrcalxy:
Total was like #7204

500 was PO bill

But is it the post office guys that told you to pay that amount?

Prince202020:
For me I wanted something affordable, durable with good sound and most importantly have Radio, many of the Anker speakers don't have radio, please any intending buyer should check the description for what you want before buying.

You're right.
The sound core boost for instance, has no radio.
But wait, by radio, do you mean internet radio?

sojeee:
If u can go round all d formations in North East u will see dat 90% of d officers there are Either SSC/DSSC/ EC. That's why if u go as SSC 90% of u will be posted to fighting corps, so zero it from now. D day u passout ........

and the Rcs are posted where?

bakayokoko:
ALRIGHT MAN. THANKS FOR THE REVIEW...I GO PLACE ORDER SOON

or if you have some extra cash, you can add it to buy higher grades.
I bought the sound core boost, then I started regretting why I didn't buy the sound core pro...which is the highest in the Anker speakers.
It's important to take advantage of their promo period because the price usually comes down when there's one.

Toscoas2:
I don't know why AliExpress is now delay in shipping order. I had bought different items from them and orders are shipped within 24hours but since last week I ordered for xiaomi redmi note 6 this people has refused to ship it down here. what could be d reason for this?

Hmmm...
Ani the order I made since 27th November only got processed after 10 days and got shipped on the 10th of December.
But I've sha learnt to pay and forget what I paid for on Ali Express.

It always comes.

Mrviktor:
Bro have u bought something off jumia b4.. Do u leave any form of comment under the product after u have gotten it.. My guess is no..
If its like a memory card..
U check jumia a lotttttt of 32gb for 1500 or 1200.. People buy it..
No body comments to say its badddd oh.. Or its good oh.. Ive noticed dat. Only one one or two someone Will comment its bad OK.. We know datz a red flag but thats just one out of many..

Imagine Nairaland here let's use that as a case study.. Many people have gotten scammed on here.. Many. I was in d pet section and read of one guy who stays abroad .. Long story short he bought a dog of 300k. From someone off Nairaland. Nd d guy adviced mating with anoda dog .. D NL guy scammed ova 400k extra las las and said d dog lost d pregnancy.. Someone like dat won't buy anything off Nairaland again even if its Biro.. Jumia have exclusive products.. Jumia have verified sellers.. Jumia express I assure you has 100% guarantee and warantee... Transparent. Nobody can say jumia ran away with their money.. Dont buy from one seller that has no rating.. No sales recorded.. If a new seller comes up to this thread and starts selling phones at unbelievable discounts e no go fear u. U check his profile registered date was yesterday. Posts 2.. Topics created 0... . Unless you have had a faulty stuff sent to you and you didn't get your money back.. This argument is baseless.

You've got a point when you say ''don't buy from sellers with no rating''.
In AliExpress for example, if the rating no be 4.8 upwards, you won't see me there. If the rating is 4.7 and I must buy, then it has to be the case that a lot of people have bought there. So I therefore take my time to read comments. Those comments are just so important.

eDoctorr:
Thank you bro for the info.

Chai! This is another NYSC journey o. T.Fare, pocket money and time; all at risk on uncertainty of making the final list.

God have mercy!

If am not going to be selected for the final stage, God, don't let my name be on the awaiting list.

If selected, those 7 days or 2 weeks we'd be camping, are we going to be feeding ourselves?

When it rains,it pours. Prep for 4-10k

Why're you using this kind of phrase na...

Israellionel:
Update sir.
I just collected it some mins ago.
I was told to sign and I got the product.
No charges whatsoever.

cool.
I collected a baseball cap not quite long from post office via Ali Express. Paid 200h.

Israellionel:
Not yet sir.
I was assured I wouldn't be paying a dime since it was prepaid

oh...ok

Israellionel:
Aunty,
They just sent me a text telling me I should be ready for delivery.

I'm relieved already.

Thank you for carving out time to answering all my useless questions tho.

Jah bless you.

Have you collected it?
If yes, how much were you asked to pay?

fibonacci2526:
All of them are drunk.

That your area t.u.s.h na why.
There're places people do those stuffs at the road side without even demanding for affidavit. I mean welcome back

OversightTM:
She doesn't have to specially lock it sef. Normal screen lock will force the thief to consider flashing and as long as she's signed in to her mi account, na waste of time for the person...

what if the person goes online to find out how it's done?

Walex29:
please i wanted to clarify if one can merge both results(waec and neco) and present it for screening?

That's another thing. Because I used 2 sittings (waec and neco) to enter school that time.

erimakosamuel:
He uploaded waec.....didn't he see it before uploading ....why now.

I can't fit laff at this moment

Waec certificate is not something I believe people touch anyhow. It's in a hidden place. There's the print out here and there to make use of.
Print out doesn't have year or date of birth.

ugo4u:
Use Neco...Otherwise nothing much can be done at this stage, I don't think it will be a serious issue as long as the date does not exceed the age requirement. Above all commit it to God.

Affidavit will not make sense?
